Fantastic experience: We have taken services from this driving school. Strongly recommended to take lesson from the Lady (Sorry Mrs. I forgot your name). She is super professinal, highly skilled/knowledgeable and extreamly helpful to teach student according to the individual's capability. She is equipped with mild and nice manner. Never look for other than her to consider as your instructor if you have plan to go to this Academy for your kids or family. Last but not least, They need to have better conditioned car though.
Fantastic experience: This is Mrs. Lugo I am a ppl person I’m sorry to here u had a bad experience when I’m am here I don’t see any of this how ever I try my best to make everyone happy and comfortable ask for one on one training with me I would love to help
Negative experience: This place is extremely unprofessional and un organized. I tried and tried to make a appointment to take my exam with them different days of the week and they wouldnt answer and when they did and we finally get a appointment scheduled the day I show up they tell me it was never scheduled and the instructors there are completely disrespectful and seem to want you to fail to just keep collecting money. I definitely do not recommend this place TO ANYONE.
Fantastic experience: Mrs. Lugo was really helpful and listenen to everything I had to say I recommend this driving school the only thing is that the old man is rude .. but mrs. Lugo was very professional and very nice .. I did my practice drive test and I learned so much from her .. she is really sweet love her attitude .. I was so impressed with her work
Negative experience: Read this, and the other reviews before you even THINK about going here. Biggest waste of money ever, honestly. First class, I think, went great. He was nice and friendly. After that, it pretty much went downhill. He will yell and get frustrated if we don't give him an answer right away. The same goes for the drives. He will grab the wheel and slam on the brake if you don't do what he says correctly. I think the biggest thing was when he started commenting on my appearance because I wear a hat/beanie? He didn't even sound sarcastic. He just plain didn't like the fact I wore them. In the next class, I couldn't give him an answer right away, and he got frustrated. He said I couldn't give him an answer because I wear a beanie, and it's frying my brain cells. The sad thing is that he sounded completely serious he believed that too. In the car, he has us set the mirrors to where we can't even see regularly. In the book, and online, it says have the mirrors to where you can slightly see the car you're in. He has us set the mirrors to where you can't see the side of the car. Not even close. Had to reschedule a drive twice because he wasn't there both times. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's so bad I just straight up left.
