Negative experience: Edit: This is my only official review, Murad. Publicly attaching my full name to every negative review you receive isn’t exactly professional. For the record, I’m not "hiding" anything—this is my actual Google account, which I created over a decade ago. In a country that values freedom of speech, leaving a review does not require disclosing your full legal name. Attempting to doxx and intimidate a former customer isn’t a great look for a business owner. Maybe focus on running a professional driving school instead of launching personal vendettas over Google reviews. Honest Review of Ace Driving School PROS: - If your lesson is fulfilled, you generally get what you pay for. Murad is knowledgeable about driving and genuinely wants to help his students succeed. CONS: - Unreliable scheduling & poor communication. Lessons can be canceled last minute without notice, and students are sometimes left guessing. You may also find yourself in unexpected situations, like an observer being present in your lesson without prior warning. - High-pressure and stressful teaching style. Murad’s passion for teaching can come across as overly intense, including swearing and high-stress instruction. - You may be ghosted. Messages and emails can go unanswered for months. - You may be pressured into extra lessons. Even if you're test-ready, you might be pushed into additional sessions under the guise of “help.” - Expensive for what you get. At $95 per lesson, you would expect professional service, but the lack of organization and communication makes it a gamble. Bottom line: If you’re looking for reliability, clear policies, and professional communication, this isn’t the place. Look elsewhere unless you’re okay with the risk of wasted money and ignored messages.

UNRELIABLE SCHEDULE&POOR COMMUNICATION:
- Last time you took lessons with us was 9 months ago, you did not show up for your scheduled lessons multiple times, and then a week ago you contacted us "for a refund/or continuing lessons".
- You have canceled/rescheduled/not shown 4 times for your lessons without advance notice.
- While we have waived all these cancellation fees during these instances, we must now charge you a $45 fee per missed lesson.
- If not received, we will be forced to forward your account to a collection agency.
- On the day you mentioned, all lessons for all students were canceled due to a severe medical emergency affecting our instructor.
- We apologized for the inconvenience and offered several alternative spots immediately (one, two days) and also added you to our cancellation list (over 150 driving spots were shared with you since that day).
HIGH-PRESSURE AND STRESSFUL TEACHING STYLE:
- It is now unclear why you booked 10 lessons after your first session?
- Why did you pay for four lessons at first and then return to pay for two more lessons if our teaching style is so stressful?
- Due to our “stressful” teaching style and approach, our school is booked for 3 months in the future. The nature of our lessons is not meant to intimidate, but rather to instill discipline and decision-making abilities.
- Just a week ago you contacted us to continue lessons with us (!!!). Your statement is absurd.
YOU MAY BE GHOSTED. MESSAGES AND EMAILS GO UNANSWERED FOR MONTHS:
- The claim that your emails went unanswered for months is categorically false.
- We usually respond to all emails within 48 hours, and our preferred method of communication with students is email.
- After 9 months of silence, you contacted me by phone at 4 AM. I do not have your name in my phonebook and your strange ghost messages from unknown number were ignored as SPAM.
- Your late cancellations for scheduled weekend hours also were made at around 4 AM.
- Multiple texts from your phone number were sent at 4 AM as well (now we know it was you).
- Your review was also written at 4 in the morning.
- This is unacceptable, strange and unprofessional.
- We also hope you are doing okay and did not lose much sleep to put these false statements together.
YOU MAYBE PRESSURED INTO EXTRA:
- It is a lie, clear as a daylight. Our students use an automated booking system to book driving lessons, and it is not possible to push for extra.
- You booked 10 lessons and attended 5, how can we push you to take extra lessons?
- If you are ready for your road test, you are welcome to schedule it - nobody stops you from doing so.
- The fact is, you were just not ready and needed more practice. We are wondering if throughout these 9 months you have prepared and passed the RT.
- You are still looking for lessons. And you are still not ready for the Road Test.
- Your statement has zero common sense.
EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET ($95 per lesson):
- We have one of the highest Road Test passing rates in MA.
- Your first 6 lessons were billed at $90 per hour (as a package), a fair and competitive rate.
- If this price does not fit your budget, then again why did you come back for more lessons just a few days ago?
OBSERVER:
- Presence of an observer in the car is a standard procedure during driving lessons, particularly for junior operators.
- You were asked if it is OK to have an observer on board and agreed on it, if you were uncomfortable with a 16-year-old on the back seat, you could have communicated this with us directly instead of putting it on review after 10 months.
- Your statement is really strange
BOTTOM LINE:
To leave a review of this kind, hiding your real name behind “random human” and claim it to be honest, is disgusting as well as your texts at 4 AM.
Negative experience: Highly unpleasant experience. I've been driving for 20 years, abroad. RMV inspector, a Russian speaking one, recommended me ACE as an option for sponsorship. I paid 180$, and on the given morning drove to the test with the instructor. The instructor and inspector clearly knew each other, and chuckled smugly as I failed the test even before I got to turn on the engine. I was later told I should have taken a lesson with the school as I know how to drive, but not how to pass the test. Wonderful business model, but better spend your money on someone who will actually try to help you.
ROAD TEST: You were unable to proceed with your road test because you could not demonstrate hand signals, which is a standard requirement assessed by RMV examiners. This is a fundamental aspect of the test and a mandatory skill for all applicants, regardless of prior driving experience. Any RMV examiner in MA would have issued the same result based on the inability to perform the required hand signals.
Road tests are entirely regulated by the RMV and driving schools do not influence examiner decisions.
We delivered exactly what was included in your sponsorship package: a compliant vehicle and a sponsor.
Driving School sponsorship does not guarantee passing the Road Test, nor does it replace the need for preparation.
As you did not take any pre-test preparation lessons—with us or any other school— or did any research/preparation of your own, you also were unfamiliar with RMV-specific testing requirements (clearly saying about hand signals) which were sent to you in details on January 9, 2025, which led to your result, even with your 20-year driving experience abroad.
Finally, we would like to address an important issue regarding professionalism and courtesy.
On the morning of your test, you arrived without having completed the required payment for the sponsorship service.
Despite this, our instructor still accompanied you to the test as a courtesy, even though no driving school typically provides services before payment is received.
Later in the afternoon (around 3 pm), you returned to make the payment but threw the money on the table and left without any acknowledgement or greeting. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional, and we ask that all students engage in polite and courteous communication with our staff.
In our almost 12 years of experience working with students, we have never encountered this level of slander based on entirely false claims.
It is highly inappropriate to write a misleading and untrue review suggesting that our school engages in fraudulent practices. Ace Driving School operates with full transparency and integrity and accusing a small business of scamming people simply because of a failed test is both unjust and misleading.
It is truly disappointing that a Harvard graduate student associate would attempt to damage the reputation of a small business and Registry by making false accusations of fraud, when in reality, the outcome was solely based on an RMV-regulated requirement.

