Negative experience: They don’t even teach driving properly.They only do 10 hours of teaching or more so a week to be specific then they don’t teach anymore. They’re only all about the money.Plus I didn’t even learn driving at all from them they only wanted more and more money they only care about the money not the student or teaching properly. And this is coming from a student who went to them 7 years ago.

Fantastic experience: Kayla was my instructor and I love having lessons with her so much. She will let you know what you need to work on, she is super chill, she is patient and lovely. I really do recommend her! I love you Kayla

Negative experience: My instructor was terrible. He was yelling loud and used the phone while teaching. Never let me have the chance to brake stop always brake the stop first made me confused

I also wanna give thanks because the employees here are really nice and caring every time I’m on a call the lady responds nicely to the conversations.. this is the place where I will get all my life together including GUARD CARD, PASSPORT etc. THANK YOU GUYS FOR PROVIDING ALL THIS THINGS

Negative experience: Driving a car that says student driver. Student or not made abrupt lane change over gore line to avoid taking exit. Tailgating and driving erratically. Good way to teach your students.

Negative experience: Professor was good and everything went well, except the poor communication. My driving instructor told me that he contacted the department to send me any text messages regarding important info or updates, but I ended up never receiving any messages at all. Absolutely 0 message or call. For my final class, they said that their car starts to have issues but they never reach out to me. I always end up being the one reaching out to them for clarification for the past 3 weeks for my final class, and they never showed up.

Negative experience: One of the instructors was in the car by himself and actually started to stop got down to 35 miles an hour on the freeway because he was about to miss his exit instead of going to the next one ... if this is how they drive they should not be teaching

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor Tommy was an amazing teacher, as soon as we got to drive together the first day my fear of driving completely went away. I immediately had alot of confidence and he helped keep me calm and we got along great. Would 100% recommend using this school to learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: This is a 5 star driving school. The prices are reasonable and the instructor was friendly and patient. Out driving instructor was Kayla and she was the best. My teenager was able to learn quickly and get to the road faster.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience, Kayla was extremely patient with me never doubted me or my abilities even when I did. She’s attentive and notices the little things before they become big. Kayla was very personable and didn’t make me uncomfortable at all. I actually was very sad our last session because we always had something to talk about and now it feels unfinished but I know she’s more than happy to see me get over my road anxiety and again I am more than grateful, beyond grateful for her understanding I just needed someone there before I let up on the training wheels. If you prefer to drive on weekends, work only prohibits you to drive on weekends, or you know how to drive but your anxiety won’t let you do it alone USE THIS SCHOOL AND ASK FOR KAYLA!

Fantastic experience: For those who are looking for cheap driving test, I would recommend this place. The teacher Robert Giersberg was nice and informative because he was helping students to drive carefully when they're nervous. I met him and although I'm nervous and he seems to be stressful but we need to understand he's doing his job to help us pass the driving test especially he was warning us what will happen to us if we don't drive carefully in the future reference. I give 5 star rating for universal driving school and to Robert.

Fantastic experience: Being someone who have a phobia of driving my driving instructor made me feel comfortable and eventually more confident to enjoy driving. Only 10 hours of the driving lessons and in a few days I will be going to the MVD to get my driver's license! The school's staffs for both locations were very patient in answering all my inquiries. My younger sister will be doing the same driving lessons as me in a few months. We will definitely be requesting for Instructor Jack. To all those struggling to get their driving going know that you can do it with a little help too. Let's stay positive and drive safely together!

Negative experience: On Friday April 17th I nearly got rear-ended by a car that was tailgating me with this company's emblems all over it, the driver of this vehicle Vin swerved over to the far right lane catch his exit and again was tailgating another vehicle, if this is how they keep their students to drive then we're going to have a bunch of dangerous aggressive drivers on the road pretty soon

Negative experience: To begin with the instructor- Patrick was gr8 to work with. He will make u feel that driving is so simple and easy, by the end of the 2nd class I was well over the freeway and completed parallel parking. Problem lies with the organizer- Phyu ( I think) . She is absolutely rude, mannerless, cancels your class without notice, cuts the call midway, doesnt pick up the call, and has the audacity to tell me that I need to accept that the class will not happen. It would hv been different had she informed before, but after waiting for 30 mins at the designated spot, I call the ofc to listen to this. I hv 3 more classes pending , the ofc doesnt pick the call and she has my money. My advice would be to not take up classes with this school, or if you do happen to take up, do not pay upfront. Rather divide the money to pay for each class.

Negative experience: Just watched a kid drive in the bike lane and the instructor didn’t care. I called and he answered and just made excuses. As a cyclist I should be safe when in the bike lane I shouldn’t have to worry about a car running me over. If a student persistently drives in that lane then maybe they should pull them over and have a talk with them before continuing the lesson

Negative experience: One of theirs instructors just came into my work and car smelt like weed I called the number to report it and the had the driver confront me upfront in front of my Co worker and his excuse was he wasn't smoking the student the he gave a lesson to was stone from his mouth he said he was hi and still let the kid drive and he dropped kid of 45 min from my work and car still smelt like weed do not let it kids go there vary bad place I don't believe his story and u can see it in his eye and he had nothing to back his story up he let the kid drive hi big miss judgement and he should not let him drive and report that he can not train him but he let the kid commit a dui

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with this company and I also want to thank Robert my instructor for the knowledge and on the road practice he shown me thanks to his patience and good work ethics I have my license. I definitely recommend this school to any one needs help getting there license.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend this school to many people, The instructor Jean was very patient, polite and I learned a lot!! I learned defensive driving, freeway, street driving, how to parallel parking. I also loved the new cars the AC was so cold! The price was very affordable. I finally got my Drivers license!!!!

Negative experience: Just checked whether they accept card .....They said no we take cash or cheque and I said OK .....They said we call u back......That is it never called back and they were not picking up phone even I called.......

Fantastic experience: Most people dont write a review when things go fine..but I was pleasently surprised that my driving skills improved so much (a previous 6hrs driving class with another school was a waste of my money). The instructor trusted me and let me drive while always giving me the right feedbacks.
