Negative experience: SCAM! Never Returned call after I paid money! Do not waste your money! Very disappointing.

Negative experience: This place is a SCAM!!! Please do not spend your money here. This is one of the worst experiences I have had just trying to schedule a driving lesson. The portal is not updated in real time and if it says they have no timeslots available, they will refuse to refund your money. So not only do you get the run around when just trying to use their services once they don't provide them they don't want to refund you the money you are forced to pay just to be able to not schedule an appointment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Negative experience: My son paid to have two hours of driving back on February 13th. He scheduled immediately afterwards and the morning of his early morning session he received a call canceling saying he wasn’t on the drivers schedule. The 2nd time the driver was extremely late and my son had to go to work and the 3 rd time the instructor allegedly had the flu. After all of the lack of professionalism we decided that a refund would be necessary. It’s been 2 months and we have gotten NOTHING, no call, no follow up & definitely no refund. We have a black owned business, so we try to support our own! This is just poor customer care!!! Those who had a good experience, good for you because that hasn’t been the case for my son! We don’t have money to just throw away.

Fantastic experience: Really good on the test gave me the best tips and passed with a good score

Negative experience: This company told me for ever 800.00 they will train him and take him to get his license. He's bout finished now they telling me he has to wait a year after he gets his permit. In which he will be 18. I didn't have to pay the over 800.00. Plus I thought they had to have a permit to even be behind the wheel. I fear ripped off and confused.

Negative experience: They are scammers and you will not get your money’s value. They will mess up the agreement with you and refuse to refund you your money. They make cancellations without duly informing you and when their new arrangement does not fit with your schedule they won’t refund and become rude about it, especially their very unprofessional operational manager. They are thieves and i would give less than 1 star if i could.

Fantastic experience: I gave 5 stars because they deserve it. I did my lessions with them which was amazing because of my instructors Jason and Gregory. In a matter of weeks I was able to do road test and past with ease. Professional staff and overall great service.

Negative experience: I was charged 150 an was not provided a service and I still had to personally use my vehicle an pick up the client in which the service was to be provided for.. I tried to get a refund which they refused ..Disputed...see u in court ...Bad Business legal thieves..

Negative experience: Domingo was possibly one of the worst instructors ever I know this is not how all in one operates as a business but this man was terrible he would yell at drivers on the road cursing them out causing me to go into a panick making me uncomfortable I hope this man is fired !!!

Negative experience: This is the worst place don't spend your money to come here I repeat don't spend your money to come here they going to hike up the price they're going to give you an instructor that is really not working for you they are not on your side and if you need a refund you cannot get one from them don't come to these people they don't care if you need them for a road test they don't have a ride they're going to tell you they can't refund your money don't come here I repeat don't waste your time

Negative experience: This place made me angry man it was this guy name Harold he always seem like he doesn’t never work on the time I want to come I will tell him can I do 1 first he said ok, then he blamed on the man doing the schedule said somebody messed his thing up, then says he have a doctor appointment when I told him 1 again, and then now he canceled my day and making me wait 4 days he said something came up in his voice he sound like he was making excuses.The reason I want to do 1 is because I’m working and I come home late so I need enough to sleep I will be ready at 1. And to be honest I’m waiting the 4 days because he have my money I don’t want the money to go to waste because I would have been left him.

Negative experience: Scheduling and rescheduling lessons feels inconvenient and difficult. Honestly feels like the company is trying to swindle away the customer's money.

Positive experience: Not able to make appointments online and very hard to get in touch with. Other than that they are alright.

Fantastic experience: Very calm and collected and was very helpful. Went and showed me how to do everything.

Fantastic experience: Very good value compared to the other diving schools, like half the cost for the same service. The instructor (Juwan) asked what my weaknesses were before the road test and literally swapped cars to account for them (switched to a car with a rear backup camera to make parallel parking easier). Played music and gave me the aux before the test to calm nerves/hype me up, explained how other students most commonly failed so that I wouldn't, and even answered some questions I had outside of road testing. Request Juwan if you can haha

Fantastic experience: I originally signed my daughter up for 6 hours of driving to get her more comfortable behind the wheel and to pass her driving test. She completed the 6 hours and decided she wanted 4 more hours because she needed more assurance. All n 1 instructors were great with her, giving her praise and the confidence she needed. The staff is also amazing! They are very flexible and easy to work with. At the last minute I had to change the pickup location and they responded quickly and handled the matter. I cannot say enough about our experience and she passed her test!

