Negative experience: I am writing this simply as a concerned parent I was planning on sending my child to this driving school but yesterday’s I witnessed something absolutely ridiculous. I went inside a gas station to see one of your instructors completely harassing a young woman bringing tears to her eyes, I wasn’t there to witness it all but from what I could see the young woman was trying her best as he repeatedly yelled at her for what seemed like some change, even if she had made a mistake this is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a grown man that works with teenagers. What makes this worse is this man was in YOUR school car with A STUDENT IN THE CAR. If he’s like this over some change I don’t even want to imagine how he is as an instructor. Other people in the store agree it was completely unnecessary behavior for a person that deals with children.

Negative experience: This is by far the most unprofessional driving school. There is a huge language barrier and parents are treated with such disrespect when asking questions or concerned about what is happening during road lessons. My daughter has come home explaining how the instructor stops to get snacks and to use the bathroom during road lessons. They have been late numerous times or have not showed up at all. And then blame the parents. My daughter even told me that the instructor looked like he was falling asleep at one point on the highway. And be aware that when you pay for a full hour for a road lesson there is a good chance your child will only get to practice for 35 minutes even though you paid for an hour. Please keep in mind they will just drop your child off in public places without your knowledge. I have had such a horrible experience with this place, I would never recommend for anyone to unroll their child in the school. I will be filing a formal complaint with the RMV regarding their unprofessional service and putting a child in danger.

I took a one-hour lesson right before my driving test(I have some driving experience), and Mr. B's detailed instructions and patient guidance boosted my confidence. Despite my struggles with parallel parking, he helped me improve significantly. I passed my driving test with confidence, thanks to Mr. B's excellent teaching. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: MR Bhaun was Fantastic, I'm an Adult from Madagascar, I have to redo my driving Licence from the beginning, for some reasons I couldn't get my French Licence converted. MR Bhanu, understood my problems so he cleared up his busy schedule for me, and made it happened. Not only he gave me some usefull advises but also he made himself available and match my schedule. I got my Licence today so I'm grateful. I recommend BBB Auto School strongly.

My kids initially started from another driving school in Stoughton which was horrible. I called BBB and Mr. Bhanu took my kids as transfer students. He handled transferring process smoothly and set up driving lessons in short period of time. He knows all the tactics how to get the driving license. Lastly, great great communication! If your teenager looks for a driving school, go BBB auto school!

Negative experience: ALERT!!! STAY AWAY! I have never been so eager to write a review for a company like now. This company is the absolute worst! Firstly it arrived late, no calls or notifications. Second, my sons driving lessons was canceled because his permit was ripped. Even though you can see all his information that was needed clearly. They still said no, not even try to reschedule or nothing! Unbelievable! I only scheduled with them because it was the only available in the area. Even then I couldn’t get an appointment for over a month! I ended driving my son 30 minutes to another school while waiting for this company. And I regret it incredibly! If i can 0 star it I would in a heartbeat! If you can find another company please do so! Go to Lomba driving school, they where definitely very friendly, patient and accommodating! I would drive him 20 minutes to them than deal with BBB again!

Negative experience: One of your vehicles failed to stop for me and a crosswalk just now. Occurred on Plymouth St in Bridgewater, had plenty of time to spot me, but sped up for the light at junction of Summer st and Plytmouth st instead. If this was a student driver I have to winder why they sped up and why the instructor did not intervene with brakes. Very disappointed as this is my first interaction with your business. (2 stars is to be fair if it was a panicked student)

Fantastic experience: BBB driving school was amazing from start to finish. They made the entire experience stress free. Scheduling a driving lesson was so easy. We decided to pay the extra money to have them sponsor my son’s road test. It was so worth it. They scheduled the appointment which made it great and we used their car as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: just 2 weeks ago i was an adult with 0 driving experience and today i am a licensed driver. This school actually the best. I never met any driving instructor who where as kind and helpful. I only did 6 , 1 hour lessons and each lesson i was more comfortable behind the wheel. The main guy was super helpful and really wanted to see me pass 10/10 would recommend

He helped me to clear the road test at very ease and provided fantastic tips for road test. Fantastic experience: I called for a road test the day before, and even though the closest reservation was a month away, they accommodated me and gave me a reservation on a one day notice. The rates are on the website: $125 for a sponsorship, and $50 for a 1 hour driving lesson where Bhanu taught me everything I needed for the road test which went without a hitch.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with BBB auto School. The instructor Bhanu Pokharel meticulously guided me through every step of the private 1-hour driving lesson. He was very generous and polite throughout the whole session and illustrated safe driving in the best of ways. Fantastic experience: This was a great experience! Not only were the instructors professional, experienced, and patient, but I also got my driving permit on the first try after only 6 lessons! I would recommend it to anyone who needs to prepare for their tests, especially since the school is great about planning around your schedule!

