Fantastic experience: Excellent professionalism and outstanding customer service. Jill and Bud went out of their way to help two Ukrainian refugee adults obtain their Louisiana Driver's Licenses. The Ukrainians did not speak English very well but Jill and Bud adapted and provided superior instruction to each of them. They both have "graduated" the course and are licensed drivers in the State of Louisiana. I could not give this company and the owners higher praise!

Fantastic experience: Best driving school experience! I had to relearn how to drive after nearly 20 years, was in several accidents in high school and I moved to NYC and never wanted to drive again. But with their thorough curriculum and excellent driving lessons I feel confident and more comfortable driving again than I ever expected. Wish I had gone here back in high school to begin with! Fantastic experience: While it is a little pricey it is well worth it. The service was excellent! The instructor, Mr. Bud, was great during class touching on topics and techniques not seen at other schools. My driving instructor, Ms. Jody, was excellent in teaching me all of the ins and outs of the road. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: First Class Driving School is by far the most experienced and professional driving school in the Shreveport/Bossier area. These people know their business. You can rest assured that your new driver will experience the safest, most comprehensive program around. Not only did they road test my son but they also provided extensive expertise and support for helping us with an out-of-state permit transfer. If I had any more kids to train, I’d send them to First Class without question.

Fantastic experience: My son took the driving class at another school, but when it came time for the test, he failed twice. He has anxiety and it seemed like it went in overdrive everytime he would go there. We called First Class Driving and was able to get his driving test done there. The instructor was amazing. She talked him through everything and was able to calm his anxiety. The way he described his experience say it all. He said it was like he had been pushed in the dirt and kicked while he was down. Then someone holds out a hand and treats him like a human, and he didn't know how to react. Will definitely use them when it come it for my daughter!!!

It is obvious that they are serious about helping to reduce the number of accidents caused by teen drivers. They are dedicated to having skilled drivers on the road. We found Jill and Bud Chauncy, the owners, to be kind and patient as well as passionate about teaching teens to be safe drivers. Our experience with the school was very positive and we recommend this school to other parents.

Fantastic experience: I put off completing driving school & getting my license until I was 22. I decided to go with First Class Driving School in Bossier City. I started with the 6 hours in the classroom with Mr. Bud as our instructor. He is very knowledgeable and showed us important safety measures that other driving schools simply do not teach. He made sure we were prepared for the DMV written test and I aced it! The following week I started driving with Mrs. Jody as my instructor. She is so nice & awesome, and I thank her for teaching me all the life-saving safety maneuvers that other driving schools do not teach! If any parents are looking for a driving school to send their kids, or adults who have yet to obtain their license, look no further than First Class. The staff are awesome, you will learn more about driving here than anywhere else, and it is 100% worth the price!

Fantastic experience: This Class is much more better and time consuming and technic rather than a dmv. My experience in class was very helpful, the 6 hours are worth it. My quality time and instructions from Ms.Jill was magnificent. She is a great instructor her long term experience shows, you will be in good hands trust me!!. Meanwhile the experience you get is worth the money you pay. I highly recommend you or your children who are ready to drive get their lessons here. Fantastic experience: First Class Driving School in Bossier, LA is THE BEST driving school in the Ark-La-Tex! The first person I talked to was Marilyn and she was what first sold me on this driving school. I had been calling around, searching to find a good driving school, and Marilyn was so sweet and kind that I immediately went, “That’s the driving school I want to attend.” My six hour class experience was amazing as well. Mr. Chauncy was very knowledgeable and he made the six hours go by very quick. Everyone who works there is kind and are the epitome of southern hospitality! I was very nervous to go behind the wheel and Mrs. Jill put me at ease. She was so very sweet, and charming. She makes you feel safe. Mr. and Mrs. Chauncy are definitely in the right profession, and at the end of my fourteen hour course they made me feel as if I was a part of their family. These people care about your wellbeing and puts a focus on safe driving habits! You can find a cheaper school, but you pay for what you get! Every cent I paid was worth the experience I got here, and now I have the skill set that I know I can depend on in an emergency. A little extra money for this course could be life saving! This is the school I would recommend for life!

Bud and Jill were personable with all of their students and I love the one on one driving time so that there were no distractions while he was behind the wheel. I also learned so much myself from the parent meeting. I have 3 kids each went to different classes and this is by far the best in town!

