Fantastic experience: Everybody at the school was great and made me feel comfortable. All the staff was helpful, and brought me out of my comfort zone and helped me to pass and get me CDL.. at Black Wolf CDL Training you feel like family!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND Black Wolf CDL Training Center. Everyone is super focused on student success and they work very closely with every student to ensure they are learning what needs to be learned. They will also spend the appropriate time each person needs to take and pass the written exam, the pretrip inspections, time on driving simulators (and learning to double clutch), driving their fleet of trucks, and even supporting you through the final exam with remedial coaching and retesting if necessary. A major question most people have is 'how long does it take to get a CDL?' - because the training program is custom tailored to each student's previous experience, learning ability, and hard work, the time it takes to complete everything varies, but in my class three of us only needed 4 weeks of training before taking our final exams, but it took a ton of studying and hard work to make that happen. I debated taking the CDL training course for some time until I visited Black Wolf and talked to Gina (who can quickly answer all your questions) and now I'm extremely glad I did it! I want to give huge thanks to all the staff including Ali, Marlynda, Betty, Dakota, Justin, Dennis and Gina.

Fantastic experience: BLACKWOLF you ROCK! A little over 2 months on and off I was able to receive my class B! These ladies go above and beyond to help each and every person. No matter your situation or way of learning they know how to adjust to everyone so every student is successful. See Mrs Betty for hand down best instructor to help you learn the pretrip from top to bottom! See Mrs. Malinda for all the support at any aspect of class. She can do it all! Watch out for Dakota she will make sure you know how to drive that simulator before you get out in the real word. And she is another all around instructor as well! Justin is awesome driver instructor and had me shifting through the gears in record time! Overall 10 out of 10 experience and so glad I chose BLACKWOLF!!! Thank each and every one of you ladies..

They work with you in a group setting, however, they do an excellent job catering to your personal needs no matter how you learn and retain information. I can tell you when you choose this school you will get way more than what you pay for..you will absolutely receive the PROPER education and everything you need to be more than just a truck driver..you will be a Professional Truck Driver. Best of all they have a near 100% pass rate and they absolutely take the time to ensure that you understand what you are doing and then be able to apply it. The knowledge and wisdom you will receive is second to none in the industry. Coming from someone who knew nothing about driving an 18 wheeler, I now have confidence to overcome any obstacle presented and meeting these wonderful people has forever changed my life! The owners are amazing..they believed in me when I didn't believe in myself..and they definitely went above and beyond their call of duty to see me through my goals..all of the instructors had so much patience w me even when I was struggling. The school was very professionally run. Great time management. I only imagined leaving w a license..I now can state I have experience in driving many different trucks, manual and automatics. I have experience driving and backing a step deck trailer, flat bed trailers and a dry cargo trailer. I also received the classroom time necessary to recieve Hazmat and Tanker endorsement when I get ready. The simulators are state of the art and gave me all the practice I needed to be courageous when actually learning to drive. Fantastic experience: Great school for those interested in getting their CDL. Taught me everything I needed to know in order to pass my test, and then some. Dedicated to not only ensuring your success, but also that you are safe on the road. Very informative throughout the whole process of getting started, going through school, and getting certified. Never make you feel you left in the dust. They also inform you of companies that are likely to hire new graduates which helped me get my first job less than a month after graduating. Positive experience: Howdy, My name is Jake I attended Black Wolf CDL the following is an honest review of the school for those interested in a non bias point of view. I attended night class primarily 6-9 p.m. for approximately 10 weeks. The schooling portion is broken down into three main portions, classroom (ELDT), simulators, and in truck training. The classroom ELDT training, is required by the state. This took me approximately 4 weeks. My classroom trainer had excellent energy and put forth real effort into trying to make a state mandated textbook interesting and relevant. The downside to this portion is that you move with the group, so you might understand a topic but will have to wait until everyone does. The simulators took me approximately 3 weeks. I thought that simulators were a great way to ease into truck driving, that’s why I pursued this school. You move through simulators as fast as you can begin to comprehend and show you understand the mechanics. A down side to this might be having to share your simulator time with another student. The simulators really helped me overcome my fear of shifting and learning the basics. The driving portion. This portion took me approximately 3 weeks. This is the final step and you start to see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you apply what you learned in the simulators, you should have little to no problems adjusting to the truck. I received plenty of time in the truck to be able to pass my test with no issues. Overall the trainers at Black Wolf CDL are excellent, they want you to succeed, they want you to learn, they are very positive and professional. There is not a bad trainer at this school. If you plan on getting your Class A CDL through night classes primarily, do not expect to be done within a month. The night classes tend to be the busiest time, which is expected. If at all possible, attend during the day times. This helped me finish the program faster. Do not hesitate to ask questions and come extra hours that you are available. This school does not baby you, if you are expecting your hand to be held all the way through to the end it will be a very extensive process. You will get as much out of it as you put into it, if you don’t study the material you are supposed to know, this program will be lenghty. Alternatively the school provides lots of information for you, ensuring you have everything you need. There is a mentorship program in place to help you succeed. You have to want your CDL, it will not be handed to you for just for showing up.