Negative experience: Paid for six hour session for my daughter and it has been 4 months and have only had 4 hr.they keep call and canceling sessions

Fantastic experience: I had a blast with Jason every single time. He was very easy to work with and gave the best comfortable feeling. I passed my road test with flying colors and was able to buy my car the same week.. I couldn’t have done it without him! Thank you so much

Negative experience: Y’all if I had just followed my gut and these reviews I wouldn’t be feeling so scammed but SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I paid over 300$ and these people took me to 2 different parking lots. Never even took me on the streets. If you don’t wanna be scammed , find a better school.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ALL N 1 Driving school. They have friendly instructor who will help you all possible to get your license. Today I got my license and thanks to Dwayne because of all last minutes trips that helped me to pass the test.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE this driving school. They will take your money and not render services. They are a complete rip off. I scheduled driving lessons for my Mother, and on the day of the scheduled lesson, they cancelled the appointment. After calling over 10 times; I was finally able to get in contact with a representative two days later, who sounded like she was still in bed sleeping. I asked her why the appointment was cancelled; and she lied and said, it was due to weather concerns. Funny! it was 70+ degrees outside that day; not a cloud in the sky. For the second appointment the instructor called and try to change the time of the scheduled appointment. She did not show up for the scheduled appointment. Take my advice! DO NOT USE this company. They are a scam! I will be filing a claim with BBB.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time and my driving instructor was Janae, she showed up after the time but the agreement said they could show up 30 minutes late but even though she did that. She apologized,explained and communicated with me and my mom well and it was very professional. She made me feel calm and relaxed and she communicated so well with me and she even made up for the lateness with her personality and I was still able to get my 2hrs back from her she is beyond unique and just phenomenal and she always praised me when I did something right and wasn't tough on me when I made a mistake and I look forward to using this spectacular school again.

Fantastic experience: Aaron did a great job making me feel comfortable and confident. Great teacher and person who I enjoyed my experience with. He told me everything I did right and corrected me on anything I messed up on lol. I definitely recommend him as an instructor and the program.

Negative experience: SAVE YOUR MONEY!! The school I applied to was the one in Snelville. They were utter unprofessional and disrespectful. I am over the unprofessionalism of this company. After numerous inconveniences on their part, I am not able to be issued a refund. I paid $225 for an In-Car driving lesson for 01/24/21, my driving instructor rescheduled three times since that day. I was very patient, respectful, and understanding to the people until I realized they had no interest in assisting me with my predicament. I agreed to move the lessons thrice and took off work constantly because of "next day" promises. I called the company numerous times (more than 15) at a time to speak to someone for assistance. Someone might have answered the 16th time and told me they would reschedule the appointment for me for 01/27/21 at 10:00am. I have that email on file from when the administrator scheduled it. I got up in the morning and it was raining, but I received no notification of the appointment being changed AGAIN, but I still figured. I called the office yet again about 10 times before someone answered and told me the appointment was canceled due to "inclement weather" which is 100% understood but nevertheless not acceptable because I didn't receive the email they so called "sent". I have checked every part of my email for this "notice" and haven't received it. I told the lady I spoke to that I would just like a refund, because I have a job to do and I'm wasting unnecessary money. She assured me that a manager would be calling me by the end of the day to discuss the conundrum. However, I did not receive a call. On this day, 01/28/21, I called for the final time in lividity because humility was not working with this company. I told the lady I need to speak to the manager ASAP because no one else has been of help, she told me she wasn't available. I told her that it's imperative I speak to someone in charge because I can not take it anymore. The manager called me about 2 hours later from this number, she didn't give me a name. She told me all the cancellations weren't on file and that she can't help me. Told me I wouldn't be issued a refund because she can't control the weather and I should have read the contract, which I did. I told her I was patient and understanding but her attitude and tone were completely disrespectful and disgusting. She shouted at me and said "I can't change the system, so you can get credit but no money,".. I told this woman I didn't want to get lessons from the school anymore due to the plethora or inconveniences and incompetence of their leadership. I have no lessons and bo refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, I paid for 4 hours session on my first 2 hours behind the wheel appointment the instructor showed up 45 minutes late and trained me for less than an hour and took me home, I called the office numerous times no answer, I logged on to the portal and sent an email, I got a response 3 days later saying they going to take a look at the GPS and they provided me a 678 number to call for more assistance and never heard back, on my second appointment the instructor called me 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment and said she is on the way I asked are you nearby? she said GPS said she should arrive at 1:20 PM, I called the 678 number a lady answered I complained about the new instructor is late too and I still haven't gotten a refund or a made up hour from last appointment, the lady said she already spoke with the new instructor and she is going to train me for 3 hours today, if she arrives at 1:20 pm she will train me until 4:20 PM, the Instructor showed up at 1:20 PM with her boyfriend in the car, I said Hi and proceeded to ask her if she is aware of our training time she blew me off and started talking over me, she asked how is your driving? I said this is my second time training behind the wheel, she said I am going to train you in your neighborhood you need to get in the driver seat, I said I am not comfortable driving on the street yet, the last instructor confirmed I need to train on controlling the wheel and this is a busy street with parked and moving cars we should go train on an empty parking lot first, the instructor said " I do not babysit my students you need to get behind the wheel" I said I don't need a babysitter I've paid for a training session you telling me to drive on the road when I can't even control the wheel yet is not a good idea she started raising her voice, I said you have a bad attitude this is not going to work, I called the 678 number several times no answer I told the instructor to leave, anyways the lady called me later and left a voicemail lying about she have to wait for the instructor to come in and get a statement from the second instructor in the car, please do not waste your time and do business with these folks.

