Fantastic experience: The best experience I have had with customer service in my life , Mrs sherry is a heaven sent amazing people working here and will answer and most times of the day.

Fantastic experience: I went to this school it's strict but it's fun to learn how to drive 100% recommend this place Sherry is a cool teacher!

Negative experience: Terrible communication, my son messaged instructor several times to get clarification on final steps to complete course . Find out 6 months later he had to pay another 45 to take driving test to complete course . Poor communication, I do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went in for the driver improvement class on a Saturday. It was more than I thought. The video's were very informative and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this class. Not just if you got a ticket but for the knowledge you get out if it. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had three daughters (triplets) attend the expedited class in December of last year. It was very organized and the process was outlined well for me and also explained to them so they could manage themselves through the process. They were able to sign themselves up for the driving lessons at their own pace. In less than a year all 3 now have their provisional licenses and are driving on their own. Sherry was very responsive to questions and our whole family couldn’t have found a better school through which to get this accomplished.

Fantastic experience: I have had my two oldest kids now graduate from Achievement driving school. They have learned and passed. I recommend this place, they will become strong confidence drivers.

Fantastic experience: HUGE shoutout to Achievement driving school. My last of 3 daughters just received her provisional. Words can’t express how kind and detailed ALL the instructors were. Thank you for always going above and beyond, always answering questions, and making sure our 3 daughters were ready to drive! We live across town, but refuse to go anywhere else. We HIGHLY recommend sending your teenagers to Achievement. They will not disappoint!

Negative experience: Not impressed. Getting drivetime with instructors is few and far between it can take months for something to even become available. I don't feel like they are truly trying to prepare the children to become good drivers they just want to get them through the class and push them out the door. Too many students not enough instructors. I'm very frustrated.

Negative experience: Very unhelpful. Tried 3 times to contact the number for the school, no answer. A rude person texted me back instead and didn't offer to answer any questions or anything, just told me they don't keep office hours when I asked if there was someone I could come talk to about the program. Needless to say I will go somewhere that has better customer service.

Negative experience: After reading so many rave reviews, I was quite disappointed with the quality of this school. Nowhere on their website did it mention classes were held in a classroom on the St. Pius X High School campus (private Catholic school). When we arrived, I was looking for a stand alone building with the school's name. There was only an old sign propped on the ground against the building. The facility was built in the 1950s timeframe and does not have air conditioning. The classroom was crammed with as many chairs as possible and the curriculum consisted of multiple videos from YouTube (ads included). My son said the "state of the art" simulators were not realistic or very effective; the video on the screen did not accelerate or slow down when using the gas or brake pedals and the instructors who were supposed to be grading their sim drive weren't attentive. Additionally, many students in the classroom were disruptive/rude and the instructors allowed the behavior to continue for the entire course without intervention (with the exception of one time near the end of course). The vehicles used for instructional driving appeared to be recent models in nice condition. My son has not had the opportunity to drive with an instructor yet as he just completed the classroom portion.

Fantastic experience: This was such a great experience for our family. Austen was patient and helped my child who struggled with learning how to drive. I am thankful that we found Achievement and especially for Austen. With his help my child learned how to feel comfortable behind the wheel and successfully passed his test. Fantastic experience: Wow how times have changed!! zooming with a funny instructor. I usually hate a meet and greet, but Chris made it fun. The class was interesting, and even at my age I learnt new stuff. If only we could do traffic school more often, I would take my punishment with a smile, and pick this place every time:)

Fantastic experience: I was mandated by the metropolitan court to go to the six hour driver improvement class at Acheivement Driving School. I actually thought the class would be boring I need to be out of the book to my surprise it was the total opposite it was very informative and Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and what she was teaching she made the class fun and engaging.

Fantastic experience: Very engaging class! Instructor was kind and respectful of each individual in the class and overall made this a good learning experience. Hope to not have to take the class again but I will say I did not have a bad experience despite the reasoning I had to take this class.

Fantastic experience: THE best driving school! They are extremely patient and helpful. My favorite is Sherry, absolute kind human with so much patience. I would recommend this school to all you guys out there who need to learn how to drive.

Negative experience: When you look up the school in google maps it takes you somewhere else. You had to call to ask for the directions. Then a few days later I come to register and come to pay for the class and there were people there but no one there answered. The person that I was talking to Eric, answered and said that we talked on the phone before rudely and he said that we had to make a meeting and then meet up when he hasn’t even told me to make a meeting in the first place. So I couldn’t even come in to register but worse experience ever

Negative experience: Communication has been a disappointment. I can copy and paste the email here if everyone would like since no matter what you ask you will receive the same email over and over. I sent in her required paperwork and again received the same email. I call to pay for classes, no answer, no voicemail, but they texted and said "I'm on the other line, can you text me please." Now, they might have good reviews, however I couldn't get past step 1.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! My son felt comfortable with the instructors and learned as much as he could. Thank goodness for driving lessons, took some pressure and stress off of me as a parent trying to teach your kid how to drive (yikes!). Everyone took the care required to ensure safety and followed COVID protocols.

When I called Achievement, I was delighted how friendly and professional they were over the phone. They treated you well and were very helpful. They made sure you knew what was needed to comply with your traffic violation and were very non-judgmental. In these times , it is even more appreciative to have an experience like this. Fantastic experience: Achievement Driving School exceeds the average driving school. The quality in providing accurate information, relevant information to make the student feel comfortable makes a huge difference in building confidence in the driver. Extra time behind the wheel oppose to a checklist is where ADS exceeds quality and excellence. Confidence in driving and knowledge of the responsibilities of a new driver is shown! My step-daughter enjoyed her experience with ADS!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated ADS's professionalism and class lectures. My older son attended a few years ago and is an excellent driver; much better than the majority of drivers in ABQ who can't even use a turn signal. I'm now sending my younger son and he is doing very well. He attended his first range session last weekend and was very nervous, with Sherry's assurance and guidance he maneuvered the track with ease. I'm happy to have found a driving school that follows the NM State guidelines and teaches with the goal that all students learn the right way to drive. The price was also a selling point, and I've referred friends too. Awesome place to learn!!

Negative experience: Worst driving school in Albuquerque. And the owners are writing their own reviews. You can save yourself money and time by placing them in the free driving classes at their schools. It will take less time. I can go on and on about my issues with this school, but truthfully they are not worth the time. I just suggest trying the many other schools around Albuquerque. If the owners have to post about themselves that should warn you right there.

Fantastic experience: As a parent and working mom, I can say I appreciate how they conduct business. The classes are at times that I can easily get my daughter to and the cost is more reasonable than others in the area. They have a good selection of cute cars and work well with teens. I'm pleased with the driver education my daughter is receiving here and recommend them to anyone looking.
