She was clear in her directions, shared helpful feedback and her calmness helped them feel calm with the exam. I was impressed from start to finish.

Negative experience: You better make sure your kid is eligible to take the test OR THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY, read their contract. They will only switch the date if someone books the spot, if not your out your money.

She was very nice and kind throughout the road test! She explained everything to my daughter as the test progressed and was patient and kind! We highly recommend this company and Denise!!

Negative experience: We had an emergency arise and my son was a little late arriving for his test. The instructor wouldn’t let him take it and kept the entire amount that we paid for the test. Then told us he needs to pay the full amount again to take his test. This was very unfair. Life happens! And people need to be understanding. Long story short, they kept our money and did not provide the service we paid for.

The road test is roughly 30 minutes long. The test started with parking which happened in the parking lot , and then the test moved to the road. Negative experience: I was not happy with this company at all my daughter failed the first time because she couldn't parallel park I understood that we practiced for another 3 weeks And then we went and took The test again she passed the parallel parking but when she got back After being on the road my daughter was in tears the instructor Denise told her that She passed but she wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that my daughter was driving so she would not give her the license. Many adults have driven with my daughter and they all said she was a good driver so I would never take my child here again

Fantastic experience: Denise was great for both drives. My son was very nervous the first time and made a big mistake, she was calm and explained some issues and things to work on. The second time he felt more confident and everything went extremely well. Denise was calm and reassuring both times and felt she was thorough and did her job well. Took my next kid for road test and had Denise again. She did a fine job explaining everything and calming him down prior and during the driving portion. She was calm and clear with all her instructions and the parking and road test went smoothly. She has a good demeanor dealing with nervous teens.

Positive experience: We should up for our test and no one was here .The instructor No Showed for us . I called the company who then had to call the instructor who was stuck in traffic . She showed up 45 min late . We then rescheduled to a later time . I just really would have appreciated a call because I’m a busy mom who works . This was my only day off

The lady put our teenager's nerves at ease & explained all directions in a much more timely fashion. Negative experience: The instructor texted 10 minutes before our appointment time to move our time 50 minutes later. She arrived an hour past our scheduled time, and 10 minutes after the short notice time change. She was not friendly and even said she was “nervous too” when my teen says she was nervous. She failed her on the course work, and didn’t give more than a brief simple explanation, and no tips at all for retesting. We scheduled a retest with another company that was incredible to work with. I would not recommend for teen drivers.
