Negative experience: Absolute garbage. FIRST LESSON. 2 minutes in, my daughter hits the curb and pops a tire. You’d think THE INSTRUCTOR would prevent something like that. “THE INSTRUCTOR” then proceeds to spend the rest of the lesson looking at his phone. At the end of LESSON ONE, he says, “yeah, she’s gonna need more lessons. You might want to start scheduling because we fill up fast”. Now, if you have already written my daughter off on the first lesson and don’t feel you have the capability to teach her how to drive in the allotted course, then YOU are the problem. I let her do the the course I paid for, then let her drive my car. She was horrible. She almost hit 2 cars and I had to grab the steering wheel. So, I decided to switch to a different school. Howell Driving School. After their first lesson, she was a million times better and I was actually comfortable enough with her driving me to do my errands. Now, I bought a course that also included a 1 hour refresher before her exam. Do you think MAYBE they’d call to schedule that a few weeks ago? Before her test tomorrow? Nope. They called today, “She’s going to be picked up tomorrow at 10:15”. No tf she isn’t. Howell is taking her. I told whoever on the phone the school is straight garbage. Do NOT let your child near these people. It is a waste of your money. All they want is to milk you for more cash and get a payday. 1 star because my daughter at least learned to put on her seatbelt.

Fantastic experience: Just pass my test. I really appreciate Jamal and all the staff. I drove with two instructors and they were very helpful and patient. And the customer service was very nice. Glad to work with y’all

Negative experience: Atrocious customer service. My first instructor for my first two classes was lovely, my last instructor was absolutely horrible. Staff on the phone number are pushy and aggressive, and do not return calls. Do not use this service, they are inconsiderate and rude
