Negative experience: I would never recommend anyone sending there child there they are so unorganized my daughter would have a driving lesson n show up n they would say u don't have a lesson but you can observe whenever I would call with questions they would Brush meo off then my daughter completed all her lessons paid to use there car n was told she was all set for road test for November 30th even called to confirm with secretary and owner was told all set waited two n half hours when it was her turn she got in the car n rmv didn't have her on the list she could not take the test I was so upset went upstairs yelling at owner I'm a very sensitive person so when mad happ sad I cry he had the nerve to tell me to stop crying he said to call Monday in which I did he said I will try to get her on the next list as they were full to January I said no u will get her on the list in two weeks as this is your mess up he was rude I said I would contact a lawyer his response was owe we have lawyers to what's once less student however they did het my daughter on the list for Dec 14th today my daughter did everything right on road test except parallel parking she hit the curb but know why she hot the curb the side mirror was all ice n couldn't see out of it n that's how they were taught to look out that mirror thry should have made sure the car was completely clear for students then I go upstairs nobody helped me a put getting my daughter on the list again was told person was busy would call us well no call I wouldn't ever send your child there because while waiting for her to take road test found out this happened to another girl not once but three times I will say the only good person out of this experience was clement he was extremely nice and my daughter loved him

Negative experience: The instructor I was assigned named Michael did a great job. Other than that, the school is not good. The way that their management is run is not organized, they don't notify you about important details regarding your account. For example, if you call to cancel your driving class they don't give you a confirmation that you canceled on your account and they still charge you unless you follow up more than once despite it being an error on their end. When I paid for my road test, they did not have my payment registered and I had to show them a receipt of the payment from my end. The two receptionists, Monica, I found extremely helpful, but the other one does not know how to resolve matters.
Negative experience: I had an extremely horrible experience with them. They kept rescheduling lessons and drive tests and twice they didn’t put it down my daughter road test. They don’t call to confirm anything. Last drive test we show up there and the instructor didn’t even know that she was scheduled for a drive test and he got mad with me that I was upset. We payed for a lesson before the test and the instructor said she wouldn’t have time to do it so the money was lost. They are very unprofessional. Zero organization. If you don’t want to be anxious about the process you shouldn’t choose this school.
Negative experience: Worst driving school I've been to, I would not recommend this driving school to anyone. They constantly reschedule driving lessons and road tests and they make you pay $150 for the road test when the fee should be $35 plus the $85 fee for the license vs the normal $50. Instructors and examiners are very rude and they barely give you an opportunity to successfully pass your road test.They constantly scam people and I would give this 0 stars but there's no option for that.
Fantastic experience: Richways is the best driving school ever. All the instructors are amazing and knowledgeable . They are super skilled and gave you all the tips you need to pass your road test and also to be a safe driver. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you want to pass your at the first try. Positive experience: After many attempts trying to obtain a driving license on my own without success, I was directed to Richway Auto School. Negative experience: I wish I chose another driving school instead of this one. They will literally cancel your lessons they day of and make you go observe someone else drive even if you already finished your hours. The instructors don’t show up half of the time or switch your instructors last minute. All the instructors will literally contradict one another and confuse you even more. Also for road tests they will always tell you a date and time and then go cancelling it over and over again. The instructors they bring from the rmv can be so rude and nit picky over any little thing. In general the whole road test package is a scam costing $170 when you can just get it cheaper with the rmv. It just feels like they keep setting people back just to gain more money. Also they want everything to be so perfect, got yelled at by the owner because I signed my papers with red pen and he made a whole scene saying the rmv wouldn’t accept it and stressed me out even more. I would NOT recommend this place so please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save yourself the stress and time.

Negative experience: They took the steering wheel off of the test driving car and hit me in the elbow with it and took my money anyway!!! Would NOT recommend.
Negative experience: Dont EVERRRR send your kids here!! Some instructors are very rude and will insult your children during their lesson, ESPECIALLY that one woman with the European accent. ALSO they have unprofessional hotheads conducting their driving tests, I witnessed this man scream at and berate me while taking my test. They will also keep cancelling your lessons and tests last minute. This place likes to fail you so you can keep wasting money on their unnecessarily expensive drivers test (which costs $180 btw DONT DO ITTTTTT)

