Fantastic experience: My dad bought the 8 hour package, and it was a great experience. I had 4 different instructors, Moses, Ali, Eric, and Demir. The lessons were very informative, I started taking the classes when I haven’t even touched a wheel of a car yet. After 4 classes, I took the driving test and passed with a perfect score. I’m very thankful I found City Driving School!

Fantastic experience: My daughter attended City Driving School last year, and at first, she was quite shy and lacked confidence behind the wheel. However, the teachers at CDS were incredibly compassionate and supportive, helping her overcome her insecurities. When we faced a small issue at the testing center, the instructor was kind and very helpful, guiding us through it. I highly recommend this school, as they truly deserve a 5-star review.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with this driving school from the moment I called. Christina was very informative explaining how the driving sessions work and answering all the questions I had. She was able to schedule the sessions quickly and advised on how to set up appt for the road test. The instructors will pick up and drop off the student, which is a huge plus! My daughter learned a lot in her 4 sessions and enjoyed the perspectives from 3 different instructors. An instructor also accompanied us to the DMV where she took her road test in their car. She passed! I would highly recommend this driving school.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, Dimitri was so rude and inpatient. You need to put hire a person that really wants to work. I don't recommend this company!!!

Negative experience: Not sure why this company thinks taking someone's money and not providing services or a refund is ok. Especially in this economy when literally everyone is struggling. Do not recommend, go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I was scammed and they kept my $144 without providing services. I paid for the 2 hour course for my daughter and the instructor/owner Dimitri was a total creep, rude and argumentative. My daughter did not feel comfortable so I asked for a refund or reschedule with a different driver. They kept my $144 and will not reschedule or return my calls. I was scammed, this is not a reliable or legit company and now I’m out the money. Please do your research before booking with them, especially if you have a daughter.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with City Driving School Inc. from start to finish. It was easy to communicate with Dimitri for information and scheduling. Also the prices are reasonable. My instructor was Moses, he showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had a big fear of driving and I can now happily say that with his guidance, I no longer fear driving. Moses was patient, informative and taught me very well. I learned so much with just one class. I am excited to continue practicing and taking more classes with City Driving School and receiving my license!

I struggled with a bit of anxiety and fear of driving all my life and avoided to learn to drive so I wanted to make sure I had as much hours into learning as possible and all my instructors were amazing, friendly, nice and comforting. Positive experience: I've been looking for driving school for quite a while 38 years old and I have cerebral palsy Which affects my legs It’s been an uphill battle With the DMV in the state of Florida medical board Contacted multiple driving schools not many of them were willing to work with me and if they were, it was very expensive price Had my lesson today Dimitri was straightforward down to earth Very patient accommodating Give me plenty of pointers to building my confidence and told me what I should expect from the road test I’ve got a few more lessons it looks like I’m on the right track with the right with the right school Hopefully, after a few more lessons I’ll be good to go UPDATE 7/17/24 Officially passed my road test today Dimitri was Amazing he can be a little aggressive at times Correcting bad habits driving that’s his job. To make sure you do well and to make sure you Remember the proper steps for driving rules and parking steps the acronym P.E.T.T. For parking up and downhill. Sadly I do have to say before my road test, he got a little bit worked up because I didn’t remember the acronym P.E.T.T. Put car in park, Engage the emergency bake turn the wheel to the correct direction, And turn the vehicle off PETT Yelling at me about not studying you guys Don’t study I won’t go into all the details here But it was unprofessional on his part he could’ve handled it better I have thick skin and I work for a theme park so I’m used to being screamed and strong language. like I said, he was a great instructor Everyone has an off day But if I went off like that on my instructor, I would probably be kicked out of program and the car. I can recommend City Driving School. As I said, I have a disability Cerebral palsy, and live in Mount Dora so it was a drive for them 40 minutes round-trip as he kept reminding me Each time we met it was quite a hassle for them. but they were more than accommodating to work with me and Took me to DMV today We did a quick lesson going over the basics and then headed over to DMV for The road test My DMV instructor Vladimir was amazing the test was vary relaxing much different than expected really no stress but I was more than prepared. I wasn’t asked P.E.T.T. Acronym and procedure Until we parked and I answered it correctly. I scored 100 out of 100 I was told. He gave Demetri a thumbs-up Which was a huge relief for me Pros. The school was very affordable compared to many quick response to communication via text or phone call Cons. I paid for the 12 hour course we didn’t use 12 hours but that’s fine I would recommend go for a shorter course and see what they recommend save some money. Very pushy about writing review On our first lesson, I had no problem writing a review But very adamant About it When I was driving. but it’s still a win-win I’ve got my license And for the price honestly, no real complaints everyone, instructor and experience will be different if you’re looking for a good driving school That will actually work with you can’t go wrong. Fantastic experience: Today I had a wonderful appointment with my driving instructor Kristina. I was scared. The idea of having a driving instructor sounded frightening. I assumed they'd be angry and judgmental. But I was entirely wrong. Kristina was friendly and patient throughout, gave me detailed but not overbearing instructions, pushed me out of my comfort zone-but not enough that I felt uncomfortable, and made sure that I was safe the entire time. After my appointment with her, I both feel like a learned a lot and I've better determined my areas for improvement, but at the same time, I feel more confident in my driving abilities. If you're feeling nervous about first time driving Lynette will definitely help you overcome your fears. I actually wanted Lynette as my driving Instructor from reading previous reviews on the school's website about her when I wanted to set up my classes for the first time. I took my driver's exam today and passed!! A huge huge thanks to Lynette for working with me. I definitely recommend this school for lessons hands down!!
