Negative experience: I had a very bad driving experience with instructor roy. I purchased the 10 lessons package with road test. During every lesson the instructor didn't pay attention to my driving. He was always busy on texting and calls. He never told me any traffic rules and instructions and he never taught me how to use steering wheel. He automatically assumed that he taught me everything lol he wasted my money and on the day of test he issued me 5 hours certificate without giving me 5 hours class.

Negative experience: used to be great instructor. Not sure what happened but now all he cares about money. Does not tell you what thing suppose to bring for new driver on day of test and on day of test he send someone else to go with u.

Fantastic experience: I took lessons during the pandemic on this driving school because my main driving school is still closed. Ronnie is the best, get ronnie as your instructor. He’s not just gonna sit inside the car and give instructions. He goes out of the car, shows you the cues on what to do and when to do it, and he always has a pen and paper ready for visual instructions.

Negative experience: I got scammed. I gave an epayment to the number provided by the instructor which was marked delivered and I sent in front of the driving instructor and he says never received it but now I realized that I got scammed. Even called my bank and they said you are dealing with a scammer.

Positive experience: The car was clean, My instructor was calm and nice great place get your license they work with you for you needs. I traveled far to get my license

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving schools in NYC! The teachers there did a great job teaching and I passed first try. Their car for the road test is very good and easy to drive. 10/10

His advice on basic driving maneuvers and real life driving scenarios helped me pass the road test without breaking a sweat. I already had my license years ago but had to do everything over because my previous drivers license had been expired for over year, but Mr. Roy gave me the confidence I need to pass my road test. The prices are very good as well. I'd recommend any one who is a first time driver to this school. Thanks Mr. Roy!

Fantastic experience: I got their number from a friend and can see why the referral was made. The instructor saw my driving on the first day and decided I should go for the 5-class package, not the 10 one (I didn’t drive much before). I was impressed by this, they could easily make extra bucks by charging me more, but didn’t. His instructions were to the point, and you won't be yelled at for mistakes. He makes you comfortable and makes sure you know the rules. I failed my test initially, but his words were helpful to not loose any confidence. The only con can be the timing, but it worked out for me as he would text me for any change in schedule ahead of time. I would recommend their service.

Negative experience: i went for a couple lessons and he was very helpful the first time but later ended up having an attitude the next few lessons. he made me drive him places and wasn't really helping me with my weak spots. i took around 5 lessons and within those lessons he didn't teach me parking or u turn, he just made me drive straight and turn. his car also is very dirty with loose steering and brakes, its safety is what made me change schools. you guys should go to Bianca Driving School, they taught me how to parallel park, do a broken u turn and scheduled my driving test within two classes. Roy just wants to take your money and not actually teach you. He is very knowledgeable don't get me wrong but the cleanliness, the attitude and teaching needs to be worked on. also he can never stay to a schedule! His hours say he's open almost all day but I have proof he's canceled at least 3 times in a row and then randomly one day says he's coming within a couple minutes when there wasn't any discussion for an appointment at that time beforehand. professionalism and organization must be worked on. theres no need to yell at the student if they do something wrong. he also has favoritism towards the hindu bengali people he teaches so if youre muslim, leave while you can

Positive experience: First impression was great but his behavior was not pleasant right after the money exchange. He is not a bad instructor but could work on his behavior. Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my review from 5 stars to 3.

I had took my road test 3 times and went to other driving schools did everything they told me and failed . Roy techniques were much more helpful. Hes also really nice doesnt yell and compliments you when you do something correct . He recommends 2 lessons before the test and lets you know how your doing also make you feel confident because the road test can be overwelming . Great teacher choose him
