Know The Rule Driving School, located in Clearwater, Florida, is dedicated to cultivating safe and responsible drivers through exceptional private instruction and comprehensive safety education. Founded in 2022 by Vinny Parisi, a certified State of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Commercial Driving Instructor, our school bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical road skills. We believe that becoming a driver is a lifelong journey of responsibility, and we are committed to guiding students of all ages with patience and expertise.

We offer a wide range of behind-the-wheel lessons, including single sessions or bundled packages of four and eight lessons, tailored to help you build confidence in various traffic conditions. Our experienced instructors, each with over 12 years of teaching experience, provide personalized attention to ensure you master the art of defensive driving. Whether you are a first-time driver, a senior seeking insurance discounts, or someone looking to improve their skills, we have a path for you.

Beyond private lessons, we are a one-stop solution for all your licensing needs. We offer the official Florida State Road Test to help you obtain your license efficiently. Additionally, we provide a full suite of online courses approved by the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). These include the Class E Knowledge Testing service, Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education (TLSAE) courses, and specialized programs for traffic ticket reduction, point elimination, and license reinstatement for suspended or revoked licenses. We are proud to offer these essential services in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for our diverse community.
