Fantastic experience: John was my instructor, and I must say I’m impressed. I took 20 lessons with another driving school and couldn’t pass my driving test. Today, I took 2 lessons with him, and I’ve learned so much step by step. He explains every detail. Parking/ turns/ blinds spots etc

Negative experience: HONEST REVIEW: NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE … I wanted to take a double lesson for 1 and a half hours and had to end the appointment after only 30 minutes. John was my instructor and I didn’t feel comfortable with him AT ALL. He told me I needed to pay him before the appointment started so I did, then he immediately told me to get into the driver seat and pull out of the parking lot. I have little to no driving experience as this is my first driving lesson in 2 years so while I did remember some things I really needed to refresh my memory to feel comfortable driving again. John’s tone was very condescending and I could feel him running out of patience when I’d make mistakes which is crazy because aren’t driving lessons for people who dont know what they were doing? Like isn’t that the whole point? His attitude made me even more anxious than I already was controlling a vehicle but I still tried to be as positive as possible. At one point I was having trouble with my left turns and staying the middle of the lanes while turning so I asked him if I should use the lines on the street as a guideline and he told me that no one who drives looks at the lines on the floor while they drive. He literally told me that if I asked someone else that question they would think I was a “weirdo” I KID YOU NOT in those exact words and at that point, I’m thinking to myself like… yeaaa OK this guy is rude but I stayed in the car for like another 5 minutes during which he was still being being super condescending and asking me why I still didn’t have my license yet which I believe was completely irrelevant to our lesson. At that point it became too much and I told him I didn’t appreciate his tone And that I wanted to end the lesson. He refunded me for the second half of the lesson and I told him to keep his money for the first unfinished half because I honestly just wanted to be done with it. NEVER AGAIN. New drivers just be cautious and maybe your experience will be different but mine wasn’t good at all

Fantastic experience: John with Road to Safety did an amazing job preparing my kids for their road test. Did the lesson package for two kids passed the road test on their first attempt.
