Negative experience: This company is a scam. I am filing a small claim If I dont receive my refund. I am also contacting the better business bureau. Take your money else where and don't waste time. These people are pathetic and unprofessional.

Thank you for your review. Your lesson was cancelled due to uncontrolled/hazardous driving conditions such as inclement weather, illness and/or vehicle maintenance. We understand that cancelled appointments for any reason can be frustrating but, safety will always be our top priority. Cancelled appointments due to hazardous driving conditions due not qualify for a refund, however, you may contact our customer service team during normal business hours to reschedule your services.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was extremely happy having Matt as an instructor!!!! He was patient with her and helped her learn everything she needed to know. Matt is an asset to your company!!!
