TGA Truck Driving School

Fantastic experience: First, I would like to give thanks to God for opening the doors for me, sending me the right people to train me, and giving me the ability to obtain my CDL this past Friday on Valentines Day! Secondly, I am so grateful that I chose TGA as my trucking school at the El Camino College campus. My instructors, Andrea and Ivan, were excellent in getting me ready for the CDL exam. They were very motivating and encouraging throughout my 6 weeks with them. I had my ups and downs mentally, but they both kept me on the right track to graduate and obtain my CDL on my first try! They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable, patient, caring, honest, and passionate about what they do. They treated everyone with respect and jumped in when we needed a helping hand. I will miss them both. I had other trucking school options but I chose TGA because they were accredited and were professional since day 1 of orientation. Tuition can be at the higher end, but you get what you pay for and some companies offer tuition reimbursement when you are hired. If you are an incoming student remember to stay optimistic and have a growth mindset. You got this! 10/10!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very Organized and thorough trucking school Esme and Eric are very knowledgeable and even learn new things themselves. But if you want to enroll you will not be treated like a child this is something you have to want but overall a true 5 star trucking school with 5 star instructors. Thank you TGA for my successful future!!!!!

Fantastic experience: TGA !!! The Greatest Academy !! I just wanna give a big shoutout and thank you to Instructor Erick and Esme ! They are great teachers ! Learned a lot from them ! Successfully got my Class A license yesterday!!!!!! In Erick’s words “HELL YEAH” Thankful to have learned from you both! Appreciate it all! NOT BUBBLED, CUT, CRACKED, FRYED, OR LEAKING ! Went from the Montebllo Location to the Hacienda Location!

Fantastic experience: Organized office and program - helpful and caring staff, from the office to the instructors - overall great experience AAAA+++ My expectations were exceeded! What I experienced at the school was nothing less than a perfect system of individualized attention and focus, combined with a thoughtful and comprehensive method of training and direction/support. They made sure there was a communication line open from the beginning to the end of my journey, for whatever we needed from them. They never let you give up. YOU will have to memorize a lot - so take it seriously. As long as you do, you will have all the time and support necessary to succeed. They offer manual and automatic training, and all training and study material is provided. Estuardo, Jonathan, and Eric are all amazing and genuinely knowledgeable and caring instructors. Caroline in the office is an organized, knowledgeable and extremely helpful professional. The owner Pablo really cares about every one of his students, and it shows through the exceptional treatment from all staff involved. I now have a manual class A with all endorsements; and thanks to the relentless support of the school, I was prepared FULLY for every step. If you want the best training and preparedness to attain your commercial truck license, definitely go with TGA!!!