Fantastic experience: I've only had one class so far with Richway's and already feel like they deserve a 5 star review from me. I'm an adult learner. Growing up outside Boston, it was cheaper to use the MBTA--no parking fees, no gas to buy, no car insurance, no vehicle upkeep. And I never learned because when it came down to the finances, it was pay my college deposit, or for driving school. I picked college. But now I live in Worcester, and the bus routes here are limited. I started out by trying Best Driving School. They charge the least in town, and they pick you up at your house, which are great things! But the scheduling is stressful. You call the day before you want to drive, and then they call you back, at their leisure, and give you an appointment time. It doesn't really work out for people with busy schedules. The actual instruction is more geared towards pre-test prep, even if you make it clear you're a brand new driver. I did one lesson, and don't remember much of it because of how stressed I was. The instructor took me right onto main roads, had me do parallel parking, and three point turns. There was no break, just bam-bam-bam, do this, now this, then this. I put off continuing lessons for about six months afterwards. Then I finally felt comfortable enough to give it another go with Richways. Monique was really patient and understanding. We spent the first half of the lesson in the parking lot. She walked me through adjusting my seat and mirrors (Best Auto did not do this) and the controls--windshield wipers, high beams, turn signals, etc.. Then we just spent some time doing turns around the lot, not even really using the gas at all, just letting me get comfortable with using the turn signal and keeping to the right side of the road. Then for the latter half, we briefly went onto the road outside the school in order to get to a small, quiet neighborhood nearby, where I was able to drive around and start getting used to using the gas and making turns on the actual road. Did we cover parallel parking? No. Three point turns? No. Highway driving? Nope. But we didn't need to for the first lesson. Monique allowed me to get comfortable with the basics, and with simply being behind the wheel of a vehicle. And she made wonderful conversation the entire time, which really changed the atmosphere of the session. I left actually feeling good, and have since bought a six-lesson package. Additionally, Richways has an entirely different scheduling system. You pay in advance (Best Auto is cash only on arrival) and schedule online, so you know what slots are available, which instructor you will be with (!!!), and can make a selection WEEKS in advance. This does mean slots are harder to come by, since all their students are looking to book, but I've managed to book 4 of my 6 lessons already by checking for cancellations. Shoutout to Monique for helping me feel confident again! Looking forward to future lessons with Richways.

Negative experience: The worst place ever please don't waste your money and time here. Go to other places. There is only one good instructor her name is ms.D all others very bad they make you drive them to Dunkin to buy something and that gonna happen during your lesson. Don't shocked if they called you before your lesson and say your lesson is canceled!

Negative experience: They are not behaving good with students during practice and they are not on time most of the time you will practice 30min out of 60min. except Nice a person Bob. During the test for those who want them to pass they will ask for about 0.1 mile and pass them but those whom should get failed they will ask for long drive definitely they will find some mistakes and reason to fail. I shared part of my experience with this school.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience ever!! Passed the road test on the first trial. The instructors are professional and patient, and ensure that a driver makes progress. I had opted for one instructor to maintain consistency but lam actually glad that I had the chance to have two to three instructors, they all highlighted the areas I needed to work on. For instance, I had this instructor for just a lesson and that the route we eventually used for the road test. I would say be relaxed and open to learn, open to correction and open to instruction. Fantastic experience: I took a couple of adult road lessons at Richways, each instructor I had was amazing and taught me well. One of my lessons I was running late because my dads car broke down, instead of the school cancelling my session, my instructor Mike picked me up from my location to start my road lesson. I started driving so much better after my second lesson !!! The instructors I had was very encouraging and made they went over everything that we should expect during the road test, because of this I was able to pass my road test on my first try !! Fantastic experience: I don’t right reviews yet I feel truly compelled to due to the great service I received from Richway Auto. I highly recommend Richway Autos hands down. I took my driving lessons and booked my road test all through Richway Autos. My instructors were great and one them happens to be the owner. They got me well prepared for my road test which I passed on the 1st go. Negative experience: I passed after 2 road tests. Unprofessional communication and unorganized scheduling system such that everytime I schedule a lesson or even the road test. I expect it to be rescheduled or cancelled. There is no Saturday road tests like they said on their website so toss that dream away. Be prepared to take off work for it. Wait time for road test is at least 2hrs so get there early. There is only one true driving teacher that I liked but I forgot her name. Tall slim lady

Positive experience: Good instructors but the business itself is very disorganized, they mess up appointments at your inconvenience and expect you to drop everything when they have openings outside your availability. Lesson start late and end early and overall they overcharge for the mediocre at best service provided.

