Fantastic experience: Excellent service, teaching, kind instructor, and nice car even for a guy as big as me. I really enjoyed the experience, I do recommend to anyone that needs the lessons.

Negative experience: Make sure to read the reviews. Like SEVERAL other people the initial experience was fine. When you try to receive a refund for a service that is not being used or won’t be used they won’t refund you and try to say you are “ineligible”. First of all I called to schedule a car for a road test and was told I was good to go. Come to the day of the road test nothing was scheduled. They never submitted it. Not only was I unable to complete my road test they did not want to refund me for this service that was NEVER scheduled and NEVER used. If you want to use the road test service you would just be throwing your money away. Do yourself the favor and go to somewhere else that actually has a physical establishment. VERY VERY disappointed. I will continue to fight for my refund bc I refuse to pay for a service that wasn’t scheduled or even used. Buyers BEWARE.

Negative experience: I initially had a great experience with this driving school. I scheduled four lessons, each 2 hours long, and my instructor, Anderson, was fantastic. He was super cool and taught me all the basics without any issues. I felt prepared for my road test thanks to him. However, my experience scheduling the road test with their road service was a nightmare. The first time, I was notified just minutes before my road test that my instructor wouldn’t be able to pick me up due to a "miscommunication." After an hour on the phone, they rescheduled my test, but on the second road test date, I called 30 minutes before my test only to be told that there was no record of my booking—even though I had received a confirmation email from the DMV. At that point, I asked for a refund because I needed to take my road test ASAP, and they simply couldn’t get it right. While the lessons were great, their road test scheduling process is unreliable and frustrating. If you’re looking for consistency when it comes to scheduling your road test, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Possibly SCAM! We booked and confirmed a six hour class with instructor, and paid online (400$). The driver never showed up, the hotline never picked up, their office in Tampa does not exist! We opened an online complaint, emails were answered days later, not taking us serious and pointing to the billing department, then back to the customer support department. Result: we are still waiting for our money. Do not book with these guys, it seems to be a scam!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time with All N 1 Driving School. I opted for their road test service. The instructor, Imaan, was able to give me a few pointers on maneuvers I wasn’t executing properly. I passed my road test and was goad I opted for their service. I highly recommend

Negative experience: They cancelled 2x. First b/c their car got impounded and the next time they gave no explanation. $200 later, it took me calling a whole hour to finally get a rep on the line. Ashley was amazing, she was able to pull the call and b/c of what she heard she was able to request a refund for us, which was approved. They told us 3-5 business days and we received it within that timeframe. I see the reviews are mixed. I guess it just depends on what driver you get. Idk. Use at your own risk.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience and learned a lot. My instructor was clear and to the point and I felt prepared for the driver’s license road test. We drove in my neighborhood roads, then the main road for the majority of the lesson, some road test practice, and a few minutes on the highway.

Negative experience: DO NOT use this driving school. I scheduled lessons for my daughter over a month in advance to prepare for her driving test. They canceled all 3 of her lessons a few hours before the first lesson. They could not reschedule for weeks after the original lessons which was weeks after the time of her planned driving test. They did not care or try to offer a solution and they also refused to refund the $400 I paid in advance.

Fantastic experience: The driving teacher is knowledgeable about teaching driving. I have learned to drive in the correct way. However, the company needs to do better with communication with the driver students about instructor’s schedule. Overall, the instructor was very helpful and really good teaching.

Fantastic experience: I learned a lot about driving a vehicle and the ins and outs of how to drive a car. The instructions explained it to me clearly on driving tips and how to navigate on driving. Without the training course I would not pass the road test. With the 5 driving lessons I am very confident on doing the road test. Positive experience: I took 4, 2-hour lessons. I have a learner's permit and I'm studying for the road test to get my actual driver's license. My first 3 lessons were cancelled because my instructor's car was being fixed, but communication with the support team was great, they were completely understanding and they rescheduled them. Throughout my time with my instructor, he taught me some stuff that is on the road test, some stuff that is useful for me to study. Overall, my time at AllN1 Driving School was great.

Negative experience: Not a good experience, they cancelled and changed my dates so many times and the one time i asked to change a lesson for later they charged ‘my card 40$. Also my teacher seemed like he didnt care too much and just wanted to go home.

Positive experience: Driving w/ All N 1 driving school was a cool experience. I got to drive in my surrounding community to start and practice the road test requirements in confidence. Iman was nice & offered constructive criticism when needed. Last minute I was asked to change my appointment time before he showed up yet he respected my time & made it to the appointment so I had ample time to practice.

Negative experience: WORST SCHOOL EVER! CANCELED MY SONS DRIVING CLASS OVER 6 TIMES ,MINUTES BEFORE HIS CLASS.HE HAD TO MISS SCHOOL AND WORK TO ACCOMODATE THEIR SCHEDULES AND THEN THEY CANCEL ON HIM. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. WAITING ON MY REFUND FROM THEM WHICH SEEMS TO BE TAKING FOREVER AS WELL, KNOWING THAT THEY ARE TO BLAME. WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEXT WEEK IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM THIS SCHOOL BY MONDAY.