Fantastic experience: My experience with this driving school has definitely been one to remember my instructor Bridget did an awesome job, taking her time to walk me through the steps I needed to become a better driver behind the wheel mentally and physically. Bridget was very patient with me and very engaged in teaching me as well. I definitely recommend this school to others.

They were all extremely patient and friendly especially Janae . She was my last instructor and I seen her the day I got my license . Even then , she pushed me with motivating and encouraging words. Fantastic experience: Great service. Please keep in mind after placing your order you most likely have to call them to confirm you paid so they can send you the link to schedule appointments. My instructor, Nicole was very direct when teaching me, she didn’t coddle me, and she made sure I got each technique she showed me even if it meant doing it over multiple times.

Negative experience: This business is being ran by kids. I paid in June. In error clearly printed the wrong number . However, the email address and home address was correct. They sent a confrontation email for coming to my home for driving lessons. They never showed and said because noone answered my phone. It was confirmed already so why call again. And maybe when they verbally made the appt. They should have confirmed the information. Then to cover thierslef they LIED and said I was a no show. I was at the address and the time, the unprofessional instructor didnt show. They are inexpensive but I rather pay for safety. They claim no supervisors on sat. Well if an emergency come while they are giving lessons who do they call. Then she was on the phone with me while a student was driving. That means she wasn't paying attention or either was lieing.

Negative experience: By far the worst business that I have ever encountered. I made an appointment, the young lady named Ricki forgot to log my initial appointment in but no huge deal. I took the next available slot which was the following day at 12:30. The instructor showed up at 12:50. I was still okay at this time because I really wanted this to be a good experience for my 16 year old. When Ricki the instructor arrived, she TEXT to inform me that she was outside of my door. She didn't have enough professionalism to get out of the car. We literally had to talk business to her through her car window. The car had absolutely no indication that there would be a STUDENT DRIVER operating the car. No student driving sticker, NOTHING. Moving forward, my son informed me that his course was fine with the exception that they had to pick up another STUDENT and that STUDENT drove them back home. In shock that one inexperience driver was driving the next inexperience driver around was shocking when I thought I was paying for a ONE on ONE session. Let me add that I was never informed that my son would have to ride around with the instructor to pick up more students. I called the next day to request to speak with a manager or owner thinking that I could gain an understanding. A young lady by the name of Ms. Brown which sound like Ricki the instructor informed me that she was the owner and that it was fine for student to student to drive each other around even though they are BOTH inexperienced. I felt as if it could be a safety issue or could possibly make one of the kids nervous. Ms. Brown informed me that it was not the law to advertise that a student driver was operating the car. She informed me that they had a 30 minute grace period to arrive at a customers home without having to call or text and the stupidity didn't end there. I just don't have more energy to give on this review. Unless management have CHANGED. It's hard to believe that there are happy customers dealing with this company. I am sure that they have their friends posting comments. Ms.Brown was rude and sound like a UNPROFESSIONAL and inexperienced young lady that by far didn't have ANY BUSINESS ETHICS. There is no way that she was the owner and if she was, this explains EVERYTHING. Please be careful before booking this company. Also if you read all of the negative reviews, they refuse to take ACCOUNTABILITY which is not professional. They would rather argue with the customer verses fixing the concerns. The responses of the reviews sound like a child trying to defend themselves, not a business professional ready to hear REAL REVIEWS. Again my review is true and I left this company very disappointed because of Ricky and MS. Brown. Clearly they are not business ready and certainly not business professionals. There is no way that my son received his ENTIRE two hours, plus with another student in the car. I'm certain that her response to this post will show how they lack ACCOUNTABILITY and proper Communication. This company is a waste of time and money. May I add that I was harassed to remove my review. A few days later an attorney called me to ask me to remove my review. I immediately stood my ground and informed her (the attorney) that it was my right to express my true experience but nice try. They really thought a letter from an attorney would intimidate me. It did nothing for me other than encourage me to inform more people about my experience. The attorney politely hung up after I informed her of my rights to freely post my review on a site that invite reviews.

Fantastic experience: We researched several driving schools in the area and this one was by far the best! Both of my twins enjoyed their instructors and are both licensed drivers thanks too this school. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is serious about driving!

Negative experience: This is by far the most unprofessional driving school I ever experience. I thought this will be a good driving school cause I see a lot of pictures with students that received they driving licenses. I signed up for a two hour class and my instructor never showed up and didn’t even contact me to tell me. I had to call the office and they told me her car was in the shop. They refused to give me a refund because they policy is if I had two cancellations I can get a refund. I had to reschedule and get another instructor. She was 15 minutes late. She was on her phone the whole entire time. I didn’t learned absolutely anything. She stole time from me this was suppose to be a 2 hour driving lesson not a 1 hour and 27 minutes. Don’t take no driving course from her EVER. A-1 driving school is waaaay better. I see why they sooo cheap.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the pricing and the service that I received at All N 1 Driving School. Rickie did an excellent job with my son who needed classes before getting his license. She was always on time, made sure she communicated with me regarding his progress, and provided suggestions regarding what I could work on with my son when I had him out driving with me. He passed his test on the first attempt, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience with All N 1 Driving School. Thanks Rickie!!!
