Fantastic experience: I took my drivers test here and it was a great experience, the proctor was super sweet and funny. I came in nervous and as soon as i started the test all of my nerves were gone. They were super organized and neat with my documents and everything was very easy to finalize.

From the moment I walked in, the two people in the office were so welcoming and professional. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special shout out to our instructor, James! He was absolutely wonderful – patient, clear, and supportive every step of the way. His calm demeanor and expert guidance made me feel comfortable behind the wheel from the start. I will definitely be referring anyone I know to this fantastic driving school. If you're looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional place to learn to drive, this is it!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend coming here if you’re thinking about coming for your drivers test. I had called a couple weeks prior to coming and basically asked what I needed to do to get my drivers test/license, as I’m new to Texas. Mr. Martin picked up, and basically walked me through my whole process. Very sweet. Then I scheduled my appointment, and came in today for my drivers test. At first I was nervous but overall, ok. I had such an amazing experience, Mr. Martin was so kind, and helped ease the nerves. Overall I had a great experience, and I did end up passing my drivers test. I 100% reccomend. The staff is so friendly as well. :)

They were so kind, understanding, and very patient as I told them the events that had previously happened. Thank you guys for being absolutely amazing! Negative experience: I paid in full for the entire course, yet the business failed to schedule any lessons for over two months. It was only after I requested a refund that they suddenly found openings. During a subsequent conversation, after I made a comment about their website, I received a call from the owner who spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. At that time, I agreed to continue with the lessons since they were now able to schedule them. However, when my son arrived for his lesson, the owner confronted him rudely and, instead of honoring the scheduled instruction, abruptly returned the refund in a disrespectful manner. The lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the owner was disappointing and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a positive learning environment.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and the owner avoided me for two months with a refund because they didn’t have time they claimed to get my daughter in and her second time driving they forced her on the highway when she was not ready I wouldn’t recommend using this place

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about them!! I first went in just to ask for some information (I wasn’t even planning on using there services) they talked with me for over 30 minutes just helping and answering all my questions about what I needed to do. Then when the DMV left me hanging, they were able to squeeze me in the same day to knock out my driving hands on portion of my test. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and bent over backwards to accommodate me. I can’t recommend them enough and I will be taking my son there soon to start his drivers training!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: We went to this driving school for an adult test for my husband as he just moved here from another country. James Wells was amazing and so kind to my husband. The first scheduled test my husband unfortunately failed but James was very thorough and explained to him what he missed and how to fix it. Otherwise he said my husband knows how to drive but to watch these things. The nice thing about this place is that your fee carries for two test not one so we went to schedule another test at no charge. They didn't have any availability soon enough for us though, James overheard us talking to the receptionist and granted us to come in on an earlier date and use his lunch break time for my husband to test! The second test my husband passed and I would say our experience with James at Frost Driving School was easy, low stress and very informative. Thank you so much for your kindness and help James!

Fantastic experience: took the driving test, and the Instructor was so nice he put me at ease and made me comfortable with the whole process and talked to me like a friend while I was doing the test it was an awesome experience!

Negative experience: This place is sad. I had Mr. Biggs or whatever his name is as my instructor and I had a horrible experience. He does nothing but pick on kids especially people of color. He gave me less of my driving time than my mom is originally paying for and tries to find something wrong with everything i do. i was told to make a turn when I felt comfortable not him but ME and he proceeded to tell me i was wrong and shouldn't have turned when that's what i felt comfortable with doing. he is incredibly rude to both me and my mother and continued to make lies over the phone. He claimed that i didn't get my full time because i was driving too slow but then said i was driving too fast but he said we got the full time? which lie are you gonna use? He claims that we left early and i got there late, my scheduled time was 9 am and we all left the building at 8:57 am. I felt uncomfortable the whole session as he proceeded to try and bully me. This man is unfit as a teacher. he believes he's entitled to an opinion on everything , extremely disrespectful , and is a bully that thinks he's better than everybody.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever !! The owner feels morally superior and entitled. Has no respect for customers or students. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You can never get them on the phone or they are closed. And after the experience with the owner I will be looking into other actions.

