Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this driving school. Do take a 1 hour lesson with them. It costs more, but we basically practiced the actual test and really helped build confidence for the actual test. They'll tell you some tips and tricks that can help you out. On the test day, they'll take you out for a review which is basically a practice for the actual test. Actual test itself is very easy and chill.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time learning from both Bobbi and Bo! My first time driving with them I was very anxious and nervous but they made it super easy , and relaxing. So after that it was a pice of cake driving with them. They were very caring and understanding and accommodating as much as they possible could be. There is absolutely no way I could've passed my driving exam without there continued support and guidance! For the most part my whole family has gone through NDS, and everyone one of them became licensed drivers. Between how personable, And knowledgeable they are, As well as how easy they make learning the small but very important details that you need to know too pass. I wouldn't ever think of using a different driving school! Thank you Bobbi and Bo for everything! I truly wouldn't of been able to pass without you both! Tysm!!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to say that I passed the road test on my first try!!!! I would not have been able to do it without Bobbi’s help and support!!!!!! If you are a late bloomer driver like me, driving can seem like a really intimidating and scary skill to learn. I am SO glad that I chose Nichols Driving School over the ones closer to me! The reviews are true; this school genuinely cared that I passed. I took 7 1-hour lessons with Bobbi. Bobbi is superb at her job as a driving instructor; she gave clear directions and explanations on how to improve my driving. She is also great at keeping her pokerface and cool, even when I made really scary mistakes (LOL). She is also overall lovely to be around, which really helped my anxiety when I first started. My car anxiety was so bad, that I felt nauseous and jittery before all of our lessons. If /I/ can get my license, YOU can too! I 100% recommend this school to anxious but determined learners. Wish I can give 10 stars. I will be forever grateful to Bobbi!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. I needed adult driving lessons to prepare for a driving test. I didn’t have a US driver’s license yet and hadn’t driven for two years (I did have 2 years of driving experience in a foreign country before). They were great with their instructions, and also super helpful in finding me enough lesson time within a short period of time, to make sure I had enough practice to be fully prepared before the exam. They were also very prompt with exam scheduling and email communications. The car they used for the lessons and the test was also pretty great. Most importantly the instructor, Bobbi, was really nice and chill and helpful. After going through just two 1 hr lessons and a review test, I got my license successfully, which I think speaks to their quality of preparation and instruction. If I had any feedback for what I think could be even better, I do wish there were more available adult lesson times outside work hours so that it’s easier for working professionals. That being said this wasn’t ultimately a issue for me as they they were absolutely helpful in helping me find a time outside my working hour for the lesson. Again, overall, I highly recommend this place for driving practice and test preparation!

Fantastic experience: this is easily one of, if not the best driving school around. all the staff is so cooperative, easy to get along with, etc. “Ms. Bobbi” as i call her, was so much fun to be around, and to add onto that shes a fantastic instructor. shes patient and she knows what shes talking about. i can say this about all the instructors there as well, like Ms Heather, Tom, and Cody. i cant thank Nichols Driving School enough for all theyve done.

Fantastic experience: They are great. They want you to pass, not doing just business unlike other driving schools. Everybody is so polite there. They take you for 10minute revision driving class before the road test, that's really helpful. I highly recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I've been through two other driving schools before and none of them were able to help me build my confidence needed to get my license. I finally was able to with the help of Nichols Driving School. Bobbi is a very good patient teacher who knows what she is talking about and excellent at explaining what will be needed for the road test. I have pretty bad anxiety and specifically driving anxiety but through several adult classes, I was able to become more comfortable. Bobbi was a good fit for anyone who suffers from anxiety or driving jitters, because she is firm but also calm in her explanations. I highly recommend any adult or teen looking to drive to consider Nichols before other schools.

Fantastic experience: My son went to Nichols. Pandemic started before he finished. They did a GREAT job making sure he got his time in and got his license as soon as he was able too. Also, Tom Lamica was an excellent instructor. He takes his time with the kids to make sure they're comfortable and teaches them well. I recommend Nichols to anyone needing Drivers Ed.

Fantastic experience: Finally passed the road test by going to Nichols! The instructors are professional and make you feel comfortable while driving. A good choice for Road Test Sponsorship as well because the practice session before the test especially helps. You know that they want you to pass and it’s not like they’re trying to trick you. I wish I had started with Nichols Driving School instead of going to other driving schools but now I know and would recommend them to anybody! Fantastic experience: If you looking for someone to teach her kids or yourself to drive Nichols driving school is it. They’re professional, good communication, I would say best driving school ever!!! Fantastic experience: Both of my kids went here to get their licenses. They are so organized, they still had the file on my older son so we didn’t have to take the parent driving course twice. Plus Nichols kept track of all the driving hours they did, AND posted comments on how they did in each of their sessions. The kids can schedule their appointments online or in person and the driving instructors pick them up right from school or at your house. During COVID everything went crazy and Bobbi worked so many extra hours, she did an amazing job of keeping us posted and prioritizing my son’s exam, as he waited months to get it done. She advocates with the state for improved policies and goes to the tests with the kids to let them use the car they practiced on, as well as for moral support. I can’t say enough about how hard she works to provide quality service. Thank you Bobbi and everyone at Nichols!

Fantastic experience: The driving school staff worked with us when it came to scheduling appointments and even for rescheduling when an emergency came up. They're very friendly and did a great job at showing my God daughter the rules of the road. I definitely recommend them for anyone.

Fantastic experience: During my experience with driving school I had two instructors, Stephanie and Boyen, and they taught me everything you need to know about driving. They weren’t intimidating and made you feel comfortable especially for the first time driving. They were always very patient and gave good advice on how to fix mistakes and taught me what to do if certain situations were to happen.

Fantastic experience: New owner as of Jan. 1st 2019! This school has been around for a very long time and the kids love the classroom and instructors! Class room has a whole new look! The instructors as very nice, calm and patient. The Nichols Driving School team is very understanding and very outgoing!!!!! The reviews from below are no longer valid as those people no longer work for Nichols Driving school, except Sherry who is now retired but still does car time with students but her daughter Bobbi-Jo is the new owner!

Fantastic experience: Sharon gave me a one on one lesson before my driving test and was extremely competent, helpful, and patient.

Negative experience: Bad 70 year old teacher for the in class part that litterally just lectures about one topic of driving and doesnt actually teach had to retake test in class after already passing permit test

Negative experience: Got all requirements in with this driving school, just had a problem with a few things. Some instructor, Heather, was on the phone the entire lesson every time she was with me and honestly didn't seem to care about what I was doing. Also Dave didn't keep good track of my payments and which nearly made me have to repay half of it over again. Was only saved, because I saved my receipt. But I have to say, Charlie was enjoyable. That man did a good job.