Negative experience: I DO NOT Recommend this place at all. I wish to give one zero star if I could. The instructors were OK, but they were never on time. I usually need to wait for them for 30 or 40 minutes. I am a college student, waiting the extra long hours just breaks my schedule. When I called them to schedule a lesson and they promised to call back, they never did. And the schedules were not organized at all, they just canceled your lessons randomly. It was not a good experience at all.
Negative experience: I would not recommend this place to ANYONE if it was the last Driving School on Earth!! Take my advice and find another school to do your business with. The receptionist “Monica” very sweet but does not know what she is doing. The instructor Richard is unprofessional, literally to the point where during the road test at the rmv he “Richard”sat directly behind my son , put his foot under the drivers seat and said. “If you do anything wrong I’ll do this (lifts his foot, pushing on my sons butt). He then proceeded to stick his foot up his butt basically the entire ride!! In which my son became extremely nervous having been taught in driver education that it was illegal for a sponsor to do that and failed!! From untrained receptionists to scamming instructors is all this place has to offer. Go elsewhere you’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Richways Auto School is an amazing school, with great instructors that sincerely care about you becoming the best driver you can possibly be. At first I was fearful of getting on the road but my instructor (Richard) helped me feel comfortable and had so much patience with me. Negative experience: This driving school is horrible. The owner on the school( Richard) doesn't respect women and I feel very bad for the wife. My wife paid for 6 driving lessons. The first driving lessons, Richard was supposed to pick her up at 5pm. He didn't show up until 5.35pm. He lied and told her he went to our house instead of her work place. He was very disrespectful to her. I was very disappointed with his first impression. The second lesson, he was supposed to pick her up at 5pm. He came to the house at 4.40pm with another student driver and yelling at my wife to come out now. She told him it's not 5pm yet and she is getting ready. Richard drove aways. We decide not to do the driving with him since he doesn't respect women. He came back in 30 minutes but we told him we want our money back. He didn't gave us the remaining 5 lessons left. He will pay for it and hopefully people will stop doing driving class with him. The front desk girl ( Monica) is the only nice person at this school.
Negative experience: Don't go on the positive reviews on this page. These are most probably from the school itself. I wish I could give less than 1. The place is horrible. Like people before me said that it seems as there is a deal between the owner and examiners. They will fail you for no reason and make you pay again for another road test. On my First test I was making parallel parking and the examiner stopped me in the middle of it and said this is not good and you can't fix it. Lol. Seriously? Let me finish the parking first. I was told only 2 out of 27 passed that day. Second time the same examiner. I did the parallel parking. Three point, stopped at stop sign. Long story short did everything right . When I came back I thought he would say congratulations you passed Instead he said you slowed down after taking the right turn? Come on you want me to speed up after making a turn or slow down to make safety sure. So I talked to him and he said this was dangerous so you have to come again. When I complained, and was sharing my story with other people who were there for the test, the owner started taking his side and said he is a very fair examiner and when u fail, don't say anything, just leave. Richways Auto school! you are not a charity school People pay you their hard earned money so you make sure they are not cheated with. So I had my children in my car and was waiting for my friend to come and give ride to my kids home cos I had to go to work. So I parked my car in the parking lot. The examiner was taking the test of another student and the owner was in the back seat. They came and parked their car near my car. The owner came out of the car, came to me and said, the examiner says if you don't leave, I am going to call the cops on you. Seriously? But why?? He said cos you are recording us. Haha. I was not. But even if I was, do they even know the law about making videos in a public place? Apparently they did not. I would say if you can find another place,go there if u don't wanna end up in police station just because you tried to question them. You don't want your kids to be in that situation and live with it for the rest of their lives specially when they are 16 years old. By the way I immediately left the place after he threatened me with police cos I did not want my kids 10 years old, 5 years old and 8 months old experience and witness their dad dealing with the cops for no reason. Negative experience: Examiner was rude and when I was about to turn i slowed down he told me that I stopped. I drove perfectly but the examiner told me that I performed dangerous maneuver and he was giving me instructions 2 seconds before I can do what he told me. Examiner made up mistakes that I didn't do in order to fail me . Is not a good school and is too expensive therefore it looks like examiner and Richard have deal to fail people . I don't recommend anybody to go to this school
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Richways. I took drivers ed class back in April, the classroom portion involved a lot of listening and watching videos. The location is very convenient for lunch break because there are several food places in walking distance. During the road lessons, I learned a lot. I had Richard (the owner) the majority of the time so I got the chance to know him well, such a funny and humble soul. He made learning all the maneuvers very easy and simple. I learned how to do a three point turn and parallel park my first try. The instructors are very patient with the students and they make you feel comfortable and confident being on the road. Monica at the front desk is so nice and helpful, she helped me throughout this entire journey, booking everything and answering all my questions. I took my road test today with Richways and passed my first time. Everyone in this environment is so patient, understanding and friendly, 10/10 recommend!!

Negative experience: Overall richeways auto school ll was good.
Negative experience: Had two separate instructors during the classroom, one knew absolutely nothing about what he was talking about and the other, the owner, was actually a decent teacher. I'd give the classroom portion a solid 3/5, but the actual road lessons are a completely different story. They were, on average, an hour late picking me up for the first five lessons (Honest to God this is no exaggeration). One of the instructors was supposed to take me for an hour of observation one time actually kept me in the car for an extra hour observing another student and just flat out refused to give me the extra hour of observation. He said, and I quote, "You can only do one hour of observation a day, but at least you got the extra hour to observe her. That's more skill for you". So I called my friend who works for CMSC, and what do you know, it's perfectly fine to do two hours of observation a day? This school made me jump through so many hoops in trying to get my license that, I kid you not, the day I got my license the first thing I said was "Thank God I don't have to deal with this school again". The owner is a nice guy, but a very unprofessional business owner. I strongly advise you to go ANYWHERE else but here.
Fantastic experience: I had a Great experience with their company, i called almost every driving school before i reach out to them but Richways were the best, laid back people, they respond fast and professionally,nice brandnew equipped cars, they also understand ur feelings and they know how to calm you down if you're nervous about your road test- the instructor assigned to me was great he made me ready for the test real quick, ONE DAY! He was nice and funny and at the same time very serious while teaching me which made me ready to deal with the examiner - I'm writing this because they deserved it I just passed my Road test from the first time.
