As you know I first attempted to get my license ten year ago almost at the time was 26 years old and failed twice. Fantastic experience: I found exactly what I was looking for! I was initially scared to drive and was worried I wouldn't be able to find the right instructor. I've heard about driving instructors being mean and impatient. However, I’m so glad I chose this driving school and my instructor, Winnie. She is amazing! Understanding my fears, Winnie never pushed me too hard and allowed me to build my confidence at my own pace. I had a very limited time to learn how to drive before having to leave the country for 4 months and they were able to help me very quickly and efficiently. Fantastic experience: I took 6 lessons and I can say the Pilot Ace driving instructor I had was hands down one of the BEST instructors. He was courteous, professional, efficient and on time for every class! The instructor was strict, and helped me remember what to do, but not too strict because I was still very comfortable and felt at ease! I had failed my test with a different driving school and I came here and I just received my NYS DRIVING LICENSE!!! I am so happy!!!! Thank you Pilot Ace and to my driving instructor!!!!

I came back this Summer and took a few more classes to help me pass the road test. I successfully passed the test! Fantastic experience: Helped me pass my drivers test the first time! I felt like I was confident in my driving ability by the end of it. Winnie was so kind and a really nice person, she is great at what she does and I really appreciated how relaxed she was. A good experience with a friendly and supportive instructor. Fantastic experience: Kelly who worked in the office was so helpful and knowledgeable. She did everything quickly and efficiently. I did not have to place a follow u call. Jason was cool and easy to work with. He let me know what I was doing wrong and showed me how to correct it. I passed the road test on the first try. Fantastic experience: Today, my daughter passed her road test on the first try after taking 6 lessons with instructor Jason. We are extremely happy that we found Pilot Ace Driving school and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a driving school in the Bayside, Fresh Meadow or Flushing area. Jason always shows up early for the lessons and my daughter gained such confidence after taking lessons from Jason. Fantastic experience: Pilot Ace was a big help for me in passing my NY DMV road test. Although I'm already a licensed driver abroad, I still picked up great and useful tips. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my learning with Pilot Ace Driving School. I had lessons with Jason which I felt were disciplined and structured. Something that I really needed in order to zero in and focus on driving without feeling anxiety. I appreciate how Jason was with me every step of the way, from feeling nervous to feeling confident enough to take the road test by going over the tasks until I had them down pact. I initially purchased the 5-class package with the 5-hr certificate class. I eventually upgraded to the 10-class package, which is precisely what I needed. This was my 4th time taking the road test. If he doesn't think you'll pass your road test, he'll let you know. I've had other driving instructors, and he's the one that gives the most feed back and reassurance.

Fantastic experience: This school is so convenient they organized everything for me. Even on days where I had to change my pick up or drop off location last minute, they were able to accommodate me. My teacher, Jason, was so nice and taught in an easy to understand manner. Even when I made mistakes he wouldn’t get mad or anything. On the contrary, he was actually really funny about pointing out my mistakes. Especially on the day of the test, he was super reassuring and made me feel confident in my abilities. Under his instruction, I passed the test on the first try! On the whole, I had a great time learning here.

Jason is great teacher who speaks to you calmly and focuses on the aspects you tell him you need work on so you can improve. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pilot Ace Driving School! With the help of instructor Jason, I was able to pass the road test! 10 lessons was enough for me to feel comfortable and confident enough behind the wheel in order to be ready for the exam. Negative experience: Horrible service. The receptionist was very Disrespectful. I pay $115 dollars for my road test everything was great until I told her that I never received my 5 hours class certificate, because of that I couldn't take the test. I ask her nicely if it was OK for them to reschedule another day no matter what day it was or how long I had to wait. But she went off on me telling me it was not their fault ans that I would have to paid for another appointment. I tried to reason with her I ask what could I do since that was too much money to waits and that at least see what can do because I didn't even go on the car to take a test. Worst school ever is so SAd . They claim I insulted them which is sad because I was the one who told her to be calm because she was screaming at me. I never disrespect someone until I was disrespected. I tried to tell the receptionist to leave things the way it was and to only give me a copy of my 5 hr certificate but I couldn't because she wasn't even letting me speak. Horrible experience for me.sad sad sad.
Hi christel, let us make your description more like a full picture: 1. You attended the 5HR pre-Licencing class November 2023. Per your request, we mailed the certificate to you. (We have video records of this.) When you requested the mailing, we informed you that we are not responsible for any loss or damage. If you lost it, you should've requested duplicate in early advance before you agreed on your road test. However, you didn't mention anything. 2. You paid $115(not $125) for the car rental for the road test and road test appointment ONLY. 3. Your road test was at 3:00 PM, but you showed up at 3:20 PM. The instructor informed you to meet at 2 pm one night before. You were so late and didn't bring your 5-hour certificate for the test. We knew you felt upset, but you should not have blamed our receptionist for your own mistake. You insulted and threatened her that arranged another FREE retest afterward. It's not pleasant and unacceptable. We have already provided all the services you've paid for. We did even extra. We wish you good luck with your next road test!

Fantastic experience: I completed my 10 lesson driving instruction and passed my road test on the first try, all within less than two weeks. I had Winnie as my driving instructor and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. I’d never driven a car on the road before but with Winnie I felt comfortable and confident right away. The school was efficient and thorough. The day I got in touch with them to inquire about driving lessons I already got a link for the 5 hour licensing course that took place the same day. They also pick you up from your house if you live in the area. All in all, highly recommended driving school.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with my instructor, Jason. He encouraged me to be confident in my driving skills, when I wasn’t. He supported me in moments where I questioned my ability. He’s patient, and able to simplify concepts so that they're easier to grasp. Fantastic experience: I PASSED MY ROAD TEST MY FIRST TIME! I never drove a car before until I started my lessons with Pilot Ace Driving School. My instructors were Winnie and Jason who were both so patient and clear with instructions. I went from being so nervous to go into the car to being excited driving. I took 20 lessons just to be sure that I was completely comfortable and had my parallel park, K-turn, and smooth driving perfected. This company works around your schedule and are very communicative on when lessons will take place. I had a lot of schedule changes due to work/family, and Kelly always checked up on me to know my schedule for the week and work around it.
