Teaching adults and teenagers how to drive safely for nearly 20 years. We offer driver's education classes, both in person and online, that include behind the wheel driving. We offer 6 hours of behind the wheel driving only for those students who weren't able to complete their training due to closures. We offer adult driving lessons for those who need to get their driver's license or need a little help to feel more comfortable with their driving skills. Negative experience: I had my first driving lesson from them and Charles wasn't really helpful at all. He would only give me directions but never instructed me on how to actually drive. I'm not sure why he made us practice in a neighborhood with many parked cars on the side of the street?? The communication is horrible and unprofessional because I texted Donnie and the owner to schedule another lesson and they never responded. I emailed the ace drive school email and got ignored. So a few months later I still never heard back so I called and a guy answered and told me he wasn't sure about availability and told me to call next time. I highly recommend going to a different driving school that actually protizes their students. Why would they give me their phone numbers to text them if they're just ignoring people?? Why is it every time I call nobody can book me for a lesson It's always called back later?? I see some reviews having this common problem. They are so unorganized because there's nowhere to even book a lesson and no place to pay online. Please address this problem so you won't lose customers due to lack of communication.

Your feedback, although appreciated, is a bit confusing. Charles is one of our highest rated instructors. When our instructors work with a new student, they'll start them out on a secondary road or neighborhood with very little traffic to gauge their ability to control the vehicle then proceed based on that. As for email communication, we answer most emails within 24 hours. Occasionally 48 hours if received on holidays. We did have some problems with the contact form on our website. It only asked for an email address and a messaging box for people to use to contact us. Occasionally, people would mistype their email address so when we tried to reply, the email would return as undeliverable. Since we had no other contact information, there was nothing else we could do to contact the person. That's since been remedied as we've removed that contact form from the website. We have another contact form on our adult driving lessons page that asks for more contact information. Also, people can contact us at [email protected]. Feel free to contact me personally by calling or texting my cell phone at 704-502-1438. I'll gladly speak to you to see if there is a way to remedy this situation.

Positive experience: Overall had a good experience with them. My instructor was Mr. Charles and he was very patient, helpful and funny. Had a great time with him. I would recommend him if you are a little anxious about getting on the road because, like I said, he’s very patient.
