Negative experience: My experience with Discovering Better Choices was the best class i have ever been in. It was so good i even told the judge that this program should be implemented in the jr. High & High school classes. I feel that our kids need all the help that they can get in knowing how to make better choice. Thank you Marnita, you are the best

Negative experience: This was a bad idea in the end. I called ISAE and spoke to a rep. The rep assured me that NC accepts the assessments and there would be no issues. I went online and realized that my County was not listed, so I called back and the rep created a link and sent it to me, I completed the Assessment and when I called them back I was informed that they do not submit your info to DMV that is required by State Law. I obtained a letter from DMV on a letterhead as requested by ISAE that NC does not accept this type of online classes to get a refund. After jumping through all the hoops requested by ISAE I was informed that they will not refund my money. I was told incorrect information from the beginning from this company and now they are stating Oh well. The Professional Level of this company is very POOR and not to mention MISLEADING and I am not stopping until I get MY hard earned money refunded back to me to find another company that is represented by NC, Highly disappointed with his Organization and the lost of my money. BBB will be adding ISAE to there list tomorrow.

Negative experience: the worst click through powerpoint of my life , they dont respect veterans . Theyre only concerned about how their company looks to the courts, if you have the option to take a class anywhere else I would .

Fantastic experience: Jazmine was an amazing teacher. She was extremely informative, and insightful. She made this experience very delightful! 2 thumbs up for Jazmine, keep up the great work. She was the I.S.A.E teacher for Loveland CO., Dec. 15, 2019 9am to 3:30pm class. Thanks again for all the help Jazmine.

Positive experience: I had a very positive experience taking the making better choices class. The instructor, Katie was very kind & respectful, she listened and gave everyone a chance to talk & be heard. The only downfall to this class is the majority of the class were juveniles.

Fantastic experience: Jasmine made this class very fun and memorable! Not only did I learn some new information on how to drive better, I got to laugh a little bit while doing it! The class was also very personable and very interactive! I recommend Jasmine if you ever had to a class with I.S.A.E

Fantastic experience: Jazmine was beyond energetic & empathetic during class! She’s a great & humorous teacher & turned my perception of mandatory offense classes around ! She made it interesting and fun ! It was very reflective

Fantastic experience: Today I took the level 1 defensive driving class with Jazmine. She did a wonderful job, she was very entertaining and engaging and made the class very enjoyable while still getting all her points across. I can genuinely say I learned a lot from today’s class and enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience: I thought the class was going to be boring and not retain my attention for 2 days but our instructor Marnita was Great! The class was very informative and Marnita kept everyone's attention & made the class better with her friendliness & out going personality. I would recommend taking a class here if you need to.

Positive experience: This class has definitely given me a different opinion on my choices. When I make a choice that isn’t a good one it effects aspects of my life more than I had even known before.

Fantastic experience: The class was awesome, Lainie was an excellent instructor, very professional and knowledgeable of the material that she presented. Fantastic experience: Jazmine was great. Her class not only just talks about what you’re there for but about life and not just how if affects yourself. I learned so much from her. I appreciated how she can relate to everyone else that was there and how she knows exactly what the people in the class are going through.

Fantastic experience: The class was one evening. I expected it to be tedious and boring. However, our instructor, Josh kept things interesting and everyone engaged in the class. I was pleasantly surprised that I learned some interesting techniques to be a better driver.

Fantastic experience: Even though this class was mandatory for me, I’m glad I took it. It was informative for the current laws, and gave me a lot of needed reminders on why its so important to make safety a priority while driving. Josh is a great instructor and was not boring in the least

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. No accommodations for disabled, no flexibility and immature staff.

Positive experience: I was just giving a friend a ride so I can't speak for the class but I do know she paid for the class like a month in advance and she booked a 9 am class. Without any prior notification on the day of, fact on the way there even she got a email confirmation and it said it was moved to 5 pm On a weekday. Seeing they don't open until 9 she had no choice but to wait. Turned out to be at 5pm. You cant majr a time change that drastic without alerting people. My friend has a kid and took the day off work when she didn't have to. Just an FYI people. Edit- I am not posting this on her behalf. I’m posting this because people should know even if they book and pay for a nine am class, it’s actually at 5pm.

Fantastic experience: Jazmine made our class enjoyable and interactive. Definitely not what anybody was expecting as an i.s.a.e class! There was a lot to take out of and i truly appreciated how friendly and fun our director taught the class!!

Fantastic experience: Marnita the instructor was do inspiring and very informational and really I've learned a lot about the law myself and and myself worth marnita thank you so much.. never again will stealing be an option in my life.

Fantastic experience: The instructor, Josh, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the defensive driving program material. Josh answered all questions that the class presented to him, including questions regarding non defensive driving material included in the program. I enjoyed the videos in the presentation very much, because they were not only informative, but relatable. Thank you for time.

Fantastic experience: The class was informative, learned a lot and was entertaining. Josh was a great instructor and kept the class moving along. There were a lot of great facts and exercises. I would recommend this class 10 out of 10 times!

Fantastic experience: Jazmine was a great instructor taught me about the rules of the road such as texting while driving break times weather conditions also she taught me about certain statues and inform me how the offten change over all it was a well taught class and left me educated on things i need to be aware of while driving

Fantastic experience: A very well rounded course with tons of useful information and the instructor is a phenomenal teacher that really breaks things down into a very understandable lesson and she is very involved with the class and actively tries to keep the whole class involved while making things fun too. The things I’ve taken from this class we be carried with me for the rest of my life. I’m greatly appreciative of this class because it will help me make better choices.

Fantastic experience: I learned good information regarding driving, attitude, and safety on the road. Jasmine, the instructor, presented the information clearly. The power points she presented were easy to read and understand.

Fantastic experience: I really loved the class! Wish I could take this class as a refresher every six month or yearly! Jazmine was a great instructor and made the class fun and easy to understand and apply! I was a bit hesitant to come to this class when I was told I had to but after it I’m very happy I did. Fantastic experience: Marnita A. Is a wonderful instructer. I feel more open about myself and more aware of the law. Things that could have been taken a worse course. Very grateful to get the knowlege before making the worse decission. She was fun active very positve very ourspoken. Great new experience enjoyed the class.

Fantastic experience: Karen is an absolute angel sent from heaven. She went above and beyond to get me set up with a class in my area without the need to call the court for an extension and without having to drive an hour away. I am forever grateful to you for your pleasant attitude and initiative. Now, if we could just get those bitter clerks at the Aurora Municipal Court to present themselves with half as much compassion and professionalism...

Negative experience: Talk about a poorly ran "business". They call two days before the scheduled class and say to arrive promptly at 830, we arrive at 820 and 40 minutes later and counting they are not here. 30+ people outside waiting and nothing but an automated phone to call.
