First Class Driving School, Inc. stands as the premier and most respected driving academy in the Ark-La-Tex region, proudly serving Bossier City, Shreveport, and surrounding areas since 1993. Led by Master Trainers Jill and Bud Chauncy, the school has spent over three decades transforming how driver education is approached, moving far beyond the mere objective of passing government minimum standards.

At First Class Driving School, the mission is to cultivate collision-free drivers through comprehensive, life-saving training. We do not simply teach students to operate a vehicle; we instill proactive defensive driving skills and habits that prevent accidents for a lifetime. This commitment to excellence was recognized when the school was voted "Best Driving School" by SB Magazine, a testament to our superior curriculum and dedicated instruction.

Our services are tailored to meet the needs of every learner, from teenagers (ages 15-17) requiring Driver’s Ed, to adults (18+) seeking pre-licensing courses and road test preparation. We also offer specialized support, including adaptive training for drivers with special needs, driver competency evaluations for corporate or remedial purposes, and DMV practice tests. All our vehicles and facilities are equipped with audio/video recording to ensure transparency and high-quality learning. Fantastic experience: This school is very educational and informative for kids today. Even for parents too. So many things we didn’t learn or learned the wrong way growing up. I highly recommend this for today’s youth.

Fantastic experience: I am so appreciative of the assistance First Class recently provided my daughter. She had driven with another local school for her class and a couple of extra hours, and every time the feedback from that school was not constructive and very belittling to her. We opted to try extra hours and testing with First Class and could not be more thankful that we did. Your instructor was personable, kind, and provided a positive atmosphere, which made her feel confident. Thank you so much!!
