Negative experience: Avoid Tim Adams. I saw another comment here 5 months ago someone else had the similar experience. Rude and impatient. My son is top of his class and this instructor ask him if he has a learning disability? When my son was going 25mph in a 35mph clear zone, this instructor tell him to slow down?? When my son slowed down to 15mph this instructor yell at him to not stop??? He wasn’t stopping, he was just going slow and following instructions. I hope kids in other families don’t have to deal with this nightmare. Not sure why he’s still working there.

Fantastic experience: From start to end,I had a great learning experience!Katy was really helpful in getting me signed up not only with Bicks but also finding an available time slot at testing site. And the instructors were very knowledgeable.Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Rob is the #1 driving instructor, he knows what he is doing, and has done a great job. Rob is very highly qualified and one of the best people you will meet. I recommend Bick’s to everyone and always tell them about how great Rob is with new drivers and everyone else.

Negative experience: before I took Bick's driving school, I read this place's reviews and there was some that talked about a instructor being rude to kids, not being patient, making others uncomfortable, to the point of crying. me and my dad assumed that those kids caused that to happen, well we ended up being wrong. on the 2nd day of in car driving, I had the worst driving instructor named Tim, not only was he rude, impatient, but he would get mad easily, yell at me and even cussed. he treated me like I wasn't following his direction which I was but it is kind of hard trying to do so when you got a screaming old guy yelling in your ear. he says that the reason why he yells is that "students get scared on the road very easily because they get confused on the road" but i think the real reason is from the instructor yelling and being rude at you. it got to the point where i was almost about to cry. if you want a driving instructor for your kid, avoid Tim.

Fantastic experience: Just as delighted with my second child’s experience with Bick’s Western Hills as I was with my first. Both of my sons’ classroom experience was so beneficial. They actually taught ME a thing or two about defensive driving techniques. Many thanks for making our family safer drivers!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great experience! Tim was very patient with her..made her feel calm and confident! And we love the evening behind the wheel times (5:15pm-7:15pm). She got her license and we can’t wait for my other daughter to attend!

Negative experience: Starting out I had a great time in class. The teachers were awesome and understanding. I felt like they were supportive, and I learned a lot. When I started the behind the wheel portion I felt like I was rushed and treated like I was dumb. I feel like I had a bad experience driving due to stress of driving with that teacher. He often belittled me, and made me feel bad.

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY recommend this place. Everyone in there were so nice and just so amazing. You can tell they love to do their job and really make a difference. I would love to shout out Rob, he truly is there to make an influence on the kids and is always complimenting when doing something right!!

Fantastic experience: Bicks Driving School is a top tier school with clear and consise focus on specific student groups such as myself. I am a BTK Amputee and need Adaptive Hand Controls. The staff was kind and courteous. They were quick on the administrative side via phone and email. Once there at the location they were very helpful and I enjoyed both the in classroom testing and on the road testing. I can't give 10 stars so 5 will have to do. If you need any drivers testing or any help getting started down the adaptive equipment journey... Call Bicks! They have multiple locations serving the Tri-state.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn driving. I'm really thankful to my instructor William for patiently coaching me and making me ready for the test. I was really nervous but Will guided me perfectly. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I booked Bick's car for my test and everything went smoothly. Very happy with my experience!

Fantastic experience: Bick's driving school has been outstanding supporting our unique situation accommodating a new driver with some disability needs. They have bent over backwards working with us and helping us manage the often tricky logistics of Ohio state rules for those with disabilities. Their staff is attentive, friendly, and most of all, they listen. Their support has been invaluable in helping us overcome a lot of obstacles and getting ready for the driving test towards licensure.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Bick's for being so helpful during a crazy Spring for my son who plays high school baseball. Martha and Kathy were so accommodating and flexible for his "in car" driving. They prepared him so well that he passed both parts of the test with zero deductions! Thank you ladies and we highly recommend Bick's Driving School!

Negative experience: Will was my instructor and he was phenomenal. His personality made my experience well worth the training, but when I'm paying $215 for the exam to use car and I had appt set for 815am cause that's the earliest in 3 weeks. They would not go to lengths to help make sure I was able to make that appt. For $215 there shift is 8 am and I couldn't get them to show up 30 min earlier for one time to help their paying client. I guess I do business different. If you was paying customer I would never let that money walk away cause you wouldn't find a a way to make that happen. CROOKS, I just paid $115 for nothing

Fantastic experience: My recent experience with Bick’s driving school was wonderful. I cannot express my feelings enough for the kindness I received. I found myself in a bit of a panic because my daughter was scheduled to take her driving test when her engine light came on in her car the day before she was scheduled to take her test! I reached out to Bick’s to try and rent a car for her test. I spoke with Tina who was amazing I felt like I had known her for years! Tina went out of her way to help accommodate our needs. She said their schedule was full and she could not make me any promises but she could make some phone calls and see if she could find an instructor. Tina called me back in probably less than 20 minutes with great news she found an instructor Ken Garbsch who was willing to help out! Ken met with us the next day at the BMV for my daughters test and he was so amazing. My daughter was extremely nervous but Ken was so positive and patient with her and just seemed to calm her nerves, she loved him! Ken is very passionate about his job and goes over and beyond to make student drivers feel confident. On another great note she passed her test and is now a licensed driver! A huge shout out to Tina and Ken you both are AMAZING! My daughter also did her classes and on the road with Bick’s driving school I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The team at Bick's Driving School Western Hills was very helpful in helping my teenager through the Driver's Ed process. They made sure she was ready on test day. I am also very appreciative that Tina and Katie helped me coordinate a schedule that worked for us during a very busy time.

