Fantastic experience: Had my 3 weeks of driver’s education at this location, and I couldn’t recommend a better place than here! All of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Classes are very laidback and scheduling is very flexible. Thank you to Dawn, the classroom instructor, for being very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I love this place for driving! I came here for about 6 days and the ladies were so nice! The driving instructor is the best and she teaches amazingly she tells you what to do and what not to do I learned so much coming here and my driving has gotten better I definitely recommend this place!

From the positive feedback that my instructor, Mrs. Ban, instilled in me to the encouragement I received when I didn’t feel capable of completing a task, this driving school was truly worthwhile! I highly recommend bringing your child to this specific driving school.

Negative experience: Please DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO COME TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!!! My daughter attended this school Last summer, right after my daughter turned 17 years old in July. My daughter was touched inappropriately while out on the rode with one of the instructors and the manager knew the whole time and attempted to swap out the instructor with a new one all without my knowledge. My daughter eventually told me that the male instructor laid his hand on her inner thigh explaining that “he is trying to help her drive” two times and then brushed against her breast while she was driving. She was understandably very upset. I called the manager and spoke with about the situation and she denied she knew anything!!.. I called sheriff dept and they served him papers to go to court. I believe that TDLR has revoked his instructors license as well. It is clear this school does not care about our children’s safety!

Fantastic experience: The school is a great place to learn driving and the driving instructors are amazing especially Ms ban, they all make you feel comfortable with your mistakes and actually help you to drive better instead of making you feel bad for your mistakes

Negative experience: This place is unsafe for your children & young ladies. They have a Driving Instructor that has been seen & they have proof of him grabbing a young ladies inner thighs. There is a video out there of this, police report, & they still have this man working there.

Negative experience: I took off work to take my son to class. His class was at 10am, no one showed up- they were supposed to open at 9. No one called or emailed us. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Fantastic experience: Angela was very pleasant and helpful and made me assured in my decision to choose this school. There are not enough words for me to express my gratitude for Mr. Hatem, my driving instructor. He was excellent throughout this journey. He firstly inquired as to my requirements and focused on helping me in the identified areas. His calm mannerism and personable teaching style, made driving a less stressful experience and made it easy for me to adjust and learn (about myself also lol). Because of him, I passed my Road test and I am deeply grateful. Thank you Mr. Hatem and may God richly bless you! My only regret was that I wish that I could have done the Road test at the same location and with Mr. Hatem. Work on this, please. Thanks!

She was so polite and she answered each and everyone of my questions, and was patient and took the time to accomplishing my goal in getting a drivers license! Thank you, Daniela! They are there to help you and get you that license.

Negative experience: The service here was nothing shy of horrible, myself and a friend went here to try and learn. Not only was my class backed up multiple times due to the instructors. So it took 3x longer than it was suppose to. And there was zero organization. It felt like it was a business ran by a child. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone actually trying to spend money wisely on their courses.

The driving lessons were done taking into account my individual needs and capabilities which helped me along into developing the necessary skills. My teacher, Ms. Ban was splendid and helped dispel my fear of the road as I gained the confidence and perfect my driving skills. I do not hesitate to recommend her and the school to anyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: In addition to the wonderful packages they have according to your needs they are super affordable and their payment method is excellent with no pressure or demands. They are very attentive, respectful and kind. They teach you everything you need to learn as a future driver and the road test preparation is excellent. And also for those who need only to take the road test in order to get the licenses they have everything at their disposal and affordable prices. Anna was the one who talked to me since day one and she also called me after my test to make sure everything went well and show some appreciation she’s so nice they are all nice at Katy office. My classes were amazing at main office with my instrutor Amir, my road test pretty smooth as well with Mohammed Hussan, the receptionist at main office (sorry I forgot her name) their all so nice made me feel confident and brave during my process! Positive experience: My overall experience was not bad at all. The beginning was a bit rough since it was my first time driving and I was trying to understand the instructions that were given to me by the instructor. She was very patient with me and would reassure when I was doing good. There were times she would give me harsh criticism when I did something wrong, but that’s to be expected since I have to know what to do to be safe on the road. Would recommend for adult course.
