Negative experience: Be sure to ask their receptionist ALL the right questions. We contacted them about sending drivers to their weekend driver remedial. Called their Sandusky location off of google. She said they just need $100 and their drivers license be there at 8am. So we sent 2 drivers, doors were still closed at 815, we called and she rudely stated it’s at their Norwalk location and hung up. So we called back to ask if we could still attend and she said “nope they already started” and hung up. We appreciate you wasting our time and will never recommend
Seems to be some confusion on the part of your company. The class works like clockwork and is outlined on our website. It is only offered at our Norwalk location. This is posted on the door in Sandusky also. Nobody here EVER tries to waste anyone's time. Sorry if you were the wrong location.. I personally was standing next to my secretary having a conversation with your boss the other day. She did not tell him anything wrong. Because that is a state class, we cannot wait for you to travel from Sandusky to Norwalk this morning to start the class. We can get in trouble with the state if we let you in late. We are only here to help people, check the dates on the website and the location. I have also spoke to my secretary already this morning, and her version of the conversation is not the same as yours. I will chase this further on Monday, and be calling your boss.
Positive experience: Steven Myers is a G
Fantastic experience: Carolynn Snyder was my instructor, She taught me everything I needed and I passed first try. Highly Recommend!
That is awesome Nate, thank you for the review. Remember, only you can make the choice to be a safe driver. Congrats!
Fantastic experience: Mr Myers is a cool and fun instructor
Fantastic experience: I drove with Mr. Gast and he made my driving enjoyable and he helped me learn more about driving. He is great when it comes to maneuverability!