Fantastic experience: The Western Hills Bicks is amazing. I am 65 and was in need of hand control training. Jelinda was patient , trained me they way I could learn instead of one size fits all. The company was flexable to my schedule.....and I passed the license exam !

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend anyone in need of hand controls or other adaptive driving to call Bicks . The OT teachers were awesome and staff guided me through the multiple step process to get my car adapted and pass my drivers test. They made it less stressful and I am very thankful to have my independence back.

Fantastic experience: RANDY was amazing! Took an incredibly nervous driver and made me feel so comfortable! Was a good communicator and incredibly patient with me. I wouldn’t recommend any school other than Bicks.

Fantastic experience: I had the best learning experience from Bick's Driving School and especially from Randy Zink. His technique helped me a lot to get adapted quickly. Fantastic experience: I was super impressed with Bick's driving school. I went for their adult classes. They were able to quickly schedule slots based on what times worked for me. They do pickup from your house if its within their pickup area. They were always on time and driving with them was a very good experience. I also used their service to go for the driving test. They picked me up an hour and a half earlier and we did practice runs. Warren was my instructor and he went well out of his way to give me tips and practice. The school also lets you book your classes all online so you don't have to go to the school. The instructors always wore masks and the car well kept and clean. All in all, bicks driving school was super helpful!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Bick's Driving School. My daughter was hit by a car at a young age, and from then on was terrified of seeing a car, let alone the thought of driving one. She struggles with certain aspects of schooling and is on an IEP at her school. Dropping her off at Bick's the first night of class I could see the fear in her eyes. I walked her in and we were greeted with smiles and laughter right off the bat for Tina and her amazing staff. This was a daily thing when she went to class. The teacher of her class was AMAZING!! He knew exactly how to help her get over her fears and help her understand everything she needed to take her temps test. When the classes were over, and I went in to pick her up her teacher told me some tips that would help her both prepare for her temps test, and while taking the test. We used every piece of advice they gave for studying and for when she went to take the test. She passed her test with flying colors and is now working on the in car portion of driving. Thank you Bick's for all your amazing help and advice!! I will be sending everyone your way!

Fantastic experience: Tina is amazing. Went out of her way to schedule instruction hours as well as finding an instructor who could accommodate my son's schedule and needs. One phone call and less than an hour later he was scheduled for the following week(anybody going through this process knows driving hours are difficult to secure). Very helpful, very kind, very professional.

Negative experience: They are not very helpful. Most of the driving has to be taught by me and my husband. The instructors would shorten my daughter's driving sessions by 15 mins, dropping her off at home early. My daughter did not get a thorough in-car session until the last one and that instructor was the one that told us that. The receptionist or who ever answers the phone it rude and nasty when there was a problem with the schedule. I really wanted to cuss her out but I thought she would take it out on my child.....I thought this to be a good school when I went years ago. Not so much anymore.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, registered daughter on line and went in to pay for class. They couldn't find my daughter's information showed her the email from Bick's. Lady said no problem filled out a new card and got it taken care of. The transportation for daughter was on time every day (this is reason I choose here is the help with transportation) Daughter loved the class "Tony" the instructor always answered questions and made the class interesting and fun. Very pleased with their services and as soon as drive times are completed she will be done. Thank you Bick's staff!

Very pleased with the flexibility with their schedules and you can’t beat the pick up service. Would definitely recommend Bicks driving school for anyone looking to send their teenager to get their license in a timely manner.

Negative experience: Went in to rent a car for a road test and the troll at the front desk was extremely rude. Called the day before and I got the same vibe from her then. Even with all the attitude, I managed to get a price for the rental. Upon explaining to her that the testing station will accept walk ins, she basically called me a lier. I call the testing station and the guy is willing to tell her the same thing, she refuses to talk to him THEN says I need an appointment with the school itself, which she failed to mention before. When I walked into the office before this interaction started, the look on her face told me I might have a problem. I'm guessing her problem is having to serve certain kinds of customers. But that's her problem. She won't get anywhere in life with an attitude like that. She's building up a lot of negative karma, and it WILL COME BACK TO GET YOU.

Fantastic experience: The best decision in our lives. Have been remiss in not posting earlier as it's been almost a year since taking the lessons for hand controls. My husband operates these as if he has never driven any other way and, truthfully, finds it more comfortable. The lessons he received gave him the encouragement and confidence in himself (and me,too). Thanks Bicks for being there.