Negative experience: I've never felt so uncomfortable taking a driving test, it's 100° outside and I wore a tank top to take it. As soon as I get in the car the instructor asks me if I was wearing a bra which is a completely inappropriate question. I'm wearing a bra,tank top along with leggings I respond extremely uncomfortable and say yes. He then gets out of the car goes to my dad and says he refuses to allow me to take my driving test until I put on a different shirt along with making comments to my dad about how he is raising me and about how he would never allow his daughter to wear what I'm wearing. I'm a 16 year old girl and there is absolutely no reason anyone should be looking at my chest. So I get back in the car after my Dad gives me his shirt and while I'm in the car the instructor is still making comments. I can't even get out of the parking lot because I am extremely nervous and uncomfortable and I feel like I'm being looked at in a disgusting manner. I hit a curb and he immediately fails me which is fine because I did mess up and it was my fault. But my dad calls my mother and tells her about the comments he made. My mother drives down there with me and tries to talk to the instructor. The instructor then goes ahead and says that he felt disrespected and it was disgusting and he doesn't know what my mom does with her parenting. Again what I wear has nothing to do with a driving test and there is absolutely no dress code here and the instructor is still being extremely disrespectful to my parents and has an extremely disgusting attitude. I 100% don't recommend this place it felt really humiliating hearing a grown adult talk about my body especially when it is not his place.

Negative experience: (Harker Heights) It has been very difficult to get in touch with them. They do not answer phones often & they stay closed more than they are open. Our daughter has paid $500 & is not receiving the services she paid for. She attempted to complete her final driving test--TWICE now, she has reported to the location & either they told her "we don't have you on books for today." They then instructed her to report the following day at a specific time. She arrived early in fact. AGAIN---CLOSED. These people need to get themselves together. People pay a lot of money & interrupt their schedules to complete these programs. I have reviewed a lot of the reviews for this company & it appears this is a common issue for a LOT of people. I also see the nasty responses from the owner. Regardless of the reviews, it's just unprofessional to be nasty with customers. I definitely would not recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test with Frost Driving School and I had a GREAT time! What exceptional customer service and all around great school. You can tell the people here really care about their students and the work they do. My work schedule is busy and sometimes inconsistent with all the extra tasks that might come up, so I emailed the school various times to find the plan that worked best for me and I was only met with complete professionalism and extreme courtesy. I ended up setting up a time slot for a 1 hour review + 25/30 min road test. When I arrived, I was greeted by two lovely ladies who put my packet together. They have great attention to detail and caught a little mishap in my paperwork and were able to reprint it for me right away. Once all the paperwork was done, I got to meet my instructor, Mr. Martin. He put me immediately at ease and walked me through all I needed to know. He gave clear instructions and was kind and encouraging the whole time. I enjoyed all the fun trivia as we drove as well! I didn't take any lessons through this school, instead I got them privately, but I really wish I had got them here! I think I would have gotten to my test day way more sure of myself if I had studied with Frost. Long story short, I highly recommend this school. Adults and teenagers alike. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Great people I have ever seen. I really appreciate how respectful they are toward every customer. I took the road test and pass the test. Even I took my brother to this place to do his road test and he also pass. It’s not like we were good at driving so we pass it also goes on them how they built up your confidence while driving and how joyful they were. And front desk ladies I really appreciate how helpful they were to make appointment online or either phone call and how respectful and patients they have toward every customer. I really really appreciate for everything you guys have done. Thank you so much for helping us out and keep it up. For me giving 5 star is not enough for them. I really hope they keep this up. They really showed me humanity still exist. Again thank you for everything.

