Fantastic experience: Amazing Instructer, I had somewhat experience before driving with her but with the few days I drove with her she made me feel more confident in my driving, I highly recommend taking lessons with her!!!!!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever when I took my road test with them I waited an hour for nohad to show up. Even the examiner had told her that she’s late. Very unprofessional on her part I ended up failing because of parallel parking that she taught horribly and that I learned very easily from another instructor and passed easily. Why would you book your student an appointment for road test if you feel they aren’t prepared. Wouldn’t recommend money hungry!!!

Negative experience: They don't deserve even one star. Where do I start? This company has the dirtiest worker ever. It's a company that only cares about money. Only those who deal with them will understand the point. It's a deceptive and lying company. The method that this worker follows with customers is very dirty and insulting to the customers. I say all this from experience and I deeply regret the moment I decided to call them to make an appointment for the exam. This worker called “Nohad” is very dangerous and extremely impolite. If I were able, I would file a lawsuit against her and her company. My money was taken (stolen) and they never gave me an appointment. I advise you to think before you talk to them. There are other companies you can turn to, but this woman in particular (and the Ozoor company) are truly the worst of all. They are thieves and I think they are violating the law. I do not believe that their papers and actions are legal. **In response to your impolite and very unprofessional comment : It seems that lying and playing games is your favorite game. I could hardly understand your unprofessional words, and this is conclusive evidence of your lack of professionalism and your lack of professionalism in speaking and working, as I said previously. Your manner is impolite and very bad. You insult the customer and then apologize. I don't understand how you can say to go to your office after these rude words. You have no evidence for your statements and claims. I saved all the messages. I wish I could save the calls so that others could know the real you. Your calling me at night is one of the indications of your annoying and bad customer service style after 9 p.m.! She told me that I had an appointment the next day, and I was surprised because I did not confirm or request that appointment, and it was canceled with the same call. Also, the $150 was paid without registering any appointment. She was shouting and saying that it was not acceptable to cancel and I had to pay immediately. I told her that I did not request that appointment, and yet I paid so that I could make it. Get an appointment for later. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn't! I insisted on an appointment for a Saturday or Sunday, if possible, and she told me that there was no one available at the moment and that I should wait a little while. Every time I send messages, you never answer! You did not understand the customer's request, you did not listen, you just talk a lot and care about your own interests. A person like you is not worthy of being given value or even importance. You are truly weak in style, and I do not know how anyone can put you in his company or office. It is none of your business what I do or write about expressing my opinion and freedom. Pay more attention to your work than arguing about these matters of lying. Perhaps you will benefit from the lessons of your mistakes! I don't care about money, nor do you, and my opinion of you is much more important to me. In addition, you are a thief with everything you did. Go back to your messages and make sure you can prove your false statements. You are looking for scandals. I advise you to learn how to deal and respond politely with customers so that you can continue your work.Please don't tire yourself out anymore, I won't argue with people like you.

Fantastic experience: Ozzor driving school is the best in the city. When it was my turn that was the only place on the top of the mind. Aiyah at Ozzor driving school is literally the best she thought us every thing we need to know to be safe on the road at all times from the simple things to the most important things we needed to know. I would literally recommend this driving school to any new drivers in the state of Michigan. You can’t go wrong

If youre that concerned about the the education, then stick to your appointment time! Telling me come at 8:30 and yet its 10:42 youre not here! This is a lie! And a driving test for 120$… And i didnt make a mistake, he asked to turn to the left , and i waited bc there was a speeding car… literally unreal the lies man

Negative experience: for those who would think to register for a driving courses at this place i have something want to share with you about this Company ! Unfortunately i was ripped by one of their employee When I made the deal at first place with her about the cost for Permanent Driver L. and she said it will cost $350 till he gets the license but when he did passed the test for the permanent she went like this is it , and she refused to get him back on for the driver license course , and wanted to charge me more to continue! i think its not right and i will not recommend no one to deal with those liers !!! hope you enjoy your one star that u don’t deserve.......

Negative experience: I haven’t registered my kids yet because when I called for prices the lady on the phone was in such a hurry to get off the phone she sounded like she didn’t really want to answer my questions don’t know if I’ll register my kids Or not if that’s the type of attitude I’m going to get from them hopefully she was just having a bad day Or maybe they should just have someone else answer the phone because that alone is making me not want to even register my kids. I’ll change my review when I decide

Negative experience: The owner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Don’t even bother with this driving school. They’ll take your money up front and do a terrible job sometimes not even the job. The owner is INCREDIBLY unprofessional and condescending. She shuts the phone in your face if you ask any questions. I have no idea how she has her job. Save your money and go to a different driving school.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE DRIVING SCHOOL!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! GO TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! I scheduled my road test for Saturday at 12 PM. The lady on the phone was rushy and wanted to get the call over with within 10 seconds in. That's when I should've cancelled my road test but I didn't. I go to their office on Saturday @ 12 and sure enough she was 20 minutes late. Not even a sorry for being late. I get into the car after paying and signing and there is another student in the car driving. She lets that student drive around and do practice as I sit in the back seat. We then stop by another students house, pick them up, and that student starts practicing. The time is now 2:00 that's 2 hours of me sitting in the back seat doing nothing. As time goes by it was finally my turn. BUT, It was not a practice!! It was the actual test!!! Sure enough after trying the obstacles I fail due to no practice. THIS WOMAN IS ONLY TAKING YOUR MONEY. IT IS A SCAM!! DONT GO TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! DONT BELIEVE ME? READ OTHER REVIEWS. oh yeah and not to mention, the first student that drove didn't even take her road test due to how late the instructor held us for. She held us all until 3:45.

Fantastic experience: They teach so WELL! Passing the test was so easy because the steps they taught me were so simple. If your planning on taking your test but your afraid, take a training lesson with them before the test and they’ll tell you if your ready or not.

Negative experience: Don't go to this school...they just want money!! They take four people on their training car and u pay for 1 hour 35$..the hour u paid for it not more then 15 min they take me to each person house to take them with us to the training..?? Baad

Negative experience: You'll be squished in a car with 6 other people, have to wait hours just to take a 10 min driving test, and if you go here to practice driving don't expect to get your 1 hours worth. If I knew any of this beforehand I wouldn't have gone here. Super unprofessional
