1 year ago Fantastic experience: We bought a motorhome out of state. The dealer sent incomplete paperwork to the wrong state agency where it sat for 90 days. The entire mess was returned to us. With the help of her manager and several co-workers, McKenzie Young helped us sort the mess out. Thanks McKenzie and the entire staff.

1 year ago Negative experience: I called the local office and received the automated voice response asking for an extension or name of a person. I do not have that information so the voice response system is a failure. There needs to be an option to get customer assistance without knowing who works there. This is not customer friendly.
Ed, I apologize for the challenge you had trying to reach the Carlisle office via phone. Thank you for subsequently stopping in the office to get your passport photos taken. We appreciate your loyal membership!!
1 year ago Negative experience: Telephoned to update credit card info for auto renewal. On hold for over 10 minutes, this after unsuccessful attempts to use their online option. POOR service.
Lynda, I'm sorry to hear your review of the Carlisle office is poor, based on your phone call into our central support phone line. From what I can see, it appears that your call was routed to our Support Center. As discussed today, when I reached out to you via phone, AAA Central Penn recently updated our phone system to an AI-based system that asks for more information in order to direct your call to the proper department. The AI program is still learning so your call was likely misrouted to our Support Center, instead of the local branch. The Support Center team receives a high volume of calls at times, as they also handle our roadside service calls. It is my hope that you'll stop into our friendly office in the near future and receive excellent customer service.