Negative experience: Next time when you talking with a customer have a little more respect I don’t care if u own the business I don’t care how bad of a day u had u have no right to talk to anybody like that and as a business owner u should be ashamed and I will be making it aware to others who want to test here of ur tone and ur need to be rude to somebody who hasn’t even been in the building for more than 3 minutes and is already nervous to take their test as a young adult and see how much money it dents out of ur pocket have a good day sir

Fantastic experience: I impulsively decided to come here after school because my learner's permit expired when I turned 18, and the lady at the front desk was super super nice! She told me everything I need to do to get my adult learner's permit as well as the steps I need to take to get my full license. I was super nervous, but that lady was so nice that I was motivated enough to write my first review. I really needed someone friendly and she took the time to really lay things out for me and answer my questions, and was way helpful than anything I could find online. Will definitely be coming back to take my test.

Negative experience: I registered and paid for my first time driver mother and sister for 4 driving lessons each. after the third lesson our calls were not returned, emails not returned. after 2 months i went to complain about the zero communication and failure to do the final lessons and the owner was rude and dismissive. I asked for the 2 lessons worth refund in order to take my business else where, He attempted to give me a check minus $50.00 cancellation fee...!? we left the check because i want the full amount refunded. So my mother disputed the charge on her CC and was denied because the CC company stated that according to frost she cancelled the contract and in fact owes frost $50. So to summarize they failed to provide the services that were paid for then after 2 months when we complained and wanted our remainder of the money paid to take our business else where they wanted to charge $50.00 cancellation fee even though THEY were the ones who didn’t end up their part of the contract. Horrible company! DO NOT USE!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and easy to be around. I was nervous about the driving test but Mr. Martin made sure I was comfortable. No shouting or passive-aggressive remarks, just a lot of helpful things said calmly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good driving school in the area.

Fantastic experience: I just took my road test AND I LOVED IT! I was so nervous but the instructor made it so comfortable! We made small talk as I drove and he have me tips! I loved him!! He was so nice it went by so quick too!

Negative experience: $600 I paid for my son’s drivers course. I started this the month before covid happened and was prepared to have his drivers license a couple months later. A couple months after getting his permit that’s when everything shut down. Months went by and I called to see if they were available for the driving portion of his course and it was a automatic machine that would let you know when they times were available, everytime we signed up the courses were unavailable once clicking through the app. He was able to get two sessions in. After months I called in multiple times to try and get him scheduled and no help. They then deactivated him without his session being complete and sent an email that if we wanted anymore courses we would have to pay additional. I did not get what I paid for he walked away with his permit and I had to end up teaching him to drive which defeated the purpose of paying that amount of money. I would not recommend this place at all and go elsewhere in Killeen. $600 gone

Fantastic experience: My daughter went to frost and she is very comfortable behind the wheel. They worked with her crazy schedule to ensure we got all our driving hours in. The owner/manager is so patient and makes everyone feel comfortable. My son took his driving test through them as well and he was so nervous but the made him comfortable

Positive experience: There needs to be more driving sessions availability. I expected my experience to be headache free. Nice people but a hassle to get your kid the drive time you pay for.

Negative experience: They tell you that the schedule opens every Wednesday at 5:00 but what they didn't specify is that if your not online right away to schedule then you will miss your chance. For those who are not available at that time you miss every week. Not enough instructors for the load of students. Great way to waste $295 for a service that ultimately is not provided. I even called to address and was told that a manager/someone in charge would call to discuss and that never happened either.

Fantastic experience: As a professional driver I have personnaly taught all three of my kids how to drive 2 of which earled their liscense out of state. Once we moved to Texas we found that getting a license for teen drivers were different than in alaska. So I sent my youngest daughter to Frost driving school. Even though I had been teacheing her since she got her permit at 14 they were great in reinforcing all of the texas laws and driving requirements that I was not familiar with and she was able to successfully get her license with as high a score as her siblings. So thank you to all the instructors who assisted in training my daughter how to safely drive and operate a vehicle.
