Fantastic experience: I have an excellent experience at Central Driving Academy, meriting my positive review. I recently completed the self study driving course, where I was able to work at my pace. The teachers were beyond helpful in answering all my questions thoughtfully, and I now feel confident to begin driving on the road with my newfound knowledge.

Fantastic experience: At central driving academy, I felt very welcomed by all students and staff. After the course I was very prepared to take on the road. The video and packets were very beneficial and made me aware of the possibilities of the road. I feel very confident in my driving abilities based on the fact that I have gone to this incredible school.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Central Driving Academy! The instructors are super nice, committed, and understanding, and CDA was so flexible with my schedule. Anytime I had a conflict, I was able to reach them easily and figure out an alternative plan. I learned so much and feel genuinely prepared to begin driving after learning at Central. Through videos, packets, and many explanations and talks in the in-classroom sessions, I had an efficient and educational time at Central Driving Academy and would highly recommend it for anyone looking to take a Driver’s Ed course. What I liked most about my experience was the individual learning atmosphere. The instructors spent a lot of time making sure every single person in the classroom understood what they were learning, and it made all the difference for me. There was truly nothing I would change about the curriculum, and i really value the time I had.

As a visual learner the videos and other tactics helped me remember and use the information when the test day came. Fantastic experience: Central was very adaptive to my schedule. The staff was great and was willing to help me get my permit as quickly as possible while still learning the material well. I wasn’t expecting to finish so quickly but I was able to get everything done a lot quicker than imagined.

Fantastic experience: This is the driving school for u! This is amazing and was such an amazing experience that taught me so well to prepare me for the DMV and my future in driving. My teacher was so inclusive and supportive to everyone, and made me feel confident for every unit. This central driving school is also very adaptable to your own schedule and when u have time to come to the class, this was helpful for me specifically with such a busy schedule. All in all I highly recommend you choose Central Driving when you start drivers ed!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. If you want to get your permit done and over with go here. Was able to get my permit in 6 sessions. Also was able to schedule classes whenever I needed and this was very helpful. In addition, it over prepared me for the permit test. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Central Driving Academy did a very good job not only preparing me for my permit test, but also the safety procedures when I start to drive. I now know exactly what to do when I am in dangerous situations on the road. I was also prepared well for all the specific rules, which will keep me from getting lost on the road. Due to teaching me how to keep myself and others safe, while also learning all the rules needed to drive, the central driving academy was a great choice

Fantastic experience: The instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable. The program prepares you very well for your on the road experience and your DMV test. All the work is very manageable and not too hard but prepares you well for your driving future.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service and calm instructor. I would highly recommend this establishment if you want to get your drivers permit. I had Ru as my instructor and he was impeccable as a teacher. Only spoke when it was necessary and if I needed some clarification on how to drive. The time slots set up perfectly around my schedule. I also got my license in like 5 days which was amazing. Big props to Citizens Driving school.

Joana and Andre were extremely helpful with everything, learning new rules that I hadn’t heard of before. All this to say, your kid should go here to learn how to drive and become one of the best drivers on the road.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience of doing classes with the Central Driving Academy. Having learnt driving on the other side, Mrs Sanchez who was my instructor did a terrific job of gradually getting me accustomed to driving on the opposite side. I appreciate her expertise, her sincerity, passion and patience in guiding me to learn a new driving culture and context. Her warmth and friendliness helped me relax and feel confident. They helped me apply for my State ID and as well as the Driver's Liscense and I passed in the first try. I feel very confident and clear when driving on Chicago roads today. Thank you Central Academy for being a trusted guide.

Negative experience: Red Toyota on the road almost hit my car because she wanted to cut through a nonexistent lane. There was only one person in the car so I’m assuming it was a worker not a student. She isn’t representing the company good by her driving skills.

Negative experience: This review is for customer service and responsiveness to voicemail. I called 3 times and left a voicemail but no one answered or called back. According to the older reviews, this is an ongoing problem. I don't know how the actual instruction is, but it's concerning that they don't answer the phone or reply to messages. I ended up using a different company for my son's driver's ed.

Fantastic experience: I went to Central Driving with a two week window to get my license while visiting from overseas. (Note: I am from Chicago) I did an accelerated program of 2 hrs a day and it was a great experience. My instructor really understood me and how to help me get over some serious nervousness and jitters! She also really prepared me for the final driving exam. On my last day I was able to pass my test with no problems. Highly recommend for adult or teen drivers.
