Negative experience: I usually never ever write reviews, but I felt that it was imperative to do so. Unfortunately, I had really horrible experience with one of the managers. I paid for a lesson assuming that it was scheduled for a day that was discussed maybe a week or more prior. However, because quite some time had passed since that conversation, I was still unsure of the day even when I paid for the lesson. I cited it for a specific day under the assumption that I would be able to contact someone verbally for confirmation. Prior to the lesson I called many times without response. I was told later that week he did attempt to contact me concerning my appointment on Friday as well as the day of the appointment. If you were unable to reach me Friday, prior to the appointment when you said you called, why would you go out even if I paid, without clear confirmation of time and date? Moreover, when I called a second time, I was met with resistance, condescending tonality and unwillingness to find a solution that would be beneficial to me without compromising their time. I think what shocked me was the way he was so easily yelling at me at the end of the conversation, so much so I had to hang up the phone. I was told that because the driver went out, that I was unable to be refunded. There was no compromise. I would have been willing to pay as much as I needed to in order to make sure that I was properly trained behind the wheel. Moreover, on both parts I think there was mis-communication in terms of timing and schedule. I feel like the way I was treated on the phone was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. If you take a class with them, make sure you pay the day you go out and you are CLEAR regarding the time. They WILL NOT REFUND YOU! Update: Take a look at response below, completely unprofessional. All I wanted was to take the class I paid for or be refunded.

Fantastic experience: Dane is a very supportive driving instructor that gives helpful advice to his driving students. He leaves his students with detailed notes and skills to improve on so they can compared to improve on said skill at each lesson. All of these are very helpful on the road test.

It is easy to schedule for lessons, and he is responsive to messages and calls. Highly recommend AZH Driving School, fees are reasonable too.

Dane was very patient, thorough and cool to work with. He was very responsive to messages. He helped me gain the confidence I needed for my road test. I did my road test today and I passed! I would definitely recommend this driving school!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant driving school. Was driving for 2-3 years on my permit and wanted to touch up on a couple of maneuvers before taking the road test. Was taught how to safely and fully parallel park in just 5 minutes! Instructor was amazing and knew his stuff. Took the test with them and passed! Couldn’t recommend AZH more.

Negative experience: Do NOT go here! Terrible and Disorganized place. Called about 20 times over the past month and a half trying to schedule a lesson, most of my calls weren't even answered. Finally was able to schedule a lesson after about a month of calling and they then called me back a few days after to tell me they cancelled my lesson because THEY overbooked. Scheduled another lesson for a few weeks later since they cancelled the one i had, gave them all my information and was told i was all set. Called the day of that lesson to confirm and was told that no one had put the lesson i scheduled into the system and tried to make it seem like it was my fault! that they didn't put it in their system! Never go here, there are so many better driving schools in the area.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with my experience with AZH. Dane was my instructor and he was incredibly patient. I was very apprehensive about driving to start and he set a very relaxed atmosphere when we drove that made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel. He had very gentle guidance and never made me feel like I asked a stupid question. I felt prepared for my road test, and the price is very good compared to other driving schools. Another major plus was that the lessons were private, and could start and end at my house. I definitely recommend AZH!

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank AZH and Dane enough for helping me pass my road test! I am 23 and was so hesitant about driving. I had about 5 lessons with him leading up to my road test and felt so much more comfortable as the weeks led on. Not only is Dane so so nice but he is so accommodating as my work schedule is hectic and he made time for me every Sunday! One hour driving lessons here are the most inexpensive I have found in my area. I would recommend this school to anybody I know!

Fantastic experience: My cousin recommended AZH Driving School to me and I am glad he did. I took weekly lessons and I took my first road test today and passed. The instructor Aldane has great communication, he lets you know what you need to improve on and what you are doing well on. I already told several people about him and I will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I had my permit for 2 years before finally trying to start driving and was nervous because I didn’t want to go to a driving school with intimidating instructors, so I went to AZH and Aldane the instructor helped me get my license in one month. He was literally the nicest and most encouraging, yet very professional instructor, we did weekly lessons and even though I was nervous for the test I passed on my first try. He was my sponsor and coached me till the very last second . So thankful! And I’ll be sending all my friends his way. Also very affordable!
