The partnership between our driving school and driving coach is vital to the success of our program and we rely on strong communication to accomplish this. We will accomplish this by setting high expectations for all students and providing supportive systems to assure they are met.
Behind-the-wheel hours differ from the office hours. Appointments are required for BTW LESSONS.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the instructors who taught me. I really liked how the lessons were organized: everything was explained clearly and calmly, and they always helped if something didn’t work out. The instructors’ patience and support really helped me feel more confident behind the wheel. The atmosphere during the lessons was great—no stress, just calm and focused learning. The instructors always explained how to perform maneuvers correctly and gave me enough time to practice everything. I’m really happy I chose this school! Thank you for teaching me how to drive. Fantastic experience: Reasonable priced Instructors and teachers very friendly and polite I would definitely recommend this school to other people to use. They also offer virtual classes witch is very convenient for people with a busy evening schedule The fact that they have 4 locations in Baltimore is also very convenient and you can schedule your btw with any or all locations not just one..

Negative experience: This place is awful. It's extremely hard to get driving time and they will cancel once you get it, making you wait again for a slot to open up. When this happened we gave them a one star review & they said if we didn't take it down they would kick us out of the program. (We're done the program now, after they decided my son knew how to drive so let him skip 2 hrs of driving that we had to pay for anyways). Go somewhere else!

Dear Lisa Akers
I am writing to formally inform you of the removal of Bryce Akers from our service roster due to an inability to meet his expectations, which appear to be influenced by his previous experiences with another school.
Mr. Akers joined our Driver’s Education Program on June 10, 2024 after attending a different school that was subsequently shut down. Throughout his time with us, we have maintained clear and prompt communication, both via email and phone, including direct conversations with his mother. Our records, which are available for review, demonstrate our efforts to accommodate his needs and clarify that we are a separate entity from the previous school.
Despite informing Mr. Akers that we could not guarantee program completion within his time frame we offered multiple solutions to maybe get him to his timeframe, including regular scheduling portal checks, travel to other Driver’s Edu locations with sooner availability, and added additional BTW lessons starting as early as June 22, 2024 (8 days away) for the Ellicott City location his preferred location, other locations have sooner availability Nevertheless, he left a 1-star review of our services.
Given that we have adhered to all MVA guidelines and taken extensive measures to support Mr. Akers, we regretfully conclude that we are unable to satisfy his requirements. Therefore, we will prorate a refund for services not rendered and provide all necessary documentation to facilitate his transfer to another school.
Fantastic experience: I recently completed a driver’s education course, and I was really impressed. The instructors were calm and patient which made the learning process enjoyable and easier. This program was significantly cheaper than others. Overall, I highly recommend this driving school. It offers great value for anyone looking to become a confident driver.

Negative experience: I booked a personalized driving lesson since I recently got my license and wanted more experience before getting a car. The instructor was very rude from the beginning. She first made a comment about why would anyone come for classes after they got the license without even listening to me. During the lesson as well if I made any small mistakes, she kept yelling instead of explaining or telling me what I did wrong and when I driving properly without any mistakes, she just stayed on her phone and did not guide or say anything. She kept passing comments and questioning how I got my license while I actually did take the lesson and passed it to get my license. Overall I would not recommend anyone to take a personalized driving lesson from this place. I felt very insulted even though I paid for the lesson and wasn’t treated properly.

Fantastic experience: As a former driving student I recommend this driving school. The virtual class made it comfortable for me since I’m a stay at home mom. The BTW evaluation was the best at Ellicott City, I was able to be taught by the actual owner of the driving school and she was amazing. I was very nervous but she was patient and calm with me which is what I needed to pass my course. Thank you for making this driving class experience great!

Positive experience: Driving instructor was good and prepared my daughter for the driving road test. However, one time the appointment was double booked and we didn’t find out until we arrived. This was an inconvenience and my daughter missed a session. Lastly, after completing the class in November of 2021we were told the completion certificate was sent to MVA. Once we arrived at the MVA in January of 2022 the certificate was never sent. While at the MVA, I contacted the school and they sent the certificate over. However, I had to wait HOURS at the MVA due to the certificate delay. Very DISAPPOINTED!!! Certificate should have been sent in November…

Additionally, it's worth noting that the MVA system underwent upgrades post-pandemic, leading to some data transfer challenges. Each individual with a license or ID in the state was granted access to a portal for verifying the accuracy of their account information. If your daughter's certificate was indicated as sent but not reflected, it could be attributed to a potential import issue. I recommend checking your MVA account in advance of any appointments to ensure accurate information. I'm happy your daughter was able to take her test and move forward.
