Fantastic experience: They are AMAZING!! They worked with my daughter very hard to make sure she successfully succeeded both in class and driving !

Negative experience: I will change my review if they show proper steps to redeem themselves however with my experience of day one has me to believe the many 5 star review are false. Multiple emails telling us to report to the high school for class and we show up 25 minutes early. After walking multiple rounds around the school and no evidence of this class anywhere we as another random student if she knows. She informs is that she took it the previous year and at that time it was at the alternative school not the high school. That is not even in the same parking lot. Sure enough that random student was correct. But now my child is late due to incorrect information given. I then mention it to a lady there and at first tells me that she didn't know how it was changed to the highschool and after telling her that it has always said the high school from the beginning of registration the story changed to needing to change classrooms at the last minute despite the email sent that morning still stating the high school location. If and I will put a big if it were true that you needed a last minute change from the high school why was the time not taken to post notices at the entrance of the highschool of the location of the last minute change? That is not a way to run any sort of business. However as stated in the beginning if they find a way to make it right on their own including getting rid of the person who has caused this problem for their company then I will edit the review.

Fantastic experience: TWO YEARS LATER!!! i continue to stand by my word even two years later. if there’s one thing everett is adamant about, it’s to always hit bambi. last night i hit a deer and remembered what he said, and it saved my life and made the situation go a completely different direction than it probably should of. put your kids in this schools classes! best driving advice i’ve ever gotten! everett is the absolute best teacher. he always knows how to spice up class and can always make you laugh. kevin and don and two of the best people to drive with. they’re so sweet and can spark a conversation about anything. my class was amazing along with the program. everyone passed our tests thanks to everett. no doubt a 5 star rating in my book.

Fantastic experience: We have tried EZ WAY for two of our children, and both had bad experiences. Our youngest went through Acceler8 and had two driving instructors, both of whom were kind, fun, and mellow…creating a much more relaxed learning experience. I appreciate that this company is good with their communications (a lot of my communication was through text), appear to treat their employees well (once my daughter’s class instructor had a family emergency and they were very accommodating to reschedule class for her), prepare the kids well for driving, and offer a one-on-one hour-long road test prep! The owner was great to work with for a question I had RE my older 18yo taking the road test prep, and gave some great advice. I highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: My daughter failed her road test in the parking lot on her first attempt. This was a huge blow to her confidence, and after practicing a little more over the next few weeks I was still hesitant to put her to the test again and make her feel even worse. I did some research and found that Acceler8 offers Road Test Preparation! I was a little hesitant about scheduling the Road Test Prep as it costs about the same as the road test itself. I didn't know how useful it would be and thought maybe the road test would teach as much. (I was wrong! I highly recommend everyone take the Road Test Prep course ahead of the actual Road Test.) I signed her up for this, and it was very helpful to have someone besides me giving my daughter tips and tricks. Gina was great and very encouraging. She helped my daughter figure out how to tell if the wheel is actually straight (the emblem being face up on the wheel that I told her ended up not being an entirely fool proof method). She taught her how to parallel park and reverse park better than I ever could have. Gina advised what types of things the tester will be looking for, what will give you points, and also gave the statistic that 25% of people fail in the parking lot which helped her feel better. After driving around with Gina for more than an hour, during which time she reverse parked about 5 times, parallel parked about 10 times, merged on and off the highway 6 times, and went through 3-4 roundabouts, she proclaimed she saw no reason why my daughter wouldn't pass. This was a huge boost to my daughter's confidence, and she felt prepared to test again. We scheduled it one week later AND SHE PASSED! I highly recommend everyone take the Road Test Prep course ahead of the actual Road Test. It's definitely helpful to know what they are going to be looking for. Thank you Acceler8!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service!! What a breath of fresh air in the business industry! They are competent, informative and thorough when you ask for information. My teen screwed up the registration process and at the last minute the company was able to fix it for us and she was still able to attend the class. Most businesses would never do this!

Fantastic experience: I'd just like to share a story that is a tribute to your driver's training. Yesterday morning my son was involved in a high speed collision in Brooklyn. It was a near miss head on collision because of what you taught him. In that flash of a moment he remembered exactly what you taught him to do if another vehicle were to enter into his lane, and though the collision was not 100% avoided he safely manipulated his truck to get the least amount of damage to his truck as well as no risk of damage to other vehicles surrounding the accident. I was told by the officer on scene, "He drove the hell out of that truck to avoid a more devastating outcome for both parties involved." I'm so glad that he had you as his teacher.

She has already practiced parking in a couple very busy areas and been out at night. Everyone at Acceler8 is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Mr.Khan was an Amazing teacher. I have failed my road test so many time and the first time I went with him and he was the only one that was able to teach me how to properly drive. All the other schools that I’ve went to have failed me and mislead me without giving me knowledge of the skills I needed to pass my road test, they just took my money. With Mr.Khan he is patient, he takes time, he doesn’t care about the money and he teaches you what’s best for you. Also he is very honest. I just passed my road test btw . I can honestly say that if I was to practice with Mr.Khan from the first time I got my permit I would’ve passed a year ago! He’s amazing, I’d recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 of my children go here. Not only do they make the learning fun but they make it real. Hands on and realistic eye opening for teens to understand the importance of driving being a responsibility. My oldest who thought he could do it without is so clad I made him go here. He even admits now that he thought he knew so much but now his eyes are open to so much more than just driving. I feel much better knowing they are safer drivers. The trainers are wonderful and my boys appreciated them all. This training even knows and understands how to deal with children with High Functioning Autism and that is a blessing. I would recommend this business to anyone...teen or parent.
