Negative experience: Adrienne at beep beep is the worst business owner to do business with. She puts on a front like she is nice and looking out for you but in reality she is being deceptive and inconsistent. At the very least incompetent, but that'd be an excuse. She employs a very approachable staff, but their mistakes are baked in to the business structure. So you end up paying more if beep beep services you because they will find hidden charges and explain it away as a miscommunication. They also damaged my car and when I voiced that she laughed it off with an extremely dismissive smirk. She even tried to intimidate me as if my frustration was unwarranted. I had been given 3 different, increasing balances, by her (984), her son (1058), then after we paid the 1058, they still wouldn't unlocked the device, because of an added charge that was explained in the same way the first increase was. Once I got to the technician which was a 25 min drive away, he said there were additional fees. $80 more dollars. I wouldnt recommend Lifesafer but the shady service at Beep Beep is definitely an issue worth avoiding.

Fantastic experience: I can only speak from experience with interlock services but Adriana and the other staff are both great and have helped me through this process (even on weekends).

Negative experience: Horrible, 2 weeks later after installation. I go to get my driver's license and they still haven't sent over proof of my interlock being installed. What a joke.

Fantastic experience: Nobody wants to do TSS, but if you ran a red light and you paid the ticket instead of going to the 4-hour online defensive driver school like me, you may as well go to Beep Beep cause they treat you like a human being instead of a numbered criminal. Don't feel bad if you didn't understand your red light camera ticket options. I didn't get it either.

Fantastic experience: 10 out of 5! Beatriz was amazing. The class was fun and engaging. Everyone was communicating and involved. What I thought was going to be a long 8 hour course became a great learning experience. Will highly recommend to anyone in need of getting this class. It’s worth it!

Fantastic experience: I love the compassion and understanding that the owner of this astablishment gives not only to me but to everyone I have ever seen her come into contact with. I, hands down recommend this interlock company above all others and I have had to heal with 4 others besides this one. So I'm no an expert but I do have experience with the interlock world. She makes what is a doughting and unbearable experience bearable, and to be honest pleasant experience. She is the sunshine in a dark, and gloomy day. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: Great place Brittany & kim are the best they care & want you to succeed & learn I been to a lot of group therapy through my life but these classes really woke me up this time I had to dig in deep inside myself with the help of Brittany & the other tools she showed me exactly the correct tools that I'm not healed but looking outside in the box I seen my repetitive behavior & actons i was doing which got me in jail all the time dui's all alcohol related crime's I did I qiut drinking & life is better knowing I have barriers & know when to say no or just walk away being responsible for my decisions & actions made me wake up Brittany & Kim really opened my eyes wider to work where I won't drink & drive risking people's life's going to jail getting licences suspended & stiff fines & embarrassment!!! this place actually made me see the truth in myself thanks to all who helped me out on this train wreck of this suspended licence I had.

No I'm not kidding a traffic class was interesting! If you have to go to Traffic School take it at thiis location, you will thank me! They have a variety of times that the class is avaiable and the instructor will work with you if needed. If I ever have to do this again, I will 100 percent come here!