Fantastic experience: From the initial phone call inquiring about the classes to the final driving test, our experience with First Class Driving School was exceptional. Their entire organization is amazing. They explained how process was going to proceed and then it did, exactly like they said it would. My daughter learned a lot during the class room portion and said Bud was great at keeping the classes attention. And Jill was a saint with Kennedy during the driving phase...Kennedy wants more driving lessons just to have the opportunity to spend more time with her. Kennedy took the homework portion seriously and spent many hours to prepare for exams. Thank you FCDS...y’all are amazing!

Fantastic experience: From Jump Street, the best drivers training experience. My oldest went to a different company and for more money received an inferior product. The office personnel are kind and courteous and the instructors are top notch. Their name says it all: First Class!

Fantastic experience: I just got my driving license through this school. I went from being scared to get behind the wheel to driving on the interstate within a week. I 100% recommend Ms Jodi, she is sweet and patient, but helps you achieve your goals. Go to First class!

Fantastic experience: Although the circumstances that brought me in was annoying (traffic ticket) I actually enjoyed my experience taking the defensive drivers class. The fact that you can register and pay online is amazing. The instructor was not only thorough in giving info but funny and interesting to listen to.

Fantastic experience: I was in the first class that Mr. Bud and Mrs Jill had back in 1993 when they first opened at the LeBossier Hotel. Best choice my parents ever made for me as far as driving goes. I've always taken what they taught me and applied it every day. 26 years, one speeding ticket, and zero wrecks later, I still take their advice with me. I've avoided many many wrecks and animals... My advice would be to take what these guys are teaching you and soak it all in.

Fantastic experience: I had to take a defensive driving class, wasn't looking forward to it, but First Class Driving School made the experience enjoyable. The classroom and facilities at the school are very comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. I was able to book the class online the night before. The teacher Mr. Collins was very informative and at times even entertaining. I was tired and grouchy when I got there but by the time I left I felt great about my experience. Thanks First Class!

Fantastic experience: I want anyone who has a teenager that is going to start taking Drivers Education you MUST send your child to First Class Driving in Bossier City, LA. It is a comprehensive and thorough course that is no nonsense in order to keep your child safe as well as others on the road. While being serious Bud incorporates real life scenarios and is able to keep the students attention realizing an automobile can be a tremendous asset as well as a source of deadly destruction. Fantastic experience: I attended the defensive driving class here to keep a speeding off of my driving record. Prior to the class I had the mind set that this would be a 4 hour class of misery!! But I have to say that I was rather impressed about the manner in which the class was taught and also the information the instructor provided. I've been driving for nearly 22 years and did not realize how much had changed with our laws and driving procedures. Great job guys! And a special thank you to Mr. Collins, he's a wonderful instructor! When it's time for my sons to start driving I'll be returning.

They made sure my twins knew from the start to finishing in them getting their learning experience in driving. So pleased with Mr. Bud, Mrs. Jill , Mr. Jim and staff. They are all so understanding in wanting your child to learn to drive and knowing the safty that comes with driving. Thank you ALL for teaching my twins to drive!!

Fantastic experience: I took classes here as a teenager and for a ticket. The instructors take their students education very seriously, and make sure that they do a through job of making sure that the students understand the seriousness of driving a car. When I took class you only had to drive 6 hours behind the wheel and now you drive 8. I am glad that the state requires more training for new drivers now. There are so many bad drivers on the road that could care less about the laws, why add to the pile! Take your child's education seriously and send them to a place that has made this their life's work. It may be pricey, but remember, you get what you pay for. And sometimes you don't even get the hours that you pay for at cheaper schools. It may seem like a good deal to go cheap, but know that this is your child's life we are talking about here, as well as others on the road.

Fantastic experience: This is a follow up review. I had already stated how pleased we were with our experience sending both of our kids here, I just completed the class for naughty drivers. The instructor, Mr. Collins, was amazing. He has a hard job trying to keep people who are thinking about a million things they would rather be doing, yet he was able to get smiles and chuckles. He was also able to keep the seriousness relevant. He was not so funny you didn’t take it seriously, but he wasn’t so serious that you tuned him out. The perfect balance! As a teacher I KNOW that is HARD to do! I fully recommend this school to anyone for any of their driving needs. I have been treated with nothing but courtesy and respect from the owners, to the guy who has answered the phone ( I believe his name is Jim, forgive me for not remembering for sure). Highly satisfied! Highly recommend!