Negative experience: Upon paying $175.00 for RMV driving test sponsorship and a lesson, my son had failed. I understood the driving test sponsorship doesn't guarantee passing, though we received ABSOLUTELY no feedback for corrective action. Perhaps if they offered another lesson to provide that corrective action or at least sat and discussed it with the student and/or parent that would suffice. During COVID times, these driving lesson businesses have some sort of arrangement with the RMV (RMV Taunton and our taking advantage of students. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing teaches you everything you need parallel parking 3 point turns when you do road lesson up hill and down hill parking also hand signals. The classes themself are very instructive and educational. I just got my license thank you to Mr.B fun experience.

Negative experience: Please do yourself a favor and find yourself a different driving school. This school is a waste $700+. Instead of letting me know my son wasn’t ready for the road test so that I could’ve paid them to give him a few extra lessons they set up a road test anyways. My son didn’t learn how to back up or parallel park and failed his first road test along with 3 other children in his group of 7. I reached out to the school and all they can say is they’re sorry. Not as sorry as I am. I’m now stuck paying for a few extra lessons and sponsorship through a different driving school. I focused on the 40 hrs of supervised driving but never thought to ask my son about parallel parking. BBB before you reply denying this I have emails from you and the other children’s parents. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I came all the way from somerville and passed my driving test with help of Bhanu. Bhanu is calm, composed and patient teacher who teaches techniques perfectly which makes it easy to pass the road test. You don’t need to look any further if you are searching for a good driving instructor.

Negative experience: I have driving anxiety and have spent hours driving with my parents but we hoped he would be able to help me get better. After making a hesitant turned he snapped at me that after 4 lessons I was not making improvement but I have better speed control and my turns were better than before. He cancels lessons without early notice and is overall not very professional.

The theory classes, the on-road instructions and professionalism of Mr. Bhanu (the instructor-owner) are really appreciable. I got my learner permit and Driver's license/permit in one attempt. Fantastic experience: You cannot find a better balance between price, service quality, and timeliness than BBB. The prices and instruction are great, the learning environments are simple and relaxed, and everyone is very kind and honest. More so, despite limitations due to COVID-19, they worked to help me finish my driving lessons and schedule my road test far more quickly than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend using BBB for any and all of their services.

Fantastic experience: Due to the pandemic we took the first available driving test time in Massachusetts, which was in Taunton. We live on Cape Cod and made the hour long drive to Taunton for 3 one hour long lessons with Mr. B, and also bought a "sponsorship" from the school. The cost is significantly less than schools on Cape Cod. It was worth the drive and every penny! Mr. B is patient and kind, and my son passed his test today. I have already recommended Mr. B and his school to my friends! Thank you Mr. B!

I took many driving lessons over the course of several months due to my ever-changing schedule, but I always felt like the lessons made me very prepared for what to do on my driving test. The instructor is very nice, and incredibly patient: you'll feel very comfortable driving with him after the first lesson, and he gives you all the right pointers on how you should be driving if you need it.

Fantastic experience: I haven't driven in many years because of constant moving and life situations. This year I renewed my permit and searched for an driving school and found BBB. I IMMEDIATELY realized why the school is 5 stars. Just the way Mr. B instructs and teaches, he's very calm, patient, funny, and at the same time informative. Just a FEW lessons and you will feel amazed on the techniques he teaches. No intimidation, no discomfort, and 100% judgement free. I got my drivers license with ease and no faults. Even if you have practiced, I would recommend at least a class with Mr. B, because he will show you everything you need to do for the test. He will teach you the best techniques to make everything simpler! Scheduling is also very lenient on your availability.
