NASCAR Racing Experience and Richard Petty Driving Experience

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience & I loved every second of it! My husband surprised me for Valentine’s Day & it was worth every penny! Cory and his fellow staff members were true professionals. I’m a large woman and we weren’t sure if I could get in the car, so we did not prepay my ride. But Cory & his team made getting in/out the car easy. I highly recommend this experience for any adrenaline junkies.

Fantastic experience: This was my fiancé's best birthday gift ever! It's an experience he talks about anywhere he goes right now. It was worth the money to see the smile on his face! On a serious note though, we had a rough after ride experience. The pictures were disorganized and sometimes missing even after the rider had already taken their suits off. We felt like there was no leadership present to takeover, when things got intense with angry customers. But Lauren, was the savior that day! It was her first day on the job at that location in Daytona. She was so sweet and polite and did the best she could to save our experience despite the circumstances. We owe this picture and plaque to her! Thank you so much for the care and concern for preserving this day for us. As you may check out the picture, video, hat, and T-shirt bundle do not come at a cheap rate.

Negative experience: I did the Daytona experience a few years ago,and it was awesome. I decided to do it again at Daytona and it went down hill from the beginning. I didn't recieve a confirmation email until I called. At the track,when it was time to get fitted for my helmet,an older crew member insisted that I wear an XL helmet which was too big. I told him and he stated "That's all we have." I was able to get a proper size eventually. Then I was put in a car that was an automatic,and I had to be removed and wait for a manual shift car. Once on the track and up to speed for a couple laps,I lost communication with my spotter. I heard a high pitch sound on my spotter radio on the front stretch,and I was able to get on the apron on the back stretch safely and make to pit road. Now I wait on pit road in the car again to complete my track time. I paid for the in-car video and the crewmen removed it and stated "I'm going to reset it." Finally I was able to complete my segment. At this time I proceeded to get my in-car video package t-shirt,hat,picture and plaque.The guy in line ahead of me had to put his suit on again and go back to pit road to get inside a car because they didn't take his picture. Another paid for eight minutes and didn't get his full minutes. This is when I knew... I was screwed. My video only had my second stint on the track after I had to pit and half of that video is me sitting in the car waiting to go out on the track. I know losing the radio is out of anyone's control but I could tell there isn't the best communication between crewmen,at least on this day. I enjoyed driving the car and it's fun doing it but the overall experience was chaotic and unorganized. Unfortunately,I will not be spending hundreds of dollars for a product and experience like this again.
