A Basic Drivers Education School that offers in class training as well as hands on behind the wheel training. In the State of Maryland all Drivers Ed Programs offer a 36hr Program broken into two parts. First is the in class training which is 10 days of class 3hrs per class once completed the second part of driver's Ed is the behind the wheel training (3 lessons) each session is 2hrs max. Afterwards, The driving school have 24hrs to submit the students information electronically to MVA. At Integrity our instructors have a high level of experience & patience to ensure that each student have a understanding of basic safety behind the wheel, learning the components of a vehicle, & making effective critical decisions while operating a vehicle.

Negative experience: Terrible communication, terrible service. The location is not even at the place in the picture anymore and hasn’t been for years. My child completed the program but we had to chase the instructors down to get on the road hours and we never got a physical certificate of completion.
Honestly I do not know who you are. Even from your name Kurtis. Nonetheless our number is posted under our google profile and anyone who call we answer and try to resolve any issues or to give information about our program. Not happy about the review but hopefully when you actually call we can resolve the issue if any.

Fantastic experience: After my daughter was removed from Bliss Driving Academy,LLC on 25th street because of a bad review because of behind the wheel scheduling i contacted Integrity Driving School for pricing for the driving lessons, they were cheaper than most and more effeicient then the previous Accademy! To say it best Integrity was paid and my services were rendered within 2 weeks. Thank you! This is one of the more reputable DRIVING SCHOOLS! I would recommend this school!

Negative experience: I’m here to inform you that this place is a scam. Its not listed as active on the MVA’s official site for finding MVA-certified driving schools. They never answer phone calls or emails. They’re never available in person except for classes, and sometimes you’d have to wait over an hour outside before its open. Totally unprofessional, and most importantly, a waste of any money you put into it.
I spoke with you in reference to the inconvenience of your daughter's drive time today regarding the death of a family member of the instructor who was supposed to drive your daughter today at 11am. Over the phone conversation you really didn't care and didn't listen to any of the options I offered for making up the drive time today with another instructor, or reschedule her to Wednesday, you just kept speaking about the phone records you have of when your daughter called the school and no one answers which is not true, to the "crack heads outside" in your words. We are a legit driving school our school license number is C00356. Honestly the main issue was why your daughter had to pay our reinstatement fee. In our contract that your 20yr old daughter signed at the time, I went over the first day of class and informed everyone that the contract for services of driving school last for one year and afterwards the student would have to pay a reinstatement fee if the student became inactive from the driving school for a year. Your daughter attended class June 28th, 2022 class. She reached out this year to resume services with driving school from June 28, 2022. That is why she was charged a reistatement fee. I spoke with your daughter numerous times about her situation and informed her that she hasn't been active since June 28, 2022. Also she didn't have a permit when she started is why we couldnt schedule her drive times once she finished class. I am not happy to see anyone transfer to another school, but I respect your decision since we could not come to a common agreement.
Fantastic experience: I would recommend this driving school to anyone who's ready to hit the road. My instructor Mr. Kwame was easy going , answers any questions you may have and made me feel really comfortable and most of all accompanied me to my behind the wheels test for my license! I was motivated to pass my 1st time because he believed he would! Dirt cheap pricing! Call them A.S.A.P

Negative experience: I am not sure how this place received a 4.6 review on google but it is not accurate at least for my 16-year-old son. In my opinion this driving school should be avoided. The lack of professionalism is not something a hard-working person can stomach. The instructor was late every night there was class. I do not mean to imply 10 or 15 minutes late; he was sometimes 45-60 minutes late. He makes appointments that he either does not keep or he text to say he is on his way after you have been waiting for 2 hours. On my son's final road testing, he was texted that he was on his way after my son waited for hours for a 10 am appointment. He never showed. Not only did he never show, but he has also is not returning any of my son's phone calls or text messages. I am beyond angry, but I have been trying to allow my son to handle this matter as he is a young man, and this is a life lesson on shady business practices. Generally, I do not write bad reviews because I take into account the entire situation, but I will not allow anyone to mistreat my children. Take your business someplace else it is not worth the headache or the stress to your teen that is just trying to follow the law.
I am very saddened by this comment. I spoke with the instructor that drove your child Robert. Your child was notified the first day of class that we do not pick students up from their home. However your son asked after the instructor anyway after the first drive time could he be pickup from your home. Mr. Kwame informed your son that he could pick him up but he will be late & that he should be dropped off your son still insisted none the less. Yes he was late but he informed your son beforehand, he still picked your son up from your front door and drove him his full 2hrs from the time of arrival and dropped him off safely at your front door. Truthfully the instructor informed that he spoke with you & you was primarily disgruntled with communication for his last drive time that was completed recently over the weekend. As well as a deadline you wanted your son completed to have is license by his prom date of the 20th of this month. Today is April 8th his is complete well beforehand but nonetheless we have completed our task & your son enjoyed his lessons with Mr. Kwame so not sure the full reason behind a 1star review but that is your opinion & I respectfully understand from a consumer perspective. I appreciate your patronage & tell your son to drive safe it was our pleasure to have him as a student very respectful and mild mannered. Thank you.
Negative experience: I tried 3 times to sign up to study with them. I left the application on the website and called - to no avail. I called once and they said come in. I approached the entrance - the door was closed. The employees have a good sense of humor. We never got to study. Apparently you don't need money. It's a pity.
You called & our secretary could not understand due to your accent. It was not that we do not value you as an potential consumers, simply could not understand you when you were speaking. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Negative experience: This driving school is horrible! They do not provide the driving practice hours and they don’t even forward the completion information to the MVA, which makes the whole thing pointless. The owner is infamous with MVA. Do NOT use this place!
Fantastic experience: I stumbled across this driving school for my daughter, she already experienced two failed driver's license exams so we needed practice that was going to be very thorough. Mr. Kwame was the instructor my daughter needed! Visited his office two weeks before my daughter's exam, we scheduled two practice sessions and the driver's test appointment on the spot. He communicated very effectively, on time for each practice session, and arrived early to the driver's exam. Very thankful for Mr. Kwame's support, my daughter FINALLY has a driver's license which was the highlight of her summer.

Positive experience: After being in an accident years ago I was a nervous wreck behind the wheel, but Ms. Toni made me feel the most comfortable I had been in a while behind the wheel. Not only was she patient but very efficient. Plus, you can’t beat the price!
Fantastic experience: I attended Integrity Driving School in March 2020 and it was truly the best option for me, the pricing compared to other driving schools is great. I had Ms. Toni as my Instructor and she was amazing! She was very thorough and hilarious for my 2 weeks there! We had the in-class instruction as well as the 6 hours behind the wheel. Ms. Toni practiced with me everything that would be expected of me on my MVA Driving Test. You’ll learn everything that you need to know about driving from here, I appreciate the experience! ☺️

Negative experience: I won’t be sending my next teenager to attend school here! An absolute horrible experience! Communication was awful between the instructor as well as the owner who runs the school! They are quick to charge a late fee which I believe was $65.00 but yet the instructor can show up late to class! Never again!
We spoke about the late fee issue over the phone. I listened to you and reasoned with you never charged you a penny. Also, I just drove your daughter and dropped her off to your apartments front door which is not the schools responsibility but I was trying to be courteous. Friendlys Driving School is around the corner, Street Smart is up the street, and My Driving Academy is down the street thank you for your business.