The instructors work tirelessly with each student on an individual basis to make sure their educational needs are met and they are ready when the test day comes to pass with flying colors. Fantastic experience: So here you go; by far it was the most amazing transformation I have ever been through. Yes it is tough. But tough love always wins out. It makes you a better person, better citizen, and in this case the best prepared CDL A Driver in the industry. I had the opportunity to have hands on teaching for both manual and automatic transmissions. I opted for the automatic in the end. The majority of the companies have or are going to automatics. Instructors: hands down rated top notch in their fields ( note: they are all CDL A Drivers and have devoted the time to train others for a better equipped driver/ fellow worker). The Administrator is personable and top in her field, Ms. Ally. She takes to heart every student and looks at them as a whole person. Her love of the job comes through even down to each instructor she hires. Nothing but the best equipment, instructors, and yes... simulators (that was exciting). Fantastic experience: The classroom section of this course is top-notch, the way they teach the subject matter makes the complicated DPS handbook so easy to learn. Miss Betty was one of the best instructors I have ever had. Their trucks, though not brand new, are in great condition and the behind -the-wheel instructors are great at communicating what to do. Would recommend this school to anyone needing a CDL in the region.

Fantastic experience: Black wolf CDL training center I think it’s one of the top schools in CDL school they have experience teachers that are professional drivers themselves under the same roof sometimes it was rough but they’re teaching you things driving lessons from their experience this way when you go take the test there’s no room for failure I personally saw someone from another school Fail in front of us miss Betty she’s hard on you but you’ll pass all your test another teacher Eric Is hard on you but you learn from it at least I did the owner also experienced driver her knowledge is vast this owner cared about me testing me at least three times at that time I thought it was hard how many owners do you know that to do that for just anybody so when I took my test it was easy but everybody at the school contribute and me passing my test with a 95% So if you think about going to school I highly recommend them failure is not an option at Black-wolf CLd training school .

Fantastic experience: Pretty good experience. They are all professional and responsible! The classes are flexible to fit my college classes time. They go through all stuff I need for CDL and I am super prepared for that!

Positive experience: I'm so thankful for the patience and understanding that was given to me by Black Wolf. Ms. Marlynda, Dennis, and Kevin were always patient with me. Negative experience: The director here is an embarrassment, she has used the N word before and she is still in charge over there nobody says nothing, when you call her she tries to figure out gif you are white to send you over to their white charity project unity. They are terrible people, don't ever go to this place stay very far away support CDL school that supports diversity.

Be sure to study your pretrip and paperwork Monday threw Sunday to help it stick to your brain as Miss Betty will say. It really works and that is what helped me pass my Test. I would recommend anyone to choose Black Wolf!!!! I am very happy that I chose Black Wolf they are #1 in my book when it comes to getting a CDL!! Great training on Tankers & Hazmat Endorsements I learned everything I needed to learn to start a great career in a great field!!! Fantastic experience: Very glad I chose to go through Black Wolfs course vs a companies training program. I really appreciated the 1 on 1 training when it came to driving, and not having the whole class in the sleeper watching me like some companies would do. I came in knowing very little and learned everything in 2 months and got my cdl with no problems when I took the driving and backing test. I definitely would recommend them to friends and anyone looking for a good training center.
