Negative experience: SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! This driving school is the most unprofessional place ever. They take your money and never show up to take you to your lessons. No call no show. After calling several times to inquire why nobody showed up for my scheduled lessons I ended up requesting a refund. Save yourself the headache and don’t book Falcon driving school.

Negative experience: At first I it was going good at the driving school with all the practice drive I’m taking. Then when it came for the road test it been 2 weeks since I had no schedule road test. I have called them three time and can’t get a scheduled road test

Negative experience: Very unprofessional I told them I was coming to pick up my certificate they instructed me to come when I got there nobody was there door was locked no sign of anyone, I called 30 time’s literally no answer there wasn’t even a sign that anyone was at lunch or something this was outrageous this company is horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this school

Negative experience: I wish I can give it zero stars, but PLEASE, PLEASE, save your money and save yourself the headache. The old man that own the establishment is very unprofessional, they are extremely unorganized, However the instructor Mr.Garfield is Amazing. But overall save yourself the headache and find a place that values your money, and truly cares about teaching you how to drive.

Negative experience: The staff here is extremely unprofessional. The instructor/owner is rude, arrives 1 hour late to lessons, comes with other students in the car & is a misogynistic individual. This place needs to get shut down.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school experience I’ve had. The instructors are very rude and this place is very unprofessional. They curse and yell at you. And cancel your driving appointments all the time.

Negative experience: Old people should not be teaching young people how to drive and he was very rude, while instucting me he was very non communitive , shouting at me while I was driving we could have both gotten in an accident. He thought me little to nun about driving or the rules of the road.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend using this driving school they're not professional. The instructor was late over an hour on two occasions and gave several excuse for the lateness, all excuses were a result of how poorly their business is ran. Save yourself from the headaches and take your business to another school.

Negative experience: This school is the absolute worst I paid for like 5 lessons and only took one while the other lessons I paid for was a no show and the people that works there didn’t even bother to call me back and mr falcon is so rude and unprofessional and was giving me a hard time with my first lesson Do not go this school and plus I’m going to go to a different one that’s much better than this garbage

Negative experience: This place is garbage.. DO NOT go to this driving school. The Owner have nothing about respect .He is very out of place and VERY ignorant. I called for a refund and I was Cursed out because of their schedule is so busy and cannot accommodate anyone else. He hung up the phone three times when I advised him that I need back my money which I paid for over five classes plus road tests. DO NOT go to this school..

Negative experience: The staff here is very unprofessional. I had to call 3 times to schedule my road test. First time the receptionist told me she was on lunch she would call me back when she’s finished, she never did. Second time, the receptionist told me she heading to the doctor’s office she would call me back, never did. Finally, i got through the third time around. Also, the driving instructor seems to be slightly senile, if you ask me. I’m all for senior citizens working but this office needs to get seniors who actually know what they’re doing. The new employees here are incompetent. On top of that i have to call way too many times in order for someone to answer, it doesn’t make sense.

Negative experience: The owner, Mr Falcon, has no manners, very unprofessional and speaks badly to others. Do not go this Place!!!!!!! Worse experience ever. I will also be calling the IRS for poor financial practices on services paid for but never delivered. Never had I ever had the opportunity to do business with a more misogynistic person. This place is super unprofessional......I cannot stress it enough.......poor environment and poor communication.....I almost called the police them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent school. They take interest in you learning all the safety guidelines and maneuvering that is needed while behind the wheels. Safety is there top priority. With all the instructions from Mr Falcon and his team I was able to get my license with my first attempt. Fears alleviated with the dreadful parallel parking, they make it simple. Big thank you

Negative experience: This place is very unprofessional. They were a half hour late for the first appointment even though they called and confirmed. The second appointment they were a no show and did not call to cancel. When I finally got someone on the phone after calling 3 times, he said they did not come as I did not pay for a package then he told me that someone else was booked for that time. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would. I have never dealt with such and unprofessional review and I will never use this company again.

Fantastic experience: This driving school is the best. I had Christina and she’s very patience. She takes her time to explain the steps to you so you can understand it. Because of this driving school, I pass my road test.

Negative experience: The teller turn me off. I called to get information and she started with an attitude.

Fantastic experience: I took 9 lessons and my test day with Jimmy. He was a wonderful, patient instructor and I was immediately put at ease and feeling confident by the end of lesson 1. Scheduling with the front desk was difficult and they were not the most organized, but when it came to Jimmy he was always on time, called to let me know he was en route or outside and truly a wonderful teacher. Happy Driving!

Fantastic experience: Far most the BEST class i have ever taken! Mr. Falcon arrived a few minutes ahead of my scheduled class and gave me great tips while driving. We went over and retried my problem areas during the course. He didn't yell at me not once like instructors i dealt with in the past. Very chill and respectful class, i would recommend this to friends and family that wish to learn how to drive!

Fantastic experience: took my drivers test in 2003 passed great people 7 took the test that day and i am the only one who past the test but great school great teachers get you in and out no problem.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for YEARS... Since I was 16... Im now 28. I come all the time for my drivers defence class. The Majority of my fam has as well.. No issues.