Fantastic experience: Finding ACE driving school was priceless. I took 10 adult classes to learn how to drive and prepare the road test. My experience was close to zero at the moment to take my first class but Murad was extremely knowledgable and patient; his approach to teaching is designed strategically so you can learn to be aware of your surroundings, focus and alert at the same time. Most of the times I was very nervous but because his teaching technic, I got more confident with the time. Ace driving school also sponsor my road test which was a very smooth process and very well organized, with all the important thing reviewed right before the test. I believe that there is an important missing part for this review that we need to clarify.
You have never "stopped by and asked for some information” and received a rude reply.
Firstly, you stared at us from outside of our school unblinkingly with your face pressed against the glass for almost a minute, and then you suddenly opened the door and without even entering our office shouted from the doorstep "What do you know about driving?!?!".
Your sudden appearance looked like an unsuccessful and bad prank.
No greeting or questions about enrolling with us came from your side.
It was totally uncivilized, disrespectful and disruptive.
And two of my high school students, who were in the office at the time, felt very uncomfortable with your actions.
We are a friendly, family-owned driving school that does our best to provide an exceptional learning experience for our students.
I have never seen anything like this, and I do highly NOT recommend you to show up at my place again or to contact any local business in that manner.

Fantastic experience: I needed to renew my license. Since I had allowed it to expire for over two years because I didn't have a car at the time, I needed to take a permit test and a driving test all over again. To freshen up on some driving skills, I decided to take some driving lessons before my driving test. Choosing Ace Driving School was a great decision. Murad is a great teacher. He is knowledgeable, funny, and puts you at ease when you are nervous. I had been driving for decades before letting my license expire, but I had never really mastered parallel parking. I just avoided it whenever possible. Murad was the first driving instructor I ever worked with that explained the process simply, clearly, and with a common sense precision that was so easy to understand and implement that I am now able to parallel park with confidence and ease. Needless to say, I was able to "ace" my driving test! Thank you, Murad and Ace Driving School!

Fantastic experience: I contacted ACE Driving School for an driving lesson and the RT sponsorship course. Since the beggining, they were really professional and efficient via email and in person. The place is clean and tight. Murad is very knowledgeable and extremelly skilled. Impresive driving and parking skill. His teaching approach is just perfect, strict enough to keep you focused but empathetic and patient to let you learn from your mistakes. He really knows what he is doing. Fantastic experience: I trained with ACE and passed the test recently. Murad is an excellent instructor with all the experience that he has accumulated over the years. His communication is precise, clear and provides rational behind the driving rules which are usually not detailed in manuals. Fantastic experience: I passed the exam today, thanks to Murad. I wish I had more classes than just one prep class with him because he shared lots of good tips with me, and clearly, it wasn't all. I doubt I would have passed the exam without this prep. Especially helpful was the way he taught me how to do parallel parking. He explained it to me once yesterday, and today, I did it on the test perfectly (or at least it felt that way :-) ). Murad is very knowledgeable about the subject, yet a bit tough. I did not care about it because I'm all about achieving results, but be ready for that.

When achieving result is your goal, you have to be tough from time to time (we only had one hour for prep). We both did it. I have helped you to be ready, you did your part great way. Fantastic experience: I am really glad I joined Murad's classes at ACE driving school. He has a shrewd understanding of driving and gives excellent advice and useful tips. He can be a bit more insistent at times but its all in good faith and wants to push us towards perfection. His tag line of 'Skills for Life' is very true. Once you learn from him, you will have those skills for life. I didn't touch a vehicle for 15 years, brushed a bit with him for 6 classes and passed my MA road test straight away. I strongly recommend his driving school.

Fantastic experience: Murad is the best driving instructor. I took 16 lessons with him and passed the road test on my first try, despite never having driven before. I also don't own a car.
