Negative experience: The WOREST SERVICE EVER!!! I bought 8-hours driving class. When I still have 2 hours available in my account, I suddenly can't login on due to "Your account is not active. You cannot login." I called and been told that my account is still active and 2-hours are still available, but I still can't login on even after I reset the password and username!!! I called them back, but they were so impatient and kept HANGING UP on me!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The instructor was patient and knowledgeable. Every other instructors at Safety driving school are very professional. I give them 10/10.

Negative experience: BEWARE!! What a DISSAPOINTING experience! I signed my son up for the 6 hour adult class and spoke to a Mrs Rosa. Initial conversation was great! I did express though..once you buy the course the fact it specifically says when trying to book, it was filled months on out is crazy even when you check in on Mon to schedule there are NO slots. Mrs Rosa did understand and booked my son for that Sat 9/15/23 and it was CLARIFIED the valet option was applicable. I spoke to her the morning of Sept 15th to also book the 16th at same time 3-5pm. Well, come Sat 3pm no one was there to pick my son up. We called Mrs Rosa after 10 min of waiting and she reached out to driver he showed up 20 min late. I asked that the 20 min be added to next drive and also could they drop him at work since now he would be late. His job is LITERALLY 2 blocks away( .23 ) miles from the house. Instead he drops my son off at 4:45 therefor he has lost still a good (25 min) of drive. We live (.44 miles) equilvalent to 3/4 min. from pick up spot! I let it go! NEXT DAY they did NOT show up at ALL and had the audacity to charge me 75$ for NO SHOW. I had to call to be refunded! AGAIN he is VALET! I called and called Mrs Rosa to see how to rectify all this and was Ghosted! left messages and called several times! NOTHING no call back etc.. So unprofessional. Linda was exceptional in trying to reach this HORRIBLE MANAGER that took no responsibility for her mistakes and her facility. Now I await a refund in which I spoke to owner who is shorting me on my refund but I don't even care just to get away from this horrible company is worth it! THANK YOU LINDA for putting your best efforts forward for a little less of a horrible exoerience with this company!

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Safeway Driving Sugar Land. We experienced excellence in instruction and professional and kind treatment towards our child. We were completely prepared for the driving test at the Rosenberg DPS office and passed it on the first attempt. We also highly recommend Mr Mike Bevins if you have a choice for instructors.

Fantastic experience: Went a couple weeks ago for highway driving. I had never been on a highway before and was definitely nervous. The instructor, Najib did a great job at helping me tackle this fear and I merged on and off the freeways in Houston multiple times within a span of a few hours. I now am continuing practicing what I have learned and being as safe as I can driving. Definitely recommend this course for anyone struggling with any aspect of driving. Friendly instructors with a great course.

He emphasizes safety while doing a great job as an effective communicator and teacher. Parents can expect feedback as part of his teaching style to assist the student driver. Fantastic experience: The best driving school I have experienced. Absolutely fantastic quality and value!! Mr.Nagib is an absolutely fantastic tutor/owner. He explained all the options I had as an adult driver to complete the online course and helped me all the way through practice lessons and drivers license. You will not be disappointed!

Instructors (Mike and Ericka) are both very good; we had Mike as the instructor for most of the lessons. Mike was excellent in his coaching. As they say, learning the basics is very important and Safeway Driving is why I feel confident to drive. He was fantastic, and extremely patient with me. I only had two hour lesson but he trained me well and instead of getting mad, he made sure I was okay even after I made small mistakes. Fantastic experience: I was an adult who never worked up the courage to get behind the wheel and drive. I had anxiety even being in a car, let alone driving one. I had 2 private in car training sessions with Mike from Safeway, and I can tell you that I am now very confident driving and feel capable moving forward to take my driving test with Safeway. The car is very clean and easy to maneuver, the brakes work very well, the instructor does have a brake on his side for safety reasons and certain lessons, and you can tell it is very well maintained. Additionally, following each session, my instructor provided me productive feedback. This allowed me to practice on those growth points outside of my formal lessons. My instructor was extremely patient with me-but also challenged me through some of my fears. This is what I needed. This is a huge advantage when working with a professional rather than a family member. I would highly recommend Safeway at First Colony to any teen or adult looking to feel confident and safe behind the wheel. For anyone concerned about the price-think of it as an investment into your/your child's lifetime driving education.

Fantastic experience: After completing the courses and drives myself, I can say with total confidence that this was by far the best driver training that I could have received. Nagib Kattan, who I believe is the owner, is very kind and answers all questions very quickly. He has made the experience very pleasant! As far as the drives go, the person from SafeWay that is in the car is very patient and is encouraging to any struggling drivers. They make sure to address what we need to work on so that we can improve on our skills, which is very helpful when you first hop in the car. Also, if this is your first time navigating the process of getting a drivers license in Texas, they make the steps very clear. I would highly recommend this program to anyone interested in getting a license. You would also be supporting a local business!

Fantastic experience: Found Safeway while looking on Google for a driving school for my daughter. The reviews were the best I could find, and we were not disappointed. In this day and age, I am quite concerned with who to trust my 16 year old daughter with. I can say without reservation that I never felt uncomfortable entrusting the safety and care of my daughter to the crew with Safeway First Colony. She's now ready for her test and drives safely and with confidence in no doubt due to what she's learned with Safeway. I have another daughter that will be driving in a couple of years, and I will definitely use Safeway again.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we used Safeway Driving First Colony. Both our children were very afraid of taking the wheel. Now, they are driving like they have been doing it regularly. And most importantly, they are driving safely thanks to the great instructors. Taking the online classes, scheduling the driving, keeping parents updated, and online tracking bar made it easy to keep our children on task. Our first child easily got his license when he turned 16 and we feel it was due to the great courses offered by Safeway Driving First Colony. We highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Look no further this is the place you should get your driving lessons from, Nagib teaches really well and calmly. This school caters to adults and teens. Each Safeway driving school location is different, so definitely go to this one. The first colony driving school is awesome. A little tip is to contact Nagib when you schedule your lesson, it makes the process faster. The website is shared by all the Safeway driving schools so sometimes scheduling is tricky through the website, but if you speak to Nagib directly you won't have an issue. You can contact him through the number provided on the google page. My experience with the lesson was really good, I have a little driving experience outside of Texas so I chose the 2 hour lesson to prepare me for my driver's test at the DPS. In the two hours I learned to correct my bad habits and learned about many ways I could make my driving safer for myself and other people on the road. Take it from me guys, this is the best school for driving!
