1 year ago Negative experience: Staff is always rude, especially an older gentleman that does drives. He actually made my son not want to go back or drive again. I had 2 of my children attempt to do driving instruction through them, though both of them were discouraged from driving due to the experience there. Staff rude, dismissive, demeaning, and not all encouraging. Given the experience there, both my kids dropped out of the classes and decided to wait til they were 18 to drive. I personally believe driver's training needs to be done through the public school system and not privatized.
Hello, we are sorry to hear that. Are you referring to Integrity School in Washington state? We do not recognize your name in our system. There are two other schools out of Washington state with the Integrity name. If it was us. WE sincerely apologize if staff came across as rude. I would like to know when that was so I can understand and train. As far as the instructor I wish you would have told us. That old man is a public school instructor active in a high for the last 25 years. I will talk to him. If we knew your childrens names I could watch the video that all cars have and we store those video for several years. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Just came from a driving test after so many people told me to go here because I had a horrible experience at 360 and I like to say I loved how friendly the instructor was.. now I see why people recommended you guys my instructor was super kind and helped me ease my nerves during the test, the instructions were clear and at the end showed me what can be improved on ..I had such a great experience although I didn’t pass i definitely will be coming again to do my retake with more confidence than before Thank you integrity. Definitely will recommend this place to many more. (Update! I passed my test next try thank you so much team!!! )

2 years ago Negative experience: The driving school changed their location which did not show up on the Google maps. We were taken to their old location and thus we were late. They were completely unwilling to attempt to reschedule and initially refused a refund. The staff was quite rude and the owner was very cocky. We had to fill out a form to get a refund. We won’t be back after the way we treated. Businesses are supposed to put the customer first, and this was not the case.
Brenda. First, I want to say thank you for putting your children thru drivers' education with us just a few years ago. We have changed our address on google when we moved in January. It was on Apple maps that needs updated, we have asked them to do so. When you filled out the request for refund it creates paper trail with proof of what's going where the money went. As for me being cocky? Your absolutely wrong I was being calm trying to counteract your stress. So I asked our Lord to bless you with peace (see the verse below).
I waited until 9:35am. When you hadn't showed or called I began helping written testers. When you arrived we couldn't schedule your daughter in for a drive because our schedule was booked all day. As for the refund, I gave you a refund after getting a piece of paper that we use for a "paper trail" in case we are ever audited. I am sorry you were late but we cannot fit you in the same day when our schedule is full. By noon my skill test examiner left for Goldendale for testing there and I was doing written testing (one was waiting for us to finish at the counter). And as I said before I meant it because you truly seemed unable to comprehend my schedule was full (you were stressed)... NUMBERS 6:24
