Negative experience: Completed the course few months ago, and received no completion certificate. Nothing has been sent to the court either, even though that’s what they state they’d do upon completion. Called to follow up, they promised to send it and email to court - nothing has been done. Phone calls are not being returned any more. No response to my email either. Several days, plus money spent completing this course were waisted. Now I’m looking for another traffic school and will enroll in a new course, because the certificate of completion from this course is missing.

Fantastic experience: I chose this non-comedy online traffic school based on other recommendations, and was not disappointed. The conversational style did not go for laughs, but was gently all business. The questions involved in the quizzes and final test did not emphasize the gotcha distances that are so hard to memorize, although there were a few. The text had a few typos, but nothing too bad (I'm available to edit), and I only caught them in one place where they contradicted themselves -- claiming correctly that one can use a headphone or earbud in a single ear, and then later claiming that all headphones are illegal to wear in a vehicle. Overall, a nice read, with good data and a lot of emphasis on being good to each other out there.

Fantastic experience: The course is very thorough. There is a ton of information to read through, but the quizzes are easy if you read the material and the final exam gives you plenty of time. The course material is also nicely formatted, and easy to follow and understand.

Fantastic experience: Who ever was the author of the read was a funny individual, very relatable material with funny sarcasm, a lot of reading but very quick testing. Sounds cheesy but it was a great refresher on driving etiquette.

I learned a lot and would recommend the course as an excellent driving review for drivers of all ages. Most drivers get too casual with their driving laws & skills. I actually think this course should be made a statewide mandatory driving requirement every 2-3 years.

Fantastic experience: Super Easy! Done in under 2 hours...I think it was about and hour and a half, actually. I confirmed that they are on the CA DMV approved traffic school list. Most of the questions I knew by my own driving knowledge because they were simple questions... But if not, the answers to the questions were super easy to find. A bonus was that I learned a few things and it was also a good refresher on some of the rules of the road as well. Another big plus was that it was only $15 if you order thru the Yelp link ($5 off and it includes everything). Highly Recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service! I started this course after getting a ticket, realized how long the course was so put it on the back burner. Months later when my insurance was up for renewal I was able to sign back in and pick up where I left off seamlessly with the help of customer service of course to help remind me of my user name!

Fantastic experience: Oh my god this was stupidly EASY (and the quiz answers were funny!). I got a ticket (whatever) and I looked at a *lot* of reviews of traffic schools before trying this one. I finished in less than an hour. TONS of valuable information, but the tests were easy enough. They take care of everything. The hardest part was finding my "case #" (which is not the number on the yellow slip). For that I had to go to the Santa Cruz Superior Court website and search around. Also, you will need your "traffic school due date." That is really a guess. On the date you "officially request traffic school" (that part should be on the traffic court website) add (around?) 90 days. Well, that's what I did. Anyway, great company. And they have a phone number if you get stuck. I didn't need to call it. And for the police: Yes, I feel educated and am now a safer driver.

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with payment but called and received AMAZING customer service (especially for a weekend call)! The course is super simple and can be done in less than a day. Another bonus is it's the cheapest I've see after looking at over 30 courses ($20). Would highly recommend and suggest to anyone looking to take a basic driver improvement course.

Most annoying part was the review they have you do and then then throw in random questions in each chapter test like, "how many seashells did Suzy collect at the beach?", which are hidden in the text and you just have to go back and scan each page- stupid but it's over...thank the gods!

Fantastic experience: It's definitely an embarrassing and panic moment when you have just received a speeding ticket. But you will be given a second chance to correct your driving style by paying the fine to court and attending the traffic school. For just $19.99, I've found this online traffic school save my time and give me all the information I need such as why choosing them, how the classes being organized, and what happens after taking the final exam. The website looks professional and trustworthy. The emails regarding my enrollment and exam result are instant and corresponding. I feel I'm in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy to not have to do the whole course in one sitting. I took a few quizzes each day which made it feel like less of a chore. The final exam should take 15 minutes max.
