Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience with Drivers Edu! I learned a lot during my pre-driving lessons so I felt prepared once I got to my behind the wheel lessons. My instructor (Heba Mustafa) was so patient with me, and very thorough in explaining how to do each manuever.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate how the instructor took her time to Take me out on the street took me in different areas when it was time for me to come back. I drove around the parking lot several times. She had me pulled between the 4 cones and she was impressed. I really do appreciate my instructor she's a good instructor and she's a good instructor when it comes to driving, I will send anybody to that driving school anytime. The instructor had a lot of patience and was very pleasant and kind.

Negative experience: I definitely would not recommend this driving school to anyone for behind the wheel lessons. The staff were ghetto and unprofessional and the behind the wheel teacher was impatient and continued to yell,text while teaching,and kept getting g frustrated. You're a behind the wheel drivu g instructor,the mva handbook literally states that the instructor/coach needs to be patient and calm because it causes the driver to be nervous.

Fantastic experience: I'm happy to see that this place is still open. I actually went to driving school here 18 years ago in 2006. I remember the lady who taught the classroom portion made the class interesting, she was funny, and best of all, she gave a lot of examples that related to what we would see on the road and what to be careful of. I completed the classroom portion at Drivers Edu right before taking my written test and passed on the first try because they really prepared me for everything on the test. I also passed the driving test on the first try. I hope they are still keeping up the same high level of standards.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Located in the ghetto.The driving instructor was late and subtracted her lateness from my daughter's lesson. The young woman had an attitude and acting as tho she hated her job!

Positive experience: The BTW instructors are very mean impatient and rude. They yell at you when you don’t get something and doing something wrong. That’s what we are here for, for you to teach us so we can learn. Should not be an instructor if you don’t have patience. Basically they just act like they don’t care and just there for the money.

Fantastic experience: As a parent, I am so glad to have selected Drivers Edu to teach my teenage son how to drive! I was nervous letting him get behind the wheel with me in the car, lol, but between their classes and lessons, he learned both the practical and common sense rules of driving--and didn't give me a heart attack in the process! He got his license on his first attempt, and bought his first car. I trust him to drive, and while riding with him, he'll randomly share driving tips and/or facts he's learned. The instructors were always pleasant and on-time, and provided him with various driving experiences. Very glad we made this decision. He'll be heading off to college in a few months, and aside of the typical "mom" worries, I feel good about him being on the road away from home. 5 stars, hands down!

Fantastic experience: The experience here is superb. They will help you learn, grow, and be confident in driving. The 30-hour classes they offered for 10 days will give you flexibility on what time you prefer or you're available. If you don't have ideas on what is in the learner's permit test, this will surely prepare your if you didn't take the test yet. The 6-hour behind the wheels helped me even more to gain confidence in driving. My instructor (Mr. Christopher Tantoh) encouraged me to drive confidently and comfortably. There are times I think he's angry at me, but I think it is misunderstood. He told me he is African by the way. Even though we have different nationalities and sometimes language is a barrier, that doesn't stop the learning. He is my instructor from my 1st two hours up to the last since I have requested the driving school for him to be assigned as my instructor and thankfully they agreed. He taught me of different techniques in driving and parking. Another thing I liked about the driver's edu is they agreed to process the refund of my payment to their MVA Vehicle since I told them that I will be using our vehicle in taking the actual road exam. They are very responsive, I believe whom I talked to is Ms. Sasheen Maple. We had a good communication, they are also polite. The only thing I don't know if the $50 discount when you paid in full is credited in my account since at the time I enrolled in this driving school there is a prevailing discount offering. I have paid in full using my debit card and I have paid the full price in their website that is I think exclusive of the discount. Nevertheless, my overall experience is great and this is school is worth recommending. Thank you so much Driver's Edu!

Negative experience: HORRIBLE SERVICE I’VE EVER SEEN!!!!! PROCRASTINATING LIKE HELL!!! After my 6 BTW lessons, not to mention how short the first two lessons were, I scheduled my appointment at MVA and was TOLD my certification was never sent. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEND MY CERTIFICATION No apologizes at all. AVOID this place for your own good.

Thank u E.D.U. family, im the newest little brother, cousin and uncle. If, I had to do it over again I would request 5335 Reisterstown Road and Ms. Sherrie as my teacher and the same classmates: Mckenzie, Brandon, O.G., Calvin and Dominic. The class of 7/25 - 8/5, 2022 is the best. Yay!

