Negative experience: The online scheduling portal doesn't work properly, and I spent a lot of time of hold to speak to someone on an 800 line to get help. This is after I paid over $600. You are not able to test where you take lessons and must drive 40 minutes away. I would not have paid for this service if I was aware that testing would not take place in a familiar setting, and it require me to lose work time. The instructor fell asleep multiple times while teaching my child, as well as parked the car and went to use the bathroom and have a smoke. Driving lessons are costly, and it seems to me that employees could take their smoke breaks before or after the lesson. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Someone from your office called me on the day of my sons last lesson. They said things changed for the test part of the package and that he now has to go to Blue Bell to test. Then they said I didnt have the test as part of the package I selected but that they would speak to the office manager and work something out and to call back after his final lesson to set up for the test. I paid for 5 two hour lessons, spent over $1,000.00 dollars and then I'm told the package I selected doesn't include the drivers test. So after the last lesson I call and I call again, and again, again and again. No one is answering, but Im also leaving a message everytime I call and never get a call back. Finally a few days later I get through to someone who doesn't seem interested in the fact that I selected something that wasn't to my satisfaction and that someone from their office called me and said they would work something out with me since I spent over 1000 dollars. But I decided while on the phone with this individual that even though I was told different by someone at their office, that I would accept responsibility because after all I picked the package. I just wanted to get my son set up for the test and move on. This is when she offered me the drivers exam portion for another 50 dollars. Ok fine I said what is included with the 50 dollars and she said only the test the 50 is for him to be allowed to take the test at the other facility. Now let's get this straight I spent over 1000 dollars and now you want to charge an extra 50 dollars for what exactly? Your not going to pick my son up to take him to go take the test. He's not allowed to use the vehicle that he's been practicing in this whole time for the test, which is what he was told by his instructor on day 1 and the testing is no longer at your facility, why I wonder. So what exactly is the 50 dollars for if he has to take the test in a different facility in a different vehicle. What exactly am I getting for 50 dollars? I feel like it's a slap in the face after spending all that money and that they could care less. No one ever reached out and said are you aware you didn't pay for testing until the last lesson day, how convenient. I know 100% that I didn't get my money's worth and that saying that my son could test at your facility was misleading. Theres no way if your a driving school business you wouldn't have known ahead time about having to test at a completely different place because your not PENNDOT certified. Somebody should've known and should've been taking care of the customers. Lets say you honestly didn't know until the last minute, then you should take care of your customers and not try and money grab another 50 dollars. Instead if your a business with integrity you should waive the fee for testing at a different facility. The expectation is that he would test at your facility, with your vehicle that hes been practicing in. Now everything changes except your business doesn't care and doesn't keep their word! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING ANYONE EVER DO WHAT I DID AND USE YOUR SERVICES!

Fantastic experience: All three of my kids used Petaccio's Driving School and had Mr. Reid as their instructor. He is an excellent driving instructor and my kids had a great experience. We highly recommend!
