Fantastic experience: Used them for my daughter’s driving lessons. They show up on time and she felt more comfortable behind the wheel.

Negative experience: Their company in Birmingham area does not exist

Negative experience: This company is a scam. I am filing a small claim If I dont receive my refund. I am also contacting the better business bureau. Take your money else where and don't waste time. These people are pathetic and unprofessional.

Positive experience: Had a horrible experience setting up and or organizing my lessons with the company. But the lessons I had with my instructors were very informative and useful.

Negative experience: Instructor was unprofessional, rude, impatient, and disrespectful. The car is dirty. Instructor was on the phone and vaping during lesson. Car smells like smoke. Took me to a parking lot on a hill with cracked gravel. Made rude remarks such as he was worried about his safety while we were the parking lot. Told me if my breaking in the parking lot was shaky again he would end the lesson early. Said we wouldn’t leave the parking lot the first lessons then had me get on the road just to have his hand on the wheel the entire time. Please give your money somewhere to actual professionals. It’s hard to get your money back.

Negative experience: I left a good review for the first lesson, because I did not really get to practice driving and was not familiar with my instructor’s teaching style. However, this became clear during the second lesson. I had a horrible experience. The car was not clean and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Anthony was vaping when he got angry without rolling down the windows. He was looking down at his phone a lot. During my first lesson, he stated that I was not going to learn unless we went into highway 280, so I asked him if we could do this during the second lesson. He was not helpful while we were in 280. After we came to a stop out of the highway, he took over. Then, he started raising his voice and complaining. When he did this, it was in such an angry tone that it made me uncomfortable and I asked if I could go use the restroom to take a break. He told me I was not following the rules of the road, and that he was going to stop the lesson because his back was hurting him.

Negative experience: I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! We paid and they just took our money and don't want to do a service. Please don't waste your time with this company, they are a scam. I will go to BBB about this and also dispute the charge because this is theft. And if you don't get anywhere, you'll file small claims. I'm so tired of people just taking others' hard-earned money and not doing what they agree to. Don't give these people a penny because you won't get anything in return. Is a gotcha.

Fantastic experience: Anthony was my instructor and it was an amazing time. They way he teaches is down to earth, and he will keep it real with you. He will also try to keep you calm by talking to you and giving you a one to one conversation while instructing. I believe that I have gained a better ability in driving without be nervous because of him. I would highly recommend this program to anyone else who is in need of wanting to drive.

Negative experience: Do not pay these folks. You have to pay to enroll in the classes BEFORE you can schedule them. That may be ok if they had classes available within a reasonable timeframe. I enrolled my child on 2/25/24 and noted (with my payment) when I needed them scheduled. Only AFTER you've paid, they send a calendar with the available dates and times. They have no classes available in my area until APRIL. That's not acceptable. I would never have enrolled her if I had known she couldn't take the classes for at least 5 weeks. Now they won't refund my $290.00. I have called and spoken with someone, have sent a refund request form multiple times and left voicemails. I had to go to the trouble today to file a dispute with my credit card. Don't put yourself through this hassle and waste of time.

Negative experience: Horrible. I paid for my daughter in November. She still hasn't been able to get her lessons or test. Constant cancellations on their part. No tags on the vehicle this time, and you can never get a hold of anyone. We paid and they just took our money and don't want to do a service. Please don't waste your time with this company they are a scam. I will be going to the BBB on this and challenge the charge as well because this is theft. And if I get no where there I will be filing small claims. I'm so tired of people just taking others hard earned money and not doing what they agree to. Don't give these people a single dime because you won't get anything in return. It's a rip off. Follow up. Today they showed up drove her 2 hours to Alexander City and therefore missed the exam time. Now we have to wait a whole month to get another exam date. She lives in Pelham they scheduled her for Bessemer? She lives very close to the DMV here. They drove almost 2 hours in the wrong direction. I don't know if it is incompetence or simple willfully doing the wrong thing, but she isn't from here so she had no idea she was being told to drive in the wrong direction. Totally insane.

They have cancelled the sessions 6 times which includes no shows, cancellations without intimation and cancellation 15 mins before the session. Even after so many failed attempts they refuse to refund us. At this point they are just stealing money from us. Absolutely disgusting service.

Negative experience: I am thoroughly disgusted as a customer and a parent. I registered my daughter for lessons through this company and it has been a disappointing experience since the first click. 1. They will not allow you see the schedule prior to paying for the class, so you have no idea on availability/openings for instructors. 2. Their phone support team is not responsive to voicemails so we were unable to book over the phone. 3. When were finally able to find classes that would accommodate my daughter's academic classes during her Fall break, they emailed me on the morning of class approximately 3 hours to reschedule for the following week; my daughter will be back in school on that date and unable to make the session. The second class they emailed me the week before to say the instructor had training out of state.. Both of these are complete unacceptable!

The customer service is top tier. My driving instructor Mr.McNeil made my experience the best , he’s extremely calm and patient while coaching when needed, I would definitely recommend this company to any first time drivers.
