Fantastic experience: I have a road test on 03-01-25, and Glori has made me feel so confident in my driving skills and I was always scared to drive until Glori helped me not be scared of the road. It’s absolutely worth it to put your money into the lessons you will be guaranteed to leave with a license.

Fantastic experience: As a student from united driving school, i would highly recommend choosing this school if you really want you child to be in good hands, my driving instructor, Danielle was by far the best driving instructor i could ask for, not a single time was i nervous or scared, she always had us calm and in control, i learned so much from her i cant thank her enough, 10/10 experience, would highly!!!!! Recommend her as your driving instructor .

Fantastic experience: I'm thankful for Danielle. She was great to work with. I felt like my child was in good hands, safe, cared for and my child learned a lot from her. She takes the kids under her wing and helps build their confidence and skills. Thank you for everything Danielle ❤️

Fantastic experience: Thank you to United driving school Springfield, MA. I got my license !!! Thank you to Samantha , she was the first person I drove with after that , I wanted her to teach me till my lessons were done. She’s the best !! …. And also thank you to the front desk ladies they are so niceeeee imma be forever grateful ! I recommend this driving school to others , they will help you get your license also !

Negative experience: Communication is HORRIBLE showed up to a road test after my son had to take the day off work to be told by another driver in the parking lot the instructor we were there for quit a few days prior. Never ONE call or email. They canceled our road test a week before because the invoice was pending a WEEK before and never ONCE called or emailed about it. Again son took time off work to be there. My Debit card was hacked and was waiting for the new one to come so I could pay I DID pay a week before as soon as card came in mail. THEIR communication is HORRIBLE. We make accommodations for your appointments and seems they could care less about their customers. Glad I won’t have to use them again.
