Negative experience: Terrible experience last year, 2023. Rumpa was my instructor and she literally is busy on calls and doesn’t even help you drive. The main owner of this place is also rude and barely responds back to your concerns. Make sure to keep track of your expenses because they don’t do such a great job with that either.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever. Within 3 weeks I had finished my lessons and passed my test. The instructor is a great teacher. They had my test schedule as soon I was ready.

Fantastic experience: This driving school located in Queens, New York is truly exceptional. As a novice driver with only basic skills, I enrolled here with little prior experience behind the wheel. Remarkably, within just 12 classes spanning a month and a half, I was able to confidently take my road test. The instructors at this school are not only courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable. They impart their lessons with great care and attention. I must give special recognition to three individuals: Rouf Vai, Shampa Apa, and Yusuf Vai. Their dedication and expertise made my learning experience truly enjoyable. The importance of a good instructor in learning to drive cannot be overstated. I had previously attended another school where I quickly lost confidence in my abilities to navigate the streets of NYC. Fantastic experience: I dont usually write reviews but I had the best experience with this school. My instructor made me feel very comfortable. I would practice driving before but never learned to park. When my instructor showed me I did it within 3 min. I was shocked. The entire process was so easy. Instructor picked me up from my house and dropped me off as well. Thank you for all the assistance. I passed my road test yesterday after 5 classes.

Negative experience: Took 10 lessons and didn't learn 3-point turn until the final lesson and it was only taught to me once. The instructor spoke english but was hard to understand what he was trying to say which was troubling as a native English speaker. The front desk and staff were all friendly though. I'd recommend other options if possible because teaching-wise it wasn't great at all.

Negative experience: Horrible teachers. always came late. rotated me with five different teachers although i asked for one. Disrespectful and complained that it was my fault even though I scheduled all their instructors accordingly with my timings.

Fantastic experience: I had tried everything to pass my driving test, from looking for various driving schools in the newspaper to taking lessons from every driving school instructor in the Hillside. But despite my efforts, I kept failing the test again and again, and I was losing my confidence. That is until I found Abdur Roub Bhai, the owner of Pass Ez. He is a very honest and patient man who has an organized system for teaching. He taught everything step by step and explained everything properly, which was exactly what I needed. In the past, I encountered many unscrupulous people who had made so much money off me in the name of lessons. Some even suggested passing by giving bribes. But with Roub Bhai, it was different. He refused to let me take more lessons than I wanted and believed that I could pass with fewer lessons. And he was right - Alhamdulillah, I finally passed my driving test. I am grateful for the support and guidance I received from Pass Ez, and I wish them all the best in the future. I pray that Allah blesses them and all of their students with success and prosperity

Fantastic experience: The staff overall are very professional and accommodating. I had lessons with Hanifa today she is such an excellent addition. She’s very informative and patient. If you’re a bit nervous like myself she would be an excellent fit.

Before I came to this driving school I went to another where I obtained my five hour certificate however, they were not very helpful. When I reach out to EZ Pass I spoke to a wonderful person name Ms. Syeda, she was so pleasant and polite to me I felt the care and I know I'm in a excellent place where they will help me. Fantastic experience: After taking my 8 classes, I was able to pass my driving test on the first try. The instructor is very patient and easy going when it comes to teaching, and he’s able to provide both visual and auditory learning styles into his teaching, which is fantastic. Successfully described my road test location’s layout with ease and helped me capture a visual layout in my mind with his explanation, making my experience with my test a whole lot easier. The prices are also competitively better than most schools and they deliver wonderful service.

Negative experience: Worst Driving school. After I payed for all the lessons first day they gave me two lessons on the same day when I didn’t ask for that. I didn’t say anything on that day because I just wanted to finished it coz I already payed of all the lessons. Today is my road test they promised to pick me up from my house. They won’t and also they forgot I had a lesson today. Don’t take any lessons from them they just care about your money. They are highly unprofessional. Even the lady was rude on the phone.

Fantastic experience: This driving school is great. The instructors are professional, punctual, and straight forward. The instructions and feedback you receive from the instructors are simple. The instructors will do whatever they need to make sure that you pass the road test. Also, if the instructor see that you are capable of passing, they will not waste your time and money and have you complete more lessons. I have taken a total of 5 lessons and passed with a very good score. I highly recommend this place!

Positive experience: Took my 5 hour class there. They also offer a Zoom 5 hr class for convenience. I took the 5 package class. They offer 5,8,10 & 15 class package as well as individual classes. They also have highway classes and 6 hour defensive driving course. The rates are reasonable. The scheduling can be a little hectic since it can fluctuate based on your schedule and availability. Cons- scheduling & punctuality. Most of my lessons always started 10-15 minutes late. Pros- the driving instructors are excellent. There are 3 but I only had interactions with 2 Yusuf & Mr. Chowdhury. They are excellent teachers and really give you the necessary tools to pass the road test. Overall I would recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good driving school then look no more. If it wasn't for their teachers I wouldn't have gotten my license. They believe in me and made me believe in myself. I have been driving with my permit for 12 years because I feared that I couldn't pass my driving test. Not only did they gave me the confidence I needed they also made sure I was ready for my test. They were very straight forward in all lesson letting me know when I did something wrong and how to fix it. They were very detail in instructions. Never once I felt like I was left not knowing something every question I had they answer. I am so happy I came to this driving school because I probably would have been in the DMV this June taking my permit test again lol.

Negative experience: The lady representative has no sense of proper customer service. She made us sit for a while when she was talking on the phone. At least she can do is ask the person to call back or may apologize for us waiting. Beside this part she is charging $275 for 5 class package, when in the same area other places charging at least $10 less with adjustable meaning u can lower that down. When i asked if she could lower the price she simply said she cant and started browsing on the computer. What type of professionalism is that? If u charge $10 extra than other people the common courtesy should be explain what are u charging extra for? Are you giving brand new car to learn, or is ur instructors all pro level than others, are u offering 50 min class each day? Your office is not even fully settled...u have only 4 chairs and then no flooring!! What are you charging extra for... I wrote this big review to save ur money bc they have better schools than this and cheaper and of course PROFESSIONAL!

Fantastic experience: Can’t thank enough each and everyone from this school. From scheduling my classes through my road test, everything was so smooth and easy. My instructor was so clam during lessons. He answered and explained each and every questions I asked and always encouraged me. He never rushed to finish the lesson and took the time to teach some techniques that were so helpful during the road test. I passed the first time I took the road test. I was recommended by my husband because he also took lessons with him and passed the first time. So I would definitely recommend people to come here and give it a try. Fantastic experience: I loved how opening and nice they where I took 10 classes from another school that cost $45 a lesson and failed then I went to this school and after only 3 classes I passed on the 28th they where not only cheaper but they where professional and know what they are doing and they even try to work with your time schedule which is great plus they give good criticism while your driving so that you can improve and they make sure to amend you when you are doing good which is a total confidence booster so I definitely will be recommending this school to friends and family.

Negative experience: I was going to go to this place for my daughter when I went to go in people warned me that they are rude, the instruction is sub par and after spending over 300 on Lessons they failed and were asked to pay almost 200 more to take the test again. I can't afford to have my kid fail the first time!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best driving schools in the Jamaica area. They have affordable prices, and they have women instructors for all the ladies who feel more comfortable being taught by a woman. They keep it very nice and simple and their directions are very thorough. The owner of the place gives a fantastic five hour certification class and takes his time to teach the students instead of putting a video up for them to watch.
