Positive experience: I only came to this school to get familiar with driving in my borough, the Bronx which has alot of heavy traffic and complicated roads, which I learned and have an ok feedback overall with the exception of a couple of things to work on. I think this place is better for those with some kind of driving experience.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go to if you want to learn how to drive and get your licence. Everyone there is fun and friendly and the instructor is also great and everything he teaches you is what is going to be on the road test. I recommend this place if you have never touched a car in your life. I was able to pass on my first try.

Negative experience: I speak English and the class is totally not set up for english speaking people the bilingual instructor had only a basic working knowledge of english and none of the road test questions provided in english and the instructor only translate the question you have to figure out what the answer options are because they are written in spanish and the instructor doesn't translate what they are and usually only the spanish speaking people people in the class are the only ones who understand anything going on cause 3/4 of the class I have no idea what they said or of what information was presented because all the details were only presented in spanish I couldn't even read the test questions and that was the last straw.

Negative experience: I had such a BAD EXPERIENCE at this establishment. They offer tax services and then have the audacity to give the worst service to the client. I had a concerning experience here where I still have not received my taxes from last year. I called several times and the receptionist advised me that the owner was going to call me back and of course she did not! I had to call several times to explain my situation and the owner told me “I was acting like I was not educated” simply because I was explaining to her my situation asking if she could help me. This place also does NOT give you your tax returns back you have to call them and harass them to send you the paper work. So unprofessional, rude and unethical and I’m very upset on how I was treated over the phone!!! Where is the quality customer service? I do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated poorly and be spoken down to by management. I just needed someone to help me and the owner simply didn't care she claimed her office has been running for over 20 years for a reason. VERY CONDECENDING and UNPROFESSINAL!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars are not enough. I don’t know how many times I wanted to give up because I found driving so difficult, but Pedro and Jeriel guided with me with so much patience. Thanks to them I accomplished something that I always thought would be impossible, I passed the test and got my driver’s license. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: The lessons were amazing and I learned a lot from them.I started off knowing barely anything about how to drive cause I had only driven once before but with the help of Ms.Xiomara I was able to help to pass on my first try.She is an outstanding teacher and her skills are like non other.

Fantastic experience: WAO driving school has been the best school in the Bronx. Unlike others driving school where you pay a lot of Money for small packages, wao offers you the best deal with the best learning driving skills. I finally pass my road test with my second attempt.

Fantastic experience: My experience with my driving instructor Victor was at first nerve wracking because my road test was in a week, but he is a great instructor and knows what he is doing. Made me feel confident about the road test and I passed it. If your road test is coming up soon and unsure about your performance ask for Victor and take a few lessons and he will tell you if your ready or not. Thanks again Vic!!

Fantastic experience: This has been the best experience for me. I passed my test with a 95, thanks to my instructor XIOMARA. Shes very patient, she teaches you everything you have to know and the way things should be done. I reccomand her 100%. I started from nothing, and she taught me everything.

Positive experience: Oh my God, i love these guys, especially Christ- he has time for you, will get you a ROAD TEST DATE ASAP, unlike other driving schools,you will have to wait for their time of scheduling everyone at once-if you know what I mean and it takes forever waiting; and I dont think you want that, so check WAO DRIVING SCHOOL, THEY ARE GREAT. AS FOR VICTOR, oh oh oh, he will take his time with you, explain things and reasons why you should or shouldn't do. Even on your TEST DATE, he still taking you through some things you should remember- VICTOR YOU ARE THE GUY, I LOVED YOUR GENTLENESS. THANK YOU CHRIST, VICTOR and WAO as a WHOLE. Negative experience: horrible, 2x the instructor had someone in the car during my lesson, which by the way is illegal. They are very unorganized do not keep track of the classes you have taken, and don't even update their billing. Thank god I got my money back !