Negative experience: School was ok the online class was dope for me & my daughter the only thing that made me actually dislike the school is the drivers I had a driver who I thought was dope she was patient with me and cool but with my daughter she made her very uncomfortable and seem to have a attitude plus someone was waiting for her at the center and my daughter said someone kept texting her so I feel like you really wasn’t on it but my daughter wasn’t comfortable with driving with ms.leeks again and I looked bad because I picked her thinking she was cool maybe she had a bad day but that was crazy and really mad me look bad I bragged so hard about this lady and she treats my child ugly with all that smh ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I did my 2 weeks Classroom training online with Drivers EDU. I must say it was so convenient! I was able to finish each day with enough time to go to my job. I must make mention of Ms.Jenkins! Words cannot express how much of a great job she did. She made the learning experience so much fun, and relatable! She took the initiative to ensure that the class understood the topics before moving on. I want her to know she did a great job. Also to my Behind the Wheel instructor Ms Lameka. Fantastic experience: Hi while doing in person learning with Ms. Sherry I experience the most enjoyable and professional experience of a lifetime. Being a beginner I learned a lot from her and while she was teaching in person to me and virtual learning for driving edu to others I was able to understand and pass every quiz , every test. Positive experience: Im not sure what to think I just asked to get access to behind the wheel or refund me half the money and instead of dealing with the issue which was resolved earlier today she refunded my money and added in the email "I can t with these people" but I completed the in classroom training so Idk what to think cause my btw is already scheduled.

Negative experience: If I could give this company zero stars I would . If you’re contemplating on spending your money with them . . DONT . This company is ran by a family and they also lack professionalism. My first instructor sat on the phone for my entire lesson and she cut it short. My next two lessons was with a man who spoke no English and was very rude . Please look elsewhere . It’s been almost two years and I still don’t have my license . There are never driving lessons available even prior to COVID . SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH SOMEONE ELSE .

Positive experience: Good price for the online class but i believe the woman that runs the school is either illiterate or has a disability. Some of her posts are unprofessional and written the way she probably speaks. It was hard to communicate when I needed to make up a class. Odd that this woman would be running anything when she communicates at a 3rd grade level. My minor children don't even write or speak like that.

Negative experience: excellent in-class instruction - very poor on-the-road driving instruction. Foreign driving instructor who can't give direction and you are unable to understand him . Driving instructor said "if you fail test, its you're fault." That is the perfect thing to say to a student driver and you're the instructor - NOT. I guess I have to go somewhere else for proper on-the-road instruction!! African instructor yelled the entire time - VERY STRESSFUL for my student driver!!!

Negative experience: Weekend classes are five weeks long they skipped two weeks (Because of building problems) So they rush through the classes and still make you pay full amount. Which my friend said she didn’t learn much because it was rush through. When i went to driving school they did not make you pay to retake a class test . I’m disappointed because i referred this school to her

Negative experience: I came for driving prep and car reservation. Giving a 2 star because of the affordable price. I see you get what you pay for. Very unprofessional environment. Workers at the reception area were cussing. My instructor never introduced herself. I had an okay driving prep. But the steering wheel kept locking up. While I was driving the instructor lit up a cigarette. Never asked if I was allergic asthmatic or even if I mind if she smoked. After she realized she was smoking with me in the car she said something.

Fantastic experience: The driving instructor Lameeka is the best I class and behind the wheel instructor... she's straight up and makes you want to be good and where you don't catch on she doesn't make you feel like your STUPID at the same time time she's firm and HONESTLY want to see her students (win) PASS N DO GREAT.... I'd recommend her to any one the office staff is awesome as well .Drivers edu you couldn't have a BETTER team than the Reisterstown Rd office

Fantastic experience: BIG HUGE Shoutout to Chanel. I took an hour lesson with her before taking my drivers skill test, she was amazing and very encouraging. I passed as well, I was super nervous when I was there and she calmed me down and taught me different ways to back in. Honestly, great experience.

Fantastic experience: It was truly a blessing that I could call upon the Driver's Edu Driving School on Reisterstown Road near the MVA (Hilltop) to help get back on the road again by way of getting my license returned. With the assistance of Ms. Sasheen Maple, a certified licensed MVA instructor, she assisted me tremendously by allowing me to use a Driver's Edu. Driving School MVA vehicle, she a accompanied me and made sure that I was comfortable and aware of the rules of the road/laws and very valuable common sense tidbits. This was a great experience for me today, 7/24/18. I walked away proudly and extremely happy from MVA with my valid driver's license. Ms. Maple, thank you!!!
