Hello Zeus, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. Unfortunately, OSHA guidelines state that replacement cards cannot be issued after five years. While OSHA cards do not have an expiration date, this restriction on replacements is outlined in their official policies. You can review the details on page 21 of the OSHA file available here: https://www.osha.gov/sites/default/files/OTP_Requirements_2024.pdf. We understand how disappointing this is and are sorry for any confusion or lack of support you felt during your previous interactions. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you or address your concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our services.

Fantastic experience: Fast problem resolution. My recommendation is if you are tired take a nap before answering your security questions. I felt so frustrated but my trainer sent me to support and support was patient and helped me solve my problem. Thank you Gail!
