Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at 1 Choice Driving School. The instructor was extremely rude, unprofessional, and, worst of all, racist. Instead of teaching me with patience and respect, she belittled me and made hurtful comments to the point of making me cry. She even told me that I was a danger behind the wheel and that I would “kill someone,” which was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. After that awful experience, I decided to enroll in another driving school, and within just a month, I passed my driving test with 100% accuracy and zero mistakes. This proves that the problem was never me—it was the toxic environment and lack of professionalism at this school. I do not recommend 1 Choice Driving School to anyone looking for a positive and respectful learning experience.

Fantastic experience: Around of applause to Dawn who was my instructor today in maneuverability she was nice to me and calmed me down when I was nervous, and i passed my test,and above all the whole staff that I met there today they were all friendly and nice.

Thank you. You can make an appointment at BMV.ohio.gov. Currently we only do Thursdays, but starting with April we are going to 5 days a week at Ohio Driver Testing LLC which is next door to us and is our business as well.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this location. The staff were very disrespectful, and the manager was shouting and yelling. At one point, he even shouted, **"Get out of my office!"** I plan to contact the BMV to report our experience at this facility. I strongly recommend finding a different location for your exam, especially if you are a person of color or from a minority group.

If you are going to post a review you should tell the whole story. You were trying to argue with an examiner stating that speeding through a school zone should NOT be a reason to fail a test instead of minding your child that was wandering around barefoot. If your child gets hurt in our building because she is not being supervised, who’s fault does that become. When initially told to get your child, you responded aggressively and was then told to leave the building because we do not tolerate aggressive behavior. You were not yelled at; just told something you didn’t want to hear. And shame on you for pulling the race card. There was nothing said or done that had anything to do with race or ethnicity. We go above and beyond here to help all people.
