The emails explaining when and how class would be held were clear and sent out promptly. The instructor was knowledgeable and informative. Though he was by the book, as he should be , he made the class enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Had to take a risk reduction course through A-1. It was very easy to sign up and make my payment. The course itself was very easy to understand and my instructor did a great job of going through each lesson. They took their time to make sure everyone knew what was going on and helping understand the material. 10/10 would recommend.
