Negative experience: My son took your course and received his Class A CDL at your Rock Hill facility. A few months later he was pulled by SCDOT for a random retest. The terms of the retest is my 18 yr old son was responsible for the truck to test in. After paying $5,000 for the course TDI would not stand behind a student and help out with a truck to test in. My son had to pay another driving school to help with the truck, shout out to Knights Driving Academy. After attempting his retest with the SCDOT instructor my son soon realized that he has not been taught or instructed in the same manner as the State requires, he had to go back through training (more money!!) Again, Knights Driving Academy is amazing! SCDOT informed us that TDI has a history of not being complaint in this retest program and have had several students struggle on the retest. My son took out a loan to pay for his training at TDI which was useless and now gets to pay for it every month knowing it did him absolutely no good. On top of paying for the REAL course with Knights that acutely taught him the correct skills he needed. It is evident that once your check clears with TDI you are done with their support.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome people, great to work with and extremely helpful. They try very hard to make sure the students learn what the DOT wants them to teach. Absolutely nothing I can say bad about the instructors or office staff.
